With two heroes already at hand, Gu Xi’s interest in other undead diminished significantly.

He only glanced at the number of undead and set aside those missing leaders and warrior-level undead.

Now wasn’t the right time to manage those, and Gu Xi finally turned his attention to the final battlefield.

At that moment, the battle was nearing its end, with only one knight still desperately fighting.

Looking at the fallen knight’s corpses on the ground, Gu Xi glanced around, activating Soul Drawing and Summoning, sending out five rays of white light towards the battlefield, landing on the bodies of the five newly fallen knights.

This was a small trick Gu Xi mastered after his Soul Summoning Skill reached Level 7.

Without this little trick, Gu Xi wouldn’t have been able to accurately hit the five knight corpses among the numerous bodies.

Seeing the white light descending onto the knight corpses, Gu Xi breathed a sigh of relief. These five knights fought to the very end; surely one or two of them possessed outstanding abilities.

If the summoning is successful, who knows if those abilities would remain.

At that moment, there was a sudden movement within the corpse heap in the distance. A large amount of white bone was extracted from the bodies of Gu Xi’s fallen soldiers.

Along with it, the war axe and shield used by the Zombie Axe and Shield Soldiers were also drawn out.

This situation took Gu Xi by surprise. He didn’t know what was happening. Could it be that there was a second wave of enemies in the Warrior Tomb?

At that moment, the bones and war axe shield rapidly pieced together before Gu Xi, forming a white bone warhorse clad in a metal shell.

Gu Xi was initially stunned, then shook his head. He didn’t think he had summoned a mount this time.

But in the next instant, he understood that the situation was different as a knight also rose from the five corpses over there.

This knight had fought fiercely with Gu Xi’s subordinates earlier, still with a long spear embedded in his body and six arrows sticking out of his forehead.

He rose, leaning on the long spear thrust into his waist, seemingly still harboring a desire to fight desperately.

Only his desperate direction seemed to be a bit off, targeting the last knight still battling.

Seeing this knight reanimated by the Soul Summoning Skill, the last knight still fighting flashed a hint of madness in his eyes.

He ignored other attacks, recklessly charging towards the newly risen one, seemingly intent on destroying him.

This situation prompted Gu Xi to immediately shout, ”Stop him.”

But it was too late, as this knight’s speed was incredibly fast, almost in the blink of an eye, he had knocked aside all the blocking undead, rushing to the just-risen undead.

As the newly summoned undead was about to be slain by this knight’s sword, Death Incarnation suddenly crashed in, knocking the knight away.

Then nearby undead swarmed, hacking at the knight with hands flying.

Yet despite this, the knight still ignored everything, wanting to kill the newly summoned one.

This situation took Gu Xi by surprise since he had previously targeted other knight corpses, using the Soul Summoning Skill countless times without witnessing such a strong reaction.

The newly summoned undead must have something unusual.

So Gu Xi quickly reviewed the information that appeared earlier and swiftly found the reason for the knight’s madness.

[You successfully used the Soul Summoning Skill, obtaining an Undead Hero (Level 0, Leader Potential), gaining 1 point of Soul Summoning Skill experience.]

Leader Potential?

Seeing this line, Gu Xi understood why the last knight had such a frenzied intention.

The newly summoned one was likely among the most potential and even core heroes under the Flower of the North.

His presence was far more superior compared to those lesser heroes.

Only now, he belonged to Gu Xi.

[Amirka (Level 0, Summoned Creature, Undead Hero): Experience (0/1000), Attack 0, Defense 1, Life 35, Mana 20, Talent: Tactical Expertise (innately mastered Leadership Skill and battle formation skills), Skills: Soul Summoning Skill, Battle Formation (can adjust troop positions before battle starts), Innate Leadership (can lead troop size by +30%), Leader (can command knights, Black Guards, Black Knights, etc.), Leadership (can simultaneously command 91 soldiers +7 leader-level troops).]

Looking at the information before him, Gu Xi understood why that knight frantically came to kill him.

It turned out this hero not only had Leader Potential but was also a rare pure commanding type hero.

Putting aside other considerations, just looking at his talent and skill selection, it was evident that he existed to command troops on large battlefields.

Such a hero on the battlefield was equivalent to having four to five heroes.

However, what left Gu Xi somewhat speechless was that like Di Mi, Amirka also had limited troop types to lead.

He could command other troop types through sub-leader commanders but personally could only command knights, Black Guards, and Black Knights.

For other players, it might be inconsequential as knights exist in every race.

But there’s an awkward aspect for undead: Death Knights cannot be summoned or recruited.

Gu Xi couldn’t provide Amirka with Death Knights to serve as subordinates.

This meant Amirka could only lead 7 leader-level troops; as for his personal guards, Gu Xi would have to wait until he could train Black Guards or Black Knights.

This inconvenience left Gu Xi somewhat displeased.

And just as Gu Xi was complaining about this, the last knight also finally perished at the hands of those undead.

With the demise of the knight crazily trying to kill Amirka, a ding sound echoed beside Gu Xi’s ear.

[Warrior Tomb battle ended, final settlement in progress!]

Seeing the final note, Gu Xi understood that the pit of Death Knights was circumvented.
