The Unveiling of Secret Queen

Chapter 340: Chapter 340: Nathalie was in First Class_1

Amadeus Yancey didn’t need to go through security, as they were led by airport staff straight through a special passage onto the airplane.

They were seated in first class.

When they went up, there wasn’t a single person there.

As soon as Nathalie Quinlan found her seat, she snuggled down to catch up on some sleep.

Alfred Garland was sensible enough to recognize that she was so tired she fell asleep the moment she closed her eyes, and he tiptoed to communicate with the distinguished and outstanding man, saying, ”Amadeus, I’ll go sit in the back.”

Amadeus Yancey rarely saw Nathalie Quinlan so exhausted. She usually had strong defenses and seldom showed this level of fatigue outside, his full attention on the sleeping person before him. Facing Alfred, his mind somewhat elsewhere, he responded with a casual ”Hmm” and looked up to ask a nearby flight attendant, ”Could you please bring me a blanket?”

His appearance was too striking, not the kind of striking one sees of a star on screen, but a stunning, handsome chill that turned heads. A single glance from his deep-set eyes was enough for the stewardess to turn red all of a sudden, and she nervously acknowledged his request before scurrying away.

Alfred Garland knew that Amadeus Yancey had booked the whole first-class cabin. He casually chose a seat at the very back, took out his phone, and sent a message to Mr. Yancey far away in Beijing, informing him that they had boarded the plane.

After sending the message, he remembered the request that Edric Yancey had entrusted him with before departure. He secretly aimed his camera at the front row, took a blurry photo of a silhouette, and sent it along with a text—[Young master, it’s not that I don’t want to take a picture of Ms. Quinlan for you, but Ms. Quinlan is asleep. I’ll send you one when we arrive~]

Once the message was sent successfully, he switched his phone to airplane mode, leaned back in his seat, and began to rest with his eyes closed.

The flight from McKinney to Beijing took four hours, and just sitting there without anyone to talk to could be unbearable, so it was better to catch some sleep.

...

The airplane’s blankets were kept in the business class cabinetry, and as soon as the business class passengers had boarded and settled down, the airplane finally took off.

Once the airplane was stable in its flight at tens of thousands of feet in the air, the flight attendant whom Amadeus Yancey had requested began to look for a blanket.

First class and business class were very close to each other, but a curtain separated the two, dividing the aircraft into two different worlds.

This time Amadeus Yancey was not using the Yancey family’s private jet, but had booked tickets with Northern Airlines, which operated routes from all over the country to Beijing.

The flight attendants on board were used to seeing first-class passengers, including stars and celebrities, and considered themselves well-experienced, no longer excited by how the first-class passengers were.

Yet now, they couldn’t control their own excitement, taking advantage of the others distributing beverages, two flight attendants assigned to first class, one with a blanket and the other with beverages, chatted for two sentences.

”Does the guest inside want a blanket?” asked the one responsible for beverages, who missed the opportunity for exclusive service. Seeing her colleague’s flushed face and springtime-like infatuation, she couldn’t help asking enviously, ”Is it a man or a woman who asked for it?”

It’s no wonder she cared; a few days ago, the boss of their flight attendant company had personally spoken to them, telling them that today’s guests were of distinguished identities and to perform well so as not to offend anyone.

At first, they all thought it was going to be an elderly man, as who else could have the financial and personal resources and connections to have their boss come down to their level and discuss this with them.

It was only when the guests arrived today that they realized they were wrong.

The guests were not only of a young age, but also very youthful!

Two men and one woman.

The girl wore a duckbill cap which obscured her face, but it was apparent that she was quite young, maybe even younger than the man.

At most eighteen, not yet twenty.
