I Love Destroying Worlds' Plot

Chapter 2169: 25.59 Lone Black Star - Meeting the Ancestors

The Royal Family finally realized that each lesson their two ancestors taught in class was something the empire had lost through time. They had returned to help them return to that time when the Empire was at its peak. Teaching them the correct way to train both the guides and the sentinels of the Empire which would eventually lead to a change that will affect the world. Understanding this, the Imperial Emperor decided to come and meet the two seniors of their clan. Though Teacher Mo Anjing and Teacher Ye Xiajie looked like they were only in their twenties, in the eyes of the royal family, they at least aged almost a millenium.

After arranging everything, the Imperial Emperor had sneaked into the Imperial Royal Academy as planned. Of course they didn’t invite the two ancestors right away and as people from the younger generation, Emperor Ye Wang and Duke Ye Jie had arrived in Principal Hei Cang ahead of time. Crown prince Ye Qinya was also there with them waiting for Hei Cang to summon the God of Destruction and the Sovereign God of Void and Darkness to his office. Though the Principal didn’t want to use such a lie, the need to summon the two teachers can only be done. After all, the emperor and duke had arrived in the office first before asking if the two teachers were free for today and asking them to come to meet him in his office.

It was hard to decline a principal’s invitation, at least in the mind of an ordinary teacher. But the God of Destruction and the Sovereign God of Void and Darkness, aren’t ordinary teachers. They only come to this academy to help the empire get stronger and prepare for the future.

Inside Principal Hei Cang’s office...

The Imperial Emperor, Ye Wang and his brother the duke, Ye Jie were waiting in silence as they nervously drank their coffee. The Crown Prince, Ye Qinya felt even more anxious seeing that his own father was too nervous. This is also the first time he is meeting the two teachers not as co-workers but instead just a young generation descendant meeting the eldest generation.

”This is nerve racking. Brother, what do you think of my clothes? It shouldn’t look extravagant right?” The nervous emperor, Ye Wang asked.

The Duke, Lord Ye Jie, had been quieter compared to before. When they had learned about the First Emperor and First Empress achievements anyone would see them as a hero. After all, this time the duke is also meeting the ancestors.

He said, ”Imperial Brother, I am also so nervous, will the ancestors truly meet us.”

”Don’t worry as long as things were alright and we didn’t do anything against the situation, things would have been simple even if we do get involved,” said the Imperial Emperor.

Suddenly someone had knocked on the door.

Knock. Knock. Knock.

Principal Hei Cang who was pretending to be an ornamental in the room had spoken and said, ”The door is open, feel free to enter the room.”

Under everyone’s gaze, the most anticipated couple had finally arrived. The God of Destruction, and the Sovereign God of Void and Darkness had appeared by the door. Teacher Mo Anjing looked languid as if he would fall asleep any time now. The usual mischievous smile of Teacher Mo Anjing remains. As for Teacher Ye Xiajie, the situation is even more simple with him involved. He doesn’t smile in front of others except for the God of Destruction. The arrival of the two made the situation and some things at home be resolved.

The moment the God of Destruction and the Sovereign God of Void and Darkness appeared in the office, the Imperial Emperor Ye Wang, the Royal Duke Ye Jie, the Crown Prince Ye Qinya and the Principal Hei Cang had all stood up and kneel on one knee greeting the two ancestors.

”The Royal family clan greets the First Emperor and the First Empress!”

With everyone greeting all at the same time, the God of Destruction acted the same way. They had accepted their greeting and controlled the mental energy to prevent them from actually kneeling, especially for the three members of the Royal family, getting caught in the position of kneeling will not be simple. The two teachers knew about this and made that move.

Teacher Ye Xiajie said, ”Next time there is no need to kneel. Stand up now.”

As the Sovereign God of Void and Darkness says these words, he had escorted his wife to the nearby seats. They had intentionally sat at the couch opposite of where the Imperial Emperor was seated. Once everyone had taken their seat, the Imperial Emperor and the Imperial Duke were the most nervous at the moment. After all, unlike the Crown Prince and the Principal who had interaction with the couple in front of them, the Emperor and Duke, barely had that chance. Actually, if not for the fact that the quantum beast of the First Emperor was first exposed these people would not have a chance to have a conversation like this.

The God of Destruction said, ”We know why you wanted to see us. But before you speak, there is something you must know. First, we are not getting involved in the authority within the empire. In the first place if we are interested we would have come to find you the emperor right from the beginnning.”

”Second, we will only teach the children of the Royal Class. You can only record each lesson and let the others learn through it. How much they will learn through the video recording will depend entirely on a person’s comprehension. The most important one, there is something you must know or the crown prince beside you had informed you about our warnings from before.”

”Is it about the nest of the insect race? Is this information real?” The Royal Duke, Ye Jie, asked with a serious expression.

After all, if things had unfolded as the two ancestors had mentioned, the city would most likely be in ruins by now. Moreover, not knowing this special information, the situation where the Empire might get caught off guard made them worry in their hearts. Even though there wasn’t entirely any proof that the new Insect race’s Nest had appeared, the Imperial Family still believes the warning for the God of Destruction and the Sovereign God of Void and Darkness.

The God of Destruction smiled and said, ”It is real. A hundred percent legit news. If you want to investigate then, I suggest bringing people to the West area of outer space. You might find some clues in that direction.”

The Royal Duke stood up and lowered his head. He followed the words of the God of Destruction and directly passed the warning to the characters of this world.

Lord Ye Jie said while bowing. ”Thank you for your support and protection.”

”Tomorrow, I will be teaching sentinel students to control their transformation. Because the situation at Lord Ye Jie is allowed to send only a small group of people to join the class and let the others from the military to know and learned about the fact that transformation is not illness but just another form power for the sentinels and guides,” said the Sovereign God of Void and Darkness.

Upon hearing this, the Duke who is also the general had asked, ”Would it be alright If I also joined your classes?”

”Feel free,” said the God of Destruction. ”By the way, there is actually a reason why we are teaching you things you have forgotten. The Insect Race that would be attacking the empire in the future is more powerful than the last one you know about.”

”It can be said that they have evolved. As for the reason for this change is another individual. This individual was actually our target. Only when this being appeared would the two of us personally make a move. Unless this being appeared the responsibility of protecting the Empire would be solely the responsibility of the Royal family.”

The Imperial Emperor, the Imperial Duke and the Crown Prince nodded their heads in agreement to this responsibility that was given to them.

The God of Destruction added, ”Also do not worry too much about mental contamination. I will also teach my future class how to resolve such things. For this kind of topic, I will discuss it with the right people, for example the duchess and the duke’s son. The duke’s son, Ye Caoyun is the most powerful guide in the Royal Class. He will most likely inherit most of my ability as the First Empress when that happens the effects would be better with a fated pair by his side.”

Once he said the last sentence, his eyes lingered on the figure of the Crown Prince. The others inside the room were bewildered by his words about the better effects when a fated pair is involved.

Principal Hei Cang asked, ”Why would the effects of healing and guiding be better with a fated mate?”
