Push it open, and beyond lies Hell.

Six simple words, yet they dripped with blood and shadow. Within them lay a truth so visceral that, if one listened closely, they could almost glimpse a boundless sea of bones rising.

Simply because, for Yu Zi Yu the word ‘Hell’ was not mere metaphor, but a fact.

*Hoooo…* Exhaling a long, deep breath, he lifted his gaze to the towering Gate of the Void, its colossal frame piercing Heaven itself. His eyes could not help but narrow, flicking within them a glimmer of anticipation, cold yet tinged with amusement.

“Let us hope… you will not disappoint us.” His faint laughter lingered in the air as he stretched his hands outward.

*Boooooom…* With a thunderous clap, as if the sky itself had cracked apart, the expansive portal spread over the entire sky began to slowly, inexorably open, much to the horror of countless Buddhists across the Buddha Realm.

“Stop him!”

“Hurry!”

Cries rose in panic as the gathered Buddhist powerhouses unleashed their might. Sacred mantras rolled like waves, reverberating across the firmament.

Immediately, a scared Buddhist force, vast and unyielding, converged upon Yu Zi Yu.

However, much to everyone’s shock, every attack was like pebbles thrown into a bottomless sea. Not a single one was able to even touch him.

He was a Tier-7 Hegemon. Even without lifting a finger, none of these so-called defenders could shake him.

Thus, the opening of the Void Gate was inevitable.

The corner of his lips curved into the faint smirk as his power surged once more.

*Booooom…Boooooom…* Accompanied by thunderous rumbles, quaking the sky, the colossal gateway slowly widened, revealing glimpses of a bizarre and chaotic world beyond.

*Roooooar…Roooooar…Roooooar…*

*Screeech…Screeeech…Screeeech…*

A cacophony of horrific cries spilled forth. They were wild, crazed sounds that clawed at the Soul. The vitality of the Buddha Realm itself seemed to drive the creatures of the Void into a frenzy.

And yet, none dared emerge.

Without Yu Zi Yu’s command, no matter how their instincts raged, they remained obedient shadows beyond the threshold.

His word was law. Without his orders, waiting was their only choice.

Until…

*Step… Step… Step…* Footsteps echoed as one by one, Humanoid figures strode out of the violet gate, falling into rank behind Yu Zi Yu.

“So this is the Buddha Realm…What a paradise. Compared to this, the Angel Clan I once called home was but a pale imitation…” A soft, almost wistful voice broke the silence. Feeling the profoundly potent Spiritual Energy, the Fallen Angel, Avril, couldn’t help but express her envy.

“*Hmph!* Paradise or not, soon it will be nothing but ruins. What’s there to care about?” With a cold snort, a cold and aloof young man, the manifestation of Envy, spoke with utter disdain.

“Do not be careless.” Yu Zi Yu’s voice struck like a blade, his gaze turning toward the Third Void King, Envy. His words were calm, yet edged with warning. “The Buddha Realm is not like the Giants or the Dwarves. Here, even you may find your life cut short. Do not underestimate them.”

“Uh…” Envy froze momentarily, and he chose to remain silent.

He clearly heard the concern hidden within Yu Zi Yu’s words… but arrogance still burned in his chest. He did not take Yu Zi Yu’s warning that seriously. He trusted his strength, trusted that he would not be defeated.

*Haaaa…* A sigh escaped Yu Zi Yu. He could clearly tell what was going within Envy’s mind.

[This guy is far too proud, too obstinate. His pride will be his downfall one day.]

[Haa, Forget it. I’ve already said everything that needed to be said. The rest would depend on his own fortune.]

In fact, the Void was never short of the strong; if one fell, another would rise to take their place.

And this was precisely the rule Yu Zi Yu sought to carve into the fabric of the Void: the strong reign supreme, and the capable rise to power.

[If someone stronger than him came forth and replaced him, what of it?] With a faint smile tugging at his lips, Yu Zi Yu once more lifted his gaze, watching as one after another of the Buddha Realm’s mighty powerhouses transformed into streaks of light, rushing relentlessly toward this location.

“It’s about time. You can enjoy your feast now,” he chuckled softly, his voice cascading into the ears of every Void Creature.

And then…

*Rooooaar, rooooaar, rooooaar…*

*Screeeeech, screeeech, screeeech…*

Earth-shaking bellows and shrieks split the heavens, rolling forth like thunder.

Following toward the source, one could see a colossal violet gate, so huge and vast that it appeared as if it was propping up the very firmament. And from within it, a tidal wave of purple surged forth with devastating force.

However, a closer inspection revealed the true face of this tide. It wasn’t a wave actually, but an endless horde of Void Creatures, so vast and dreadful that they melded into a single, violet tide.

“Nooooo…” A sudden cry of despair echoed as a Tier-5 Buddhist was instantly consumed by the violet surge, not even his bones remained.

The faces of the other Tier-5 Buddhists changed drastically at the sight, and one after another retreated in panic.

The true paragons of the Buddhist World had yet to arrive, and naturally, preserving their life became the priority.

However, even as they withdrew, the violet tide spewing from the Gate of the Void spread ceaselessly in all directions.

Endless Void Creatures roared toward the sky, hurling themselves at the Buddhist cultivators like beasts of slaughter.

Slaughter, destroy, ruin, they were etched into the marrow of Void Creatures as primal instincts.

And apart from that was also desire.

Void Creatures were terrifying entities driven by the rawest, the primest desires.

The greater their desire, the more terrifying they became.

Now, what imprinted itself into the eyes of countless Buddhists was a sight beyond imagining. Beneath that colossal gate stood seven Humanoid figures, silent and still, gazing down upon all like ancient gods.

Right underneath them, the violet tide gushed endlessly, sweeping outward, devouring all in its path.

This was the most dreaded force of the Void: the Original Sins.

As mighty as the Buddhist Sect was, under their assault, even they had been caught utterly unprepared.

No wonder the Dwarves and the Trolls had fallen so swiftly.

However, at that very moment…

If one looked closely at the figure standing at the very center of those seven, they would see his eyes were uncharacteristically solemn.

“Imperial Artifacts…and not just one… More importantly…one of them is far from ordinary…” Yu Zi Yu’s heart trembled ever so slightly. His gaze pierced through space itself, reaching across even the flow of time, into the deepest recesses of the Buddha Realm.

The Invasion of the Void he had launched has finally enraged the ancient Buddhist Sect beyond measure.
