Reorganizing the First Tower of the World was not a trivial matter, but it was not that big either.

Nonetheless, Yu Zi Yu would not be interfering with it. This had already become the norm of the Demon Court.

When it came to the lesser Forces under its banner, Yu Zi Yu rarely concerned himself. Such affairs fell to Nine Tails, Princess Ling Er, Moon Princess and others.

Only Forces of the highest order: like the Original Sins, Forces capable of shaking the universe, were worthy of his direct attention.

Besides, Forces like the First Tower of the World, the Seven Shadow Assassins, and even the Society of Demons and Fiends had long been entrusted to the core members of the Demon Court.

For instance, the Seven Shadow Assassins were in the hands of King Zerg, a dreadful assassin born of the Zerg Clan.

The Society of Demons and Fiends was under the command of Bull Demon.

Yu Zi Yu’s role now was to control the overall situation. Often, he just needed to give a single order, and that was enough.

After all, the Demon Court had grown vast and terrifying beyond measure. If Yu Zi Yu involved himself in every trifling matter, there would be no time left to cultivate.

Thus, delegation was inevitable.

…

Even as Ling Er busied herself with the reorganization of the First Tower of the World, the other powers of the Demon Court did not remain idle.

*Rooooooaar…* A majestic and thunderous roar tore the skies apart.

In the skies, White Tiger, with his wings spread wide, could be seen soaring toward the very end of the starry expanse.

“At last… I am free…” His voice quivered with excitement, as if he were a wild steed freed from its reins.

And well it should be.

After a century of silence, he had finally received orders from his Second Brother, Bull Demon to go forth, and expand the Society of Demons and Fiends.

How could his blood not boil at such a command?

After all, what was the Society of Demons and Fiends? It was the ruthlessness incarnate, a force of purest malice, and unbridled ferocity. In other words, should one displease them, they would be slain without hesitation.

And now, White Tiger was to carry its banner to the other galaxies.

*Heh heh…* A wild grin stretched across his face as he threw his head back in a triumphant roar.

“Brother, rein in your excitement… Lest Second Brother calls you back.” A voice rang out, breaking his frenzy. Atop his head sat a golden speck. It was Golden Ant, reminding him with calm gravity.

“Fine, fine…” replied White Tiger, forcing down his surging fervor before unfurling his wings once more.

*Booooom…* With a thunderous gale, storms spanning tens of thousands of meters burst forth. Such was the might of the Storm King, White Tiger.

Despite that, the Demon Court members had always operated in pairs. Wherever White Tiger went, he was accompanied by a companion. That companion was none other than Golden Ant, famed as the Heaven-Shaking Divine Ant.

However, very few knew that this small figure was ranked among the four great terrors of the Demon Court, second only to Yu Zi Yu himself.

They represented the peak of the universe, and their strength was enough to shatter the worlds.

When his battle intent surged, his strength multiplied without end. The sheer terror of it would make even the Hegemons shudder to endure a single blow.

And as for White Tiger, words were hardly necessary.

With Qiongqi blood coursing through him, his might was monstrous from the start. Blessed further with the Heavenly Eye and empowered with the storm, his combat power was nothing short of horrific.

Now… the Demon Court had loosened both these ruthless fiends, even allowing them to operate under the banner of the Society of Demons and Fiends.

One could only imagine what this signifies.

It meant that whoever dared slander the Demon Emperor… would be slain.

Whoever dared to provoke them… would be slain.

They would carve a bloody path through the stars, leaving fear etched into the marrow of all who witnessed.

The Demon Court had never been merciful. And these two were least merciful of all.

As for the name Society of Demons and Fiends, it was but a convenient guise. Over the past century, most Forces knew full well that the Society of Demons and Fiends was but a subordinate Force of the Demon Court.

But what of it?

The current Demon Court held a significant weight throughout the universe.

For such a colossus to wield a ‘sinister force’ for deeds best left unseen, it was quite natural.

It was much the same among other great clans.

The Angel Clan had their Darkwings.

The Gods had their Divine Prison.

Any true power, great or small, kept such hidden blades in the shadows.

However, few could have imagined that the Demon Court would so openly unleash two of its most savage fiends.

…

“Second Brother… are you truly certain about letting them loose now?” Nine Tails’ gaze lingered on the disappearing figures of White Tiger and Golden Ant, her eyes flickering with unease.

“There has been too much talk of late… too much slander against Master. I don’t take kindly to such voices. Sending them out is the perfect way to silence it all,” Bull Demon, a bull-headed humanoid monster, answered, his lips curling into a guileless smile.

However, seeing that very smile sent Nine Tails’ corner of eyes twitching uncontrollably.

[Is it really just to silence dissent? If that were so, why send out Third Brother? Once his blood runs hot, it is all too easy for him to slaughter entire clans to the last.] She muttered inwardly, but did not dwell on it.

A show of force by the Demon Court was long overdue.

And who better than White Tiger and Golden Ant? They carried the mantle of the Society of Demons and Fiends. That alone freed them of restraint. They could kill without hesitation, act without scruple.

Of course, the cost was clear as well. Should they fall, the Demon Court would not, could not, avenge them in the open.

But then again…both Nine Tails and Bull Demon both believed that in this vast expanse of the cosmos, there hardly exists anyone who could take down both White Tiger and Golden Ant?

Defeating them, perhaps that was possible, but to suppress them completely, erase them utterly? That seemed impossible.

And if such a peerless being did exist… would they dare lift a hand?

Not with the Demon Emperor standing behind them like a mountain none could scale.

Thus, the matter was decided.

This time, White Tiger and Golden Ant would etch the Demon Court’s authority into the stars.

The only question was: which fool would dare stand in their path?

Still, Nine Tails could not help but murmur a warning, “It would be best to stay cautious nonetheless. We cannot afford any unforeseen accidents.”

“En” Bull Demon nodded in agreement, then added with an assuring smile, “Worry not, Elder Sister. Third Brother and Fifth Brother are only the vanguard. Fourth Brother and I will follow soon after.”

“That’s better.” A soft chuckle escaped Nine Tails, her heart finally resting at ease.

Both White Tiger and Golden Ant relied on brute strength to dominate, and scarcely resorted to strategy to solve problems.

However, Bull Demon and Sarcosuchus were different. Both possessed not only terrifying strength, but also keen judgment and a grasp of the greater picture.

If those two also joined the fray, that would definitely instill confidence.

However, if they went, the karmic debt they would incur was bound to be significant.
