I Love Destroying Worlds' Plot

Chapter 2185: 25.75 Lone Black Star - A Space Rift

ROOAAAR~

The transformation of the Crown Prince’s Flood Dragon was happening before them. It’s like watching the transformation of a dragon becoming a monster instead of ascension to divinity. The darkness overflows causing too much destruction in the area. The Imperial Emperor and the duke can barely block the aura surge caused by the berserk state of the flood dragon and the Crown Prince. Just as the barrier they erected to block the aggressive flood dragon fragmented, the last moment it broke to pieces, what awaits in the empire is a backlash caused by an SSS+-grade sentinel going berserk. It wouldn’t be surprising if someone among them had died in shock.

CRACKLES~

”Oh no! This is bad!” Emperor Ye Wang said.

Both he and the duke were the first to suffer from the backlash of the colliding auras and coughed blood on the spot. Just as everyone thought it was over, the whole room had suddenly halted. The time had stopped after a sighing sound resounded near their ears.

Sigh~

It was the voice of the God of Destruction. Just as the time had halted, a space rip had suddenly appeared near the royal emperor, the duke and the duchess. It can be said that the ones unaffected by the time freeze were only the royal family and no one else. From the space rip, a hand grabbed the crack and with pull the cracks had widened enough for people to pass through. Then from the space hole, two young men came out. One is beautiful with a perpetual playful smile and the other is an expressionless yet arrogant man with a handsome face. They were the God of Destruction and the Sovereign God of Void and Darkness as well as the ancestor of the royal family, the First Emperor and the First Empress of the Empire.

Seeing the destruction caused by the crown prince who had gone crazy, the God of Destruction couldn’t help but click his tongue three times.

Tsk. Tsk. Tsk.

First Empress, Mo Anjing said, ”Look at him go crazy. Is he not afraid of affecting his fated guide?”

”Jing’er, I will handle the crown prince. You can check off the other little one,” said the First Emperor, Ye Xiajia, who jumped on to the crown prince, grabbed him and dragged him towards the space rift. As for his crazy flood dragon it was also grabbed by the Black Dragon God Emperor Roi and chased after its master.

Once the two human sentinels and two quantum beasts had disappeared from the space rip, the time froze and the space crack itself had disappeared. Everything in the area had returned to its original timeline with the hospital room almost falling into ruins.

The First Empress made a move and used his Domain of Ice. Ice spread in the whole room, in the entire hospital patching the cracks and holes and everything that was broken when the crown prince had gone insane. Seeing the rumbling and cracks covered in clear ice, everything had returned to normal, except for the fact that the temperature had turned colder due to the existence of the ice floors.

The duchess upon seeing the first empress had struggled from his husband’s hug, stumbling just to approach Mo Anjing and finally kneeling near his feet. With tears on his face, Duchess Mo Jing started kowtowing before the God of Destruction.

”First Empress... I beg you please save my son. I beg you, I am willing to pay with everything. I just hope you save my son. Yun’er is still too young. I cannot bear to see him fall in such a state. I...”

Just as the duchess was about to kowtow enough for his forehead to bleed his forehead was caught into a slender, soft and slightly cold hand preventing himself from hitting to cold floor as he kowtow when he looked up he saw the God of Destruction looking at him.

”I heard you once, and there is no need to kowtow,” First Empress Mo Anjing pinched the duchess’s cheeks and said, ”In the first place your son isn’t even dying. Why do you cry as if it’s the end of the world?”

Stunned speechless, the duchess looked and blinked his eyes innocently as he stared at the first empress with doe-like eyes.

”Not dying? My Yun’er is... Alright?” Lord Mo Jing mumbles as if he heard an alien speak Chinese before his face.

”Ancestor, is what you said real!?”

”Ancestor Mo, my son is truly alright!?”

The Imperial Emperor and the duke immediately went closer as they heard what the First Empress had said. They startled the God of Destruction as the two approached him only to be blocked by a materialized barrier created from the mental energy of Mo Anjing.

