The Unveiling of Secret Queen

Chapter 339: Chapter 339: Another Day of Showing Off Affection_1

Tsinghua University, what a place that is, a dream institution for millions of students, if her words were to spread, let alone Ghania Quinlan, Zayn Fisher would also get dragged down.

Seeing him so nervous, Emilia Sullivan couldn’t help but smile, with a shrug of her shoulders, ”Don’t worry, I won’t say anything. I’m not stupid to tell everyone. It’s just the two of us here, so I’m just giving you a heads up. Don’t take that Nathalie Quinlan to heart, she’s definitely set herself up for embarrassment this time!”

As she spoke, she actually calmed down, glanced at the time on her airplane ticket, then looked at the suitcase that Nathalie Quinlan was pulling, and said with a disdainful frown, ”She’s not going to be on the same airplane as us, is she?”

”Don’t know. It’s possible.”

At this time, appearing in the waiting hall with a suitcase in tow, the chances of her being on the same airplane were quite high.

Emilia Sullivan, holding her business class airplane ticket, said to him, ”Looking at her, she’s probably in economy class. The Zachmann family is just so-so with her, they can’t even be bothered to book a business class ticket for her.”

”If it weren’t for the fact that all the first-class seats had been booked this time, we should have been going first class, without having to squeeze into business class.”

She was quite dissatisfied with this.

Previously when traveling, she always flew first class, but lately, airplane tickets to Beijing were hard to book, and when they were choosing tickets, there were no first-class seats left.

There were only business and economy class tickets available.

A four-hour flight from McKinney to Beijing, such a long time spent squeezed into a cramped economy seat was almost as bad as a death sentence for her.

Business class was also cramped, but it was at least better than economy class.

Just thinking of Nathalie Quinlan having to sit in economy class for four hours made Emilia Sullivan’s mood improve, as she said proudly to Jeff Quinlan, ”Let’s not stand around here waiting. Since they’re not here, let’s go through the ticket check. If it really comes to it, I’ll make a phone call to my brother after we land to let them know we’ve arrived.”

Jeff Quinlan, who had changed his airplane ticket, nodded at her words and walked with her toward the ticket check area: ”Let’s go.”

They had all walked far away when Amadeus Yancey came back with the Coffee.

”Your mocha.”

A magnetic, alluring voice came from above.

Ghania Quinlan was just waking up from her drowsiness, and at his words, she moved slightly, lifting her head. Her dark, deep eyes were bloodshot from a lack of sleep.

The airport started announcing the airplane’s imminent departure.

She rubbed her forehead, her mind clearing somewhat, and reached out her hand slowly to take the Coffee from the man.

It felt cool in her hand.

She raised an eyebrow.

Seeing her sleep-tinged look, Amadeus’s heart ached: ”I knew you love iced water, so I asked them to make iced Coffee for you, with two extra ice cubes.”

”Mhm.”

Ghania Quinlan took a sip from the cup.

The icy cubes diluted the Coffee’s inherent bitterness, and the taste was surprisingly good.

She drank several sips until Amadeus Yancey wouldn’t let her drink anymore, snatching the Coffee from her hands, quite domineeringly: ”You haven’t had breakfast; don’t drink too much Coffee on an empty stomach. Be careful not to upset your stomach.”

Then, he affectionately pulled the two suitcases she was looking at over to his side and said, ”Once we’re on the airplane, get some sleep. I’ll wake you when we arrive.”

Ghania Quinlan was indeed extremely tired. Even the Coffee couldn’t stave off her drowsiness, and at his words, she nodded carelessly.

”Let’s go.” Perhaps wary she might wander off, Amadeus Yancey also took her hand.

Too sleepy to notice his subtle gesture, Ghania Quinlan followed behind him, bag in tow, her steps tentative and docile, much like that of a resigned little housewife.

Following behind, Alfred Garland: ...

I hate that I can’t unsee this!

Today is yet another day when the sting of singleness hits hard, oh, and it’s still so bitter~
