After rejecting my celebrity husband

Chapter 192: Chapter 193: Shall We... Continue? 【2】

”Idiot! You need to use diaphragmatic breathing. Even if you haven’t practiced yoga, you’ve swum, right? It’s like the feeling of swimming. A high note is like a deep dive; in order to make sure you don’t drown, you must control your breath!”

Leng Zimo reached out and pulled her hands, placing them on his waist, then demonstrated diaphragmatic breathing for her.

”Inhale, exhale, inhale, exhale...”

His hands held hers, and beneath her palms, separated by only a thin layer of shirt, was his skin.

He slightly bowed his head, and his breath brushed past her hair with every exhale.

Luo Xiaoqian’s heartbeat involuntarily quickened.

”Got it?” Leng Zimo asked.

”Mhm!” She nodded gently.

He let go of her, turned her around, and his palms rested on her slender waist, ”Breathe in, breathe out, relax your chest...”

She followed his instructions, breathing in and out, her waist undulating with her breath.

”Very good. Now, sing it from the top!”

Luo Xiaoqian started to sing from the beginning as instructed.

Through her thin clothes, Leng Zimo felt the softness of her slender waist. Initially focused, his emotions began to involuntarily wander.

Her waist was so delicate, barely able to withstand a full grasp from his hands.

Her hair... what did she wash it with? Why did it smell so good?

Unconsciously, his face had drawn close to her hair, and the hand that had been on her waist tightened without restraint.

She was wearing an oversized T-shirt. From his angle, he could clearly see her sunken collarbones and the marks he had left on her were still faintly visible.

A dryness stirred in Leng Zimo’s mouth.

”Stop!”

Following his tips, she had paid careful attention to the rhythm of her breath while she was singing, and she sang the whole song smoothly, even the first high note was effortless. Had she sung wrongly again?

Luo Xiaoqian stopped singing and turned to look at him, ”Did I sing it wrong again?”

Leng Zimo’s voice was slightly hoarse, ”Inhale!”

She obediently took a deep breath, but before she could finish, he had already grasped her chin and kissed her from behind.

This Leng Zimo, what was he thinking!

”Mmm...”

She tried to speak, but he took advantage of the moment, and Luo Xiaoqian’s voice turned into a series of unconscious mumbles.

The kiss was almost as long as an eternity.

When he finally consented to let her go, Luo Xiaoqian felt her lips and tongue swollen. Standing straight up out of his embrace, she spoke between breaths.

”Shall we... continue?”

”Sure!”

He said, and then, he kissed her again.

What was he thinking? She meant continue practicing the song, not this!

Crack!

Her T-shirt tore once more under his grip.

Feeling his kisses growing deeper, Luo Xiaoqian knew it was futile to say anything more at this point and resignedly closed her eyes.

...

...

The next morning.

Luo Xiaoqian was still asleep while Leng Zimo had already gotten up earlier.

Looking at her sleep-flushed face, he hesitated for a moment but ended up shaking her arm anyway.

”Time to get up!”

”One more minute, just one minute!”

Luo Xiaoqian instinctively curled into the blanket, her so-called one minute was merely an unconscious response.

Sighing lightly, Leng Zimo turned and entered the bathroom to shower. However, when he came back, fresh and cleaned, the girl was still holding the blanket in the same posture as before.

”Time to get up!”

He was a bit irritated.

”What time is it?”

Luo Xiaoqian sat up groggily, holding the blanket and asked Leng Zimo.
