Sweet Nostalgia of the 80s

”Accident?” Zhao Ergou shook his head repeatedly, indicating he didn’t understand, ”What accident or no accident?”

”Stop playing dumb with me! Just say it straight, you don’t want to help me?” Liu Qiaoqiao pressed Zhao Ergou.

”No... no such thing. How could I not help you? But you want me to harm a soldier’s kid, isn’t the responsibility a bit much?” Zhao Ergou was quite clear-headed.

”Fine! I get what you’re implying! You mean you don’t want to help me, right? I’m leaving! Let me tell you, Zhao Ergou, from now on when we meet, we won’t know each other; don’t even think about touching me with a finger.” Liu Qiaoqiao turned angrily and sat up, grabbing her clothes to put them on.

”Don’t, don’t, don’t! Why are you so upset?” Zhao Ergou hurriedly grabbed her hand, refusing to let her leave, ”I’ll help you, okay?”

Upon hearing him relent, Liu Qiaoqiao smirked, ”That’s better!”

”Hey!” Zhao Ergou got up and turned on the light in the room, pulled out a cigarette from the pack to light up, and sat at the edge of the bed smoking, ”You can’t stand seeing He Fusheng’s family do well, can you? I’ll create a little accident for He Fusheng.”

Before Zhao Ergou could finish speaking, Liu Qiaoqiao jumped out of bed and suddenly slammed her head into his, ”Can’t you have some ambition? Can’t you do your math? If something happens to that kid, the leaders from the military compound will definitely take the child away. Once the kid is gone, what advantage does the He Family have?”

It could turn out poorly, they might even be held accountable.

Liu Qiaoqiao couldn’t be more eager to see such a scene!

Zhao Ergou calculated it very clearly, naturally understanding Liu Qiaoqiao’s intentions.

But that risk is a bit high; after all, they are high-ranking officials, and what good does it do to constantly oppose leaders?

Put simply, Zhao Ergou didn’t dare to bully leaders’ children. He dared bully only honest people and Fusheng.

”Alright, stop hitting me!” Zhao Ergou was annoyed, ”You troublesome woman, maybe I slept with you, but didn’t you also sleep with me? We’re mutually benefiting from each other here.”

He had nowhere to vent his anger; Liu Qiaoqiao felt empty and lonely. It was a consensual thing between them.

Now with Liu Qiaoqiao causing such a fuss, it seemed like Zhao Ergou was taking a huge advantage.

”Fine, so you’re not helping, eh? I’ll go tell others that you bullied me! You’re just a stinking bully! I’ll tell it to my elder brother-in-law, see if he doesn’t beat your legs off!” Liu Qiaoqiao said angrily.

Faced with Liu Qiaoqiao’s tantrum, Zhao Ergou really had no solution.

”Fine, fine, fine, stop yelling! I’ll help you, okay? I’ll create a little accident, let the family see and take the kid away, save you the daily envy.”

”That’s good enough this time.” Finally hearing the answer she wanted, Liu Qiaoqiao felt balanced in her heart.

”You troublesome woman!” Zhao Ergou took several sharp drags and flicked the cigarette butt to the floor, flipped Liu Qiaoqiao over, pinning her down, ”You need to compensate me once more tonight!”

”Sure! As long as you fulfill my request, I won’t mistreat you in the future!” Liu Qiaoqiao agreed with a cheeky grin.
