Yu Zi Yu, though a flicker of doubt crossed his heart, didn’t pay it much mind.

After all, he could just ask Nine Tails about it later.

However, the fact that Lan had become the Third Dragon Envoy of the Demon Court truly took Yu Zi Yu by surprise.

“It’s really been a long time…”  Yu Zi Yu couldn’t help but sigh in his heart, as an image of a girl, as beautiful as a goddess, flashed in Yu Zi Yu’s mind.

The girl had radiant golden hair, and six pristine white wings upon her back. And that girl was none other than Lan, the only female Angel King in the Angel Clan.

Long before Yu Zi Yu had even stepped into the starry skies, she was already renowned across the universe for her extreme speed.

And now… she had comprehended the Principle of Speed and even stepped into the Half-Step Realm of Heagemony.

With such strength, she was likely ranked among the top 20 powerhouses in the cosmos.

*Tch, tch…* Clicking his tongue in amazement, Yu Zi Yu couldn’t help but feel a bit pleased.

[Well, I guess, the Demon Court has gained yet another formidable expert. But now… is hardly the time to be concerned with such things.]

Slowly raising his gaze, Golden Monkey, who rarely spoke, stepped forward and reported solemnly, “Master… recently, there’s been word from the Angel Clan. It seems the Gods are starting to move…”

In a brief statement, Golden Monkey conveyed the current movements of the God Race.

But it was all within Yu Zi Yu’s expectations.

After a century of silence, it wasn’t surprising that the God Race was growing restless.

Or perhaps, Yu Zi Yu’s prolonged absence had emboldened them to rekindle their ambition of annexing the Angel Clan.

And the Angel Clan, as one of the Superior Clans, possessed tremendous heritage. If they truly submitted to the God Race, the latter’s power would swell immensely.

Let alone the fact that the Angel Clan was home to elites like Lan, the Fifth Angel King—Alarion.

“All these Forces… every single one of them, they’re always scheming something,” Yu Zi Yu sneered, his eyes turning slightly cold.

Still… now was not the time to make any hasty moves.

Food must be eaten one bite at a time. Soup must be sipped one spoon at a time.

Until he familiarized himself with the current state of the Demon Court, Yu Zi Yu had no intention of making any bold declarations.

“I’ve just returned. Let me rest for a while. You may all withdraw.”

“Yes, Lord Demon Emperor!”

With a unified response, the crowd took their leave.

Only Nine Tails and Princess Ling Er remained in the grand hall.

“Demon Emperor…” A soft voice called out as Ling Er approached, her eyes twinkling with amusement.

“When no one else is around, must you still call me ‘Demon Emperor’?” Yu Zi Yu chuckled, his tone filled with playful curiosity.

“Ah…” Startled for a moment, Ling Er smiled shyly and said, “Then… how about ‘Master’? That still rolls off the tongue better.”

“They’re all the same…” Yu Zi Yu smiled faintly, not too concerned with titles.

Still, for some reason, hearing these familiar faces call him ‘Demon Emperor’ felt a little odd.

…

At that moment, Ling Er walked closer and offered with a warm smile, “Master, would you like me to take you around? It’s been a hundred years since you last returned… You probably won’t recognize the Demon Court anymore.”

“Very well…” Nodding in agreement, Yu Zi Yu responded with a smile.

That was exactly what he had in mind.

In ten years, much could change.

But in a hundred years, an entire generation could rise and fall.

So, there was one thing he wanted to know: Just how many new powerhouses had emerged in the Demon Court during his absence.

However, there was one thing he could be certain of, the Demon Court had not let him down, for the auras he sensed were indeed far more numerous and powerful than they had been a hundred years ago.

“Then let’s go,” softly murmuring, Yu Zi Yu stepped forward, accompanied by Princess Ling Er and Nine Tails, making his way outside the Demon Palace.

…

“Among all the legions of the current Demon Court, the most renowned is undoubtedly the Iron Legion, also known as the ‘Iron Tide.’ It boasts over one million starships, spread across various galaxies. It is the Demon Court’s greatest weapon in warfare. In addition, there are 108 flagships, each equipped with main cannons known as ‘Annihilation Beam,’ which are powerful enough to threaten even a Tier-6 Transcendent.”

Amid this rare introduction, Yu Zi Yu followed Ling Er and Nine Tails beyond the Celestial Realm.

From here, gazing down at the Celestial Realm, he saw a black torrent, coiling and flowing endlessly around the skies of the Heavenly Realm.

That was the legendary Iron Legion of the Demon Court.

Even the smallest of their starships were 10,000 meters long.

As for the flagships, some were as massive as entire cities.

It was even said that one of them, called the Titanic, was as large as a small continent. It was a true mechanical behemoth.

“This must be the work of the Magneto…” marveled Yu Zi Yu in admiration, a smile lightning up his eyes.

Magneto was the Master of Magnetism, and also one of his Apostles.

In addition to this, he had two other identities, the Commander of the Iron Legion, and the Chief Scientist of the Demon Court.

“Indeed,” nodding, Nine Tails too voiced her praises, “The first time I saw this legion, even I couldn’t believe it. More importantly, everyone believes we only have 100,000 starships…”

“A million? 100,000? That’s a tenfold difference… Looks like the next generation knows how to hold back their trump cards,” a rare praise escaped Yu Zi Yu.

He was also certain that it was the work of Bosun.

[Not bad…not bad at all. They may have not learned everything, but they sure have learned how to keep their cards hidden. That’s more than enough.] And this was exactly what Yu Zi Yu wanted to see. After all, in the boundless cosmos, not knowing how to conceal your trump cards was extremely dangerous.

A power without secrets was like one naked before the Myriad Races. One misstep, and they would be devoured whole.

Thus, keeping trump cards hidden, feigning weakness. This was something Yu Zi Yu had repeatedly taught his Disciples.

And by the looks of it, Bosun seemed to have learned this lesson well.

“Aside from the Iron Legion, the other nine legions have also shown considerable growth. In fact, that little guy Bosun has even created a legion of his own—the Six-Desires Devilguards, known for their mystique and psychological disruption…”

After calmly listening to the introductions, Yu Zi Yu gradually grasped the current military strength of the Demon Court.

Compared to a hundred years ago, the current Demon Court was hundred times stronger, or perhaps even a thousand times stronger.

And this was the Demon Court after completely absorbing the foundation of other clans and finishing the metamorphosis.

In the Western Sector, purely in terms of military strength, the Demon Court was now undoubtedly the number one force.

Any one of their legions could wipe out a second-rate Force.

And among the eleven legions, the top three could stand toe-to-toe with first-rate Forces.