Tsk!

”Too close! Move away!” The First Empress Mo Anjing said with an annoyed look on his beautiful face.

THUD!

The emperor and the duke failed to stop on time and hit the hard barrier that they had splat fallen on the barrier and hurt themselves. Seeing the silly reaction of the emperor and the duke, the duchess and the other doctors in the area were all stunned and secretly giggled. One cannot laugh at the royal family to their face as it was offending.

”Husband, Imperial Brother, what are you two doing?” Duchess Mo Jing asked with a smile on his face despite the traces of tears lingering on his face.

Seeing such expression on his partner, the duke crouched in front of his wife and helped him up. He brought out a clean handkerchief to wipe his bond pair.

”Don’t cry anymore, Xiao Jing. Didn’t Ancestor Mo say our son’s life is not in danger,” Duke Ye Jie said.

The duchess leaned to his husband and looked at the First Empress, Lord Mo Anjing. Then the duchess asked, ”First Empress, how is our son?”

”Hm~ he was attacked by someone’s mental energy and it was at a higher grade than his. Because of that his own mental energy’s potential had been forced open. Soon he might wake up as the first SSSSS+-grade guide in the empire. If that happens... Then there is a possibility of him ascending to godhood in the future,” said the God of Destruction.

Before everyone can become happy with this news, the duchess was the first one who noticed that the First Empress didn’t tell them why his son is not waking up if he is alright.

”Then First Empress, why is my son not waking up?” The Duchess Mo Jing asked worriedly.

Seeing the worry on the duchess’s face, the God of Destruction chuckles, ”Of course, he won’t wake up. He couldn’t control his new strength and had to stabilize it in his own soul domain. His soul was slightly injured too, he had to heal himself. That would take time and him falling in this state of slumber is simply him trying to cure himself. Don’t worry about him, he will wake up once he has finished controlling his new mental strength.”

”Will our son naturally wake up once he is done controlling his new strength? Can he wake up first?” The duke asked in a polite tone.

The God of Destruction raised an eyebrow with his arms crossed on his chest and retorted, ”Wake up with an uncontrolled mental strength, instantly turning everyone into idiots? Even you might not be able to block his mental energy at his current level. Him not waking up is his way of protecting you.”

The duke felt stifled by the words the first empress had told him and had felt a blush gathering on his cheeks as he felt embarrassed. He should have used his head to think of the consequences first before asking something from the ancestor. He didn’t expect that the First Empress possessed a bit of a poisonous tongue that can render people speechless.

”S-Sorry... I’ve asked something stupid,” the duke said.

The Imperial Emperor approached the God of Destruction like a good grandson and kept a proper distance. He also spoke politely as this is an ancestor for the olden times.

”Then ancestor how about my useless son? Will he be alright?” Emperor Ye Wang asked.

The God of Destruction stared at the emperor and recalled the crown prince and compared their resemblance. He said, ”You are that outrageous brat’s father? Don’t worry about him. After getting beat up, he will be back to normal. I am not his master, but my husband is. I don’t know how he will get punished. How dare he use the power of the void in this place.”

”Power of the Void?” The Emperor and the Duke repeated in confusion.

The God of Destruction explained, ”The power of the void is that darkness that looks like shadows. That is a power that isn’t supposed to exist in this world. It’s from something beyond this world. That power is what my husband has given to him and he is not supposed to use it in this world without my husband’s permission. That is a power that can devour planets.”

”In short, the empire and everything in it was almost devoured by your crown prince. Savage, isn’t he?”

Everyone was rendered speechless by this information, even though the First Empress had spoken of it nonchalantly to ease the atmosphere in the area. The moment they learned that they had almost all died, no... their planet was almost devoured by the dangerous power of the crown prince, an unknown fear drilling into their hearts making them all fall in dazed.

’Did they just dodge death just now!?’ The collective thoughts of everyone inside the room.
