The Ace Bigshot Becomes A Farmgirl

Capítulo 1563: Chapter 1563: Everyone Plans to Buy a Plot of Land

Actually, the best date is September 7th, but that’s the day of Lanhua’s wedding.

As Lanhua’s sister-in-law, Zhou Qiao definitely will be busy, and the Zhou family will also attend the wedding. Clearly, proposing on that day isn’t a good opportunity.

But it doesn’t matter; this time is just to propose, and the third day is not bad either. We can later choose a good day for the wedding.

Dazhuang thought about how he was soon to have a fiancée, and he couldn’t be happier.

Ruan Dali playfully teased him, “The wedding is two years away, what’s making you so happy now? It’s like you already have a wife.”

“I’m better off than you, I’m about to be settled down. How about you? You still don’t know where your wife is.”

Ruan Dali snorted, “I’ll find one soon, you’ll see! You seem so smug; if you had a tail, it’d be wagging up to the sky.”

Shu Yu glanced at him, young man, if it wasn’t for a twist of fate, Sister-in-law’s initial choice was actually you.

“Dali, are you planning to find someone right away? What’s this, do you have a plan?”

As the boss of the workshop, Shu Yu felt it necessary to care about these bachelors here.

Who knew Ruan Dali would let out a sigh, losing his earlier playful momentum with Dazhuang, “Forget it! Ever since I became the steward of the workshop, people from Ruan Family Village have been visiting my home again, bringing all sorts of people to introduce to me. I told my parents, I won’t marry any of their relatives’ girls.”

Ruan Dali’s parents have always had little affection for the villagers of Ruan Family Village. Even after falling out in the past, they still come to their house as if nothing happened.

They were annoyed to no end, but thankfully turned them all down.

But by refusing, those people now say they don’t know what’s good for them, and Ruan Dali’s parents face trouble everywhere in the village, living even harder than before.

So…

“I’ve thought it through. Once I get through this period, I’ll rent out all our family land and bring my parents here. There’s a village near the workshop where I can rent a yard for them to stay temporarily, so they’re close to me. I also plan to buy a plot nearby; once I’ve saved enough money, I’ll build a house there.”

He knew it; the area near the workshop was bustling now, and its future development could be amazing.

Land prices are already rising these days; with the money he’s earned recently plus his previous savings, buying a plot of land isn’t too difficult.

Shu Yu didn’t expect him to be the first to think of buying land, nodding approvingly, “It’s a good idea.”

Just as she finished speaking, both Daniu and Dazhuang chimed in with the same thought, “I also plan to buy a plot of land.”

Shu Yu turned to look at them, “Are you serious?”

Daniu’s reasoning was straightforward, “Earlier, I thought about buying a courtyard in the county town, but since I don’t live there, it didn’t seem necessary. Now I’m mainly living at the manor and workshop, and I should have my own house. I figured I’d buy a plot of land first; there’s no rush to build. If I don’t need it later, I can always sell it.”

Shu Yu didn’t have much to say about this, as Daniu may be staying at the manor, but it wasn’t his. Now that he’s not short on money, having his own home, where he can renovate and furnish it to his liking, would be more comfortable.

Therefore, Shu Yu didn’t try to persuade him and just suggested he carefully consider the location to choose a good spot.

As for Dazhuang, he wanted to buy land in preparation for marriage.

As a bachelor, staying in the workshop dormitory is fine, but after getting married, he would want to have his own little home.
