Chapter 1225: Chapter 1226: Fifteen Rounds

No, Su Chengyuan didn’t hold back at all, if she wanted to laugh, she laughed out loud, without any restraint.

The other three just couldn’t hold back.

An Jing’s gaze instantly swept over the four who laughed and shouted: ”What are you laughing at, did I allow you to laugh!”

Li Wuyu immediately stopped laughing, standing stiff as a pine tree just like Tuoba Yuyao next to him, not moving an inch.

Du Aya and Shi Shi also quickly suppressed their laughter, standing straight up with their heads up and chests out.

Only Su Chengyuan was still laughing.

An Jing, with a completely expressionless face, walked up to Su Chengyuan and looked at her with no expression as she laughed, ”Is it really that funny?”

Su Chengyuan nodded as well: ”Yes, it’s really funny, she is also very ridiculous, and... isn’t she afraid of losing her voice?”

But An Jing didn’t answer her, instead she stepped aside two steps before shouting: ”Su Chengyuan, step out!”

Su Chengyuan, not understanding why, still walked out of the line.

”Face everyone,” An Jing commanded again.

Su Chengyuan obediently faced Tuoba Yuyao and the others.

An Jing said: ”Keep laughing, you like to laugh, don’t you? Go ahead, we’re all watching you laugh.”

Su Chengyuan: ”...”

”Laugh.”

Su Chengyuan: ”...” If you all stare at me like this, even if I want to laugh, I can’t!

”Are you going to laugh or not?”

Su Chengyuan immediately shouted loudly: ”Reporting to the instructor, not laughing anymore!”

Seeing that Su Chengyuan was quick-witted, An Jing was somewhat surprised inwardly but maintained a nonchalant face: ”Will you laugh again in the future?”

”Not anymore!”

Only then did An Jing say: ”Go back.”

Su Chengyuan quickly returned to the line, afraid that An Jing might make her stand in front like a clown to face everyone and laugh. She is a princess, not a clown!

Seeing Su Chengyuan obediently standing in the line, An Jing then said: ”A soldier must look the part, vitality and vigor are prerequisites. What’s there to laugh about? If you can shout out like the deputy instructor, I’ll add a chicken leg to your lunch.”

Seeing no one made a sound, An Jing then pointed at the training ground: ”You will run fifteen laps around this training ground. Anyone who runs fewer than fifteen laps, get out of the military camp. Deputy instructor, lead the run.”

”Yes, instructor!” Once receiving the command, Ye Zhi shouted: ”All present, turn right.”

Just now, in front of the tent, Ye Zhi had already taught them briefly how to turn left, right, forward, and backward.

As soon as everyone heard Ye Zhi’s shout, they turned right together.

”Start running.” Ye Zhi took the lead and ran forward.

Thirteen recruits quickly followed.

An Jing stood with her hands behind her back, watching them run. This run will let her have a basic understanding of the physical abilities of these thirteen recruits.

The training ground is quite large.

The first three laps went well for everyone, but as they progressed, people started falling behind, especially Liu Feifei, the first to fall behind.

Then it was Yan Xiaohong.

Then Ma Guihua.

Then Zhou Piaopiao.

Then Ting Shu.

Then Su Chengyuan.

Baoqin, Shi Hua fell behind during the last four laps.

Lie Qi fell behind during the last three laps.

Tuoba Yuyao, Li Wuyu, Shi Shi, Du Aya never fell behind. After the fifteen laps, Tuoba Yuyao, Shi Shi, and Du Aya were still not out of breath.

Although Li Wuyu didn’t fall behind, he was panting heavily.

Seeing that Tuoba Yuyao, Shi Shi, and Du Aya were not out of breath, Ye Zhi immediately praised: ”You three did well.” Their physical endurance was even better than hers; she was a bit out of breath despite her daily morning runs.
