Peninsula: Director of Public Prosecutions Starts with Daily Intelligence

Are you going to the bathroom? (Please read)“No more signing, great star. If I sign any more, I’ll run out of paper.”

Choi Jinri pouted, a little displeased. She was just getting into the swing of things and reluctantly handed the pen back to Lee Se-hyun.

“Here!”

Lee Se-hyun had a headache. He held a stack of signatures, 80% of which were Choi Jinri’s personal autographs. Wasn’t this just a pure waste of paper?

“I really thank you! I’ll come to you for signatures next time too!”

“You’re welcome~” Choi Jinri was happy to receive the praise.

Lee Se-hyun then looked at Im Yoon-ah and the others. Perfunctory, it was completely perfunctory! Compared to them, Choi Jinri was truly dedicated and doted on her fans.

Choose Jinri or SNSD?

Regardless of who was more famous, blindly supporting Jinri was the way to go.

Lee Se-hyun, satisfied, took a stack of signatures and returned to the basketball court. After he left, everyone immediately breathed a sigh of relief.

Damn it, that fake fan finally left!

If Lee Se-hyun hadn’t been a Prosecutor, they would have hugged him tightly.

“Choi Jinri! Are you out of your mind?” A Girl Group member with a slightly less appealing appearance cursed, “Why did you sign so many for that sibal old ma?”

Choi Jinri was startled. The one cursing was Liu Jumo from T-ara. The name Liu Jumo was known to all.

Liu Jumo once, by herself, ostracized all the members of T-ara, shocking the entire entertainment industry. Even Lee Se-hyun, far away in China, had heard her name.

Isn’t that impressive? If he knew, he would definitely try to get a few more signatures.

Why? Being infamous is still fame! A deputy is still an official, and a hater is still a fan!

Choi Jinri honestly said, “Isn’t it normal for fans to ask for signatures?”

“Normal?”

Liu Jumo laughed in disbelief, “What kind of fan is this? And you must have signed at least a hundred pages, right?”

“I… I don’t think it was that many.”

“He tells you to sign, and you just keep signing like crazy? Are you a doll? A puppet? Do you have no thoughts of your own? You made us sign like crazy too!”

With Choi Jinri, the ’internal competition king,’ setting the standard, Liu Jumo and the others didn’t dare to be perfunctory, fearing that Lee Se-hyun would make a comparison.

Choi Jinri seemed not to have caught the underlying meaning, smiling with her small teeth, and said, “He’s my fan.”

Fan?!!

Fan my ass! Liu Jumo was furious and was about to teach this sweet-looking innocent person a lesson, but Im Yoon-ah stepped in front of her.

“What do you want?” Im Yoon-ah said coldly.

Girls’ Generation was the most popular Girl Group on The Peninsula, bar none. Im Yoon-ah was the visual of SNSD, and her status in the entertainment industry goes without saying.

Popularity first, entertainment first.

Liu Jumo reined in her emotions and blamed, “Unnie! It’s all Choi Jinri’s fault. If it weren’t for her, why would everyone be so unlucky today?”

“Blame Jinri?”

Im Yoon-ah once again laughed in exasperation. The difference was that this time, she was made to laugh by Liu Jumo.

“The person I should blame even more is you, isn’t it!”

“Unnie?” Liu Jumo said displeased, “What does this have to do with me?”

If not for her apprehension about Im Yoon-ah’s status in the entertainment industry, Liu Jumo would have already pulled out her ’troll stick’ and swung it directly.

“You know that too?” Im Yoon-ah instinctively shielded Choi Jinri behind her and said, “What business is it of yours?”

“You…” Liu Jumo, with a ferocious expression, as if possessed by a goblin, said, “I call you ’Unnie’ out of respect.”

“Without my respect, you are nothing!”

The most popular Girl Group on The Peninsula? So arrogant? Her father was also a National Assembly member, so why pretend! Im Yoon-ah in front of her was really good at pretending!

Im Yoon-ah sneered, “I’d rather jump into the Han River than be an ’Unnie’ to someone of your caliber!”

