The Female CEO's Personal Bodyguard

Chapter 315: Chapter 315 Others may fear you, Nash Acedvedo, but I don’t!_1

”Boom!”

Carson Flores’s body skidded along the ground, leaving two long trails behind him, his chest soaked red with blood, but his eyes shone even brighter.

Fighting spirit blazed like wildfire, engulfing him and deeply shaking everyone who witnessed the scene.

Was this truly an undying roach?

Growing stronger the more he fought?

Compared to the last time Carson was sent flying, this time, even though he was knocked back quite a distance, it was clear that he was stronger than before!

He was constantly getting stronger!

Nash Acedvedo’s expression grew more solemn; he couldn’t give Carson any more chances!

Carson’s extreme resilience caused unease in Nash’s heart.

If he kept improving at the rate he just had, a few more punches might leave Carson more injured, but his strength would also reach new heights, perhaps... enough to escape this place.

He was like a piece of red-hot iron, and each of Nash’s attacks was like a blacksmith’s hammer pounding down, knocking out impurities and refining the metal further.

This couldn’t go on!

He had to kill with one punch!

Gang Qi surged around Nash, and with an overwhelming presence, he swooped toward Carson like lightning, launching a full-strength blow even before he landed.

Nash bore an imposing aura and wore a face full of confidence; he’d used all his power, and Carson simply couldn’t withstand this punch!

Seeing Nash’s punch, expressions varied among the surrounding onlookers.

Knox Miller and his son were thrilled, their eyes shining, while people from the Martinez Family, Firzgerald Family, and Johnston Family appeared to regretfully look on.

Of course, they could all tell the punch was ferocious, and not something Carson could catch.

Carson Flores was a goner.

Taylor Johnston, Kylan Martinez, and others showed a hint of apology and shame in their eyes, but they were helpless; they couldn’t stop Nash, nor did they dare to try.

Now that Nash and Carson had become sworn enemies, bent on killing each other, anyone who stood in Nash’s way would become his enemy. He would offer no quarter, would strike down anyone directly, and would absolutely not give Carson any chance to escape!

Carson’s gaze was unyielding; he just needed a little more time, but the opportunity was slipping away.

Right as the punch was about to land on Carson, a figure shot out from the nearby shadows like a ghost, swiftly stepping between Carson and Nash, precisely countering Nash’s fist with his own.

”Snap!”

The resonant explosion of clashing Gang Qi echoed as Nash staggered back three steps, while the person who intervened merely swayed slightly, taking just half a step back before steadying himself.

All eyes turned to the white-haired elder who had suddenly appeared to block for Carson, shock painting their faces.

Who was this man?

Where had he sprung from?

He had easily blocked Nash’s attack; Nash had retreated three steps, but he only took half a step?

Was this man’s strength greater than Nash Acedvedo’s?

Regaining his footing, Nash looked up in astonishment, his brow furrowing, ”Derek Eaton, what are you doing here?”

The white-haired elder, Derek Eaton, laughed, ”If you’re here, why can’t I be here?”

Nash said in a deep voice, ”I remember you once swore not to lay hands on the Miller Family.”

Derek answered with a chuckle, ”That’s right, but your last name is Acedvedo, not Miller. I haven’t laid hands on the Miller Family, have I?”

Nash’s face flickered between shades, and he said coldly, ”Are you protecting this kid?”

Derek laughed, ”That’s right, you repay a favor, and I repay a favor. To use your own words, as long as you disregard what happened today, I won’t make a move either.”

”What if I do make a move?” Nash demanded.

Derek chuckled, ”Then we’ll have ourselves a fight, won’t we? Others might fear Nash Acedvedo, but I certainly don’t.”

The Miller Family members’ faces changed.

The expressions of the Martinez Family, Firzgerald Family, and Johnston Family also altered; their previously calm eyes now gleamed with eagerness once more.

Since the biggest obstacle was out of the way, following through with the original plan to wipe out the Miller Family was no longer a problem.

Nash knew Derek Eaton, aware that his strength was not inferior to his own, even possibly greater; if Derek interfered, Nash would not be able to touch Carson.

Nash glanced at the restless Martinez, Firzgerald, and Johnston Families, ”I hope you three families will give me some face and refrain from making a move today.”

Although not being able to deal with Carson had become a fact, Nash still hoped to save the Miller Family. If they could survive today, scattering in all directions, it would deter those wishing to confront the Millers later on, lacking the perfect opportunity they had today.

Derek laughed, ”I’m just a spectator here, this isn’t my concern. As long as Nash doesn’t make a move, neither will I. If he does, I’ll just have to fight him, which works for me because my hands are itching for action.”

Derek then glanced over at Carson, who was sitting cross-legged on the ground with his eyes closed, and smiled faintly, ”Nevertheless, friendly advice for you all: once Carson stands up again, he’ll likely be a true Great Grandmaster...”