On The Peninsula, Girl Groups prioritize righteousness. Whether as an actress, a Girl Group member, or just as a person, character always comes first, and integrity is the foundation of one’s being.

Im Yoon-ah would not give any good face to a woman like Liu Jumo, who had such a terrible reputation and whose offline life was consistent with her public image. Moreover, Liu Jumo was bullying the little hamster.

“Im Yoon-ah! Don’t push your luck!”

“Liu Jumo, do you even have any face?”

“siba old ma!”

Im Yoon-ah was not one to suffer a loss and retorted, “sibal!”

For a moment, outside the basketball court’s lounge, the atmosphere was tense, full of gunpowder, enough to blow everyone on the basketball court away.

“What’s going on!” Jessica Jung, the elder sister, came out to mediate and said, “I remind everyone, this is the Seoul Central Prosecutor’s Office.”

“We are here to work, not to argue and make a spectacle of ourselves, are we?”

“All of you shut up, do you hear me? The basketball game is about to start, so calm down! Especially you, Liu Jumo, don’t always look for trouble.”

“If this commercial performance is ruined, will you take responsibility?”

At these words, Liu Jumo was speechless. She couldn’t bear this responsibility. The wrath of the Seoul Central Prosecutor’s Office was not something small fries like them could withstand.

Everyone also tried to persuade the two.

“That’s right, Unnie Jessica Jung is right. Everyone should be united, and we shouldn’t say anything that’s not conducive to unity.”

“Liu Jumo, calm down a bit. Can you cause trouble after the performance is over?”

“Exactly, exactly.”

Most people were subtly criticizing Liu Jumo, not saying anything negative about Im Yoon-ah. Anyone with eyes could see that Liu Jumo was stirring up trouble.

Im Yoon-ah was standing up for Choi Jinri, protecting this vulnerable junior.

Liu Jumo felt a great surge of anger in her heart when she heard everyone complaining about her. The sibal old ma, they were all subtly criticizing and mocking her.

She secretly swallowed the bitter pill and held a grudge against Im Yoon-ah and Choi Jinri.

Choi Jinri tugged Im Yoon-ah’s arm, smiling with her small teeth, and said, “Unnie Yoon-ah, thank you.”

Im Yoon-ah shook her head, indicating it was nothing.

“Just call me unnie.” Im Yoon-ah stroked Choi Jinri’s small head.

Choi Jinri was truly too cute! She really couldn’t resist touching her.

Choi Jinri nodded her little hamster head and obediently said, “Mm-hmm~”

The farce ended there. Liu Jumo wished she could run away immediately, but due to the authority of the Prosecutors, she had to endure it.

The relationship between Im Yoon-ah and Choi Jinri deepened further. Choi Jinri became Im Yoon-ah’s little follower, a shadow, going wherever she went.

Jessica Jung was a bit speechless and stopped Choi Jinri, “Your Unnie Yoon-ah is going to the restroom, are you following her too?”

Choi Jinri nodded and said, “I need to go to the restroom too.”

Alright, alright, so you’re not even pretending anymore, are you?

The hero saved the beauty, the beauty was moved and offered herself to him, falling in love with the hero—a classic trope.

But the problem was, Im Yoon-ah was a female hero, so your ’offering herself’ is a bit too strange, isn’t it? What kind of development is this?

Choi Jinri wouldn’t like Im Yoon-ah, would she?!!

Watching Choi Jinri follow behind Im Yoon-ah, she fell into deep thought. Then Jessica Jung also chased after them.

“Hey! Yoon-ah, Jinri, wait for me, I need to go to the restroom too!”

Choi Jinri was startled for a moment. Unnie Jessica Jung also needed to go? That’s great!

During school days, people always liked to go to the restroom in groups. Going to the restroom wasn’t important; who you went with was very important!!

The most speechless person was Im Yoon-ah, who was in front. Im Yoon-ah rubbed her head. Choi Jinri being a shadow was one thing, but Unnie Jessica Jung, why are you joining in the fun?

What a bunch of crazy people!

Lunatics!
