Super Rich by Doing as You Please

”Su Mu, is what your brother said true?”

”That depends on what he said, but I have a pretty good guess.”

Su Mu replied nonchalantly, ”Fine, I admit it. The reason Xu Yun hit him and forced him to kneel was because I told him to.”

Afraid of causing trouble for Xu Yun, she took the blame herself.

For the man she liked, Su Mu was willing!

”Dad, I knew it!”

Hearing this, Su Zhi’an immediately seized the opportunity to make his accusation. ”See? Now she even dares to admit it right in front of you!”

”Su Mu, he’s your brother!”

The middle-aged man’s anger flared. ”As his older sister, not only do you refuse to help him with his troubles at the company, you even team up with an outsider to bully him! Are you even a member of our Su Family?!”

”The last time I left, didn’t you say you’d disowned me as your daughter?”

Su Mu sneered, ”And another thing, Dad, don’t think I don’t know. Are you planning to transfer all your shares to Su Zhi’an after the company goes public?”

”So what if I am!”

The middle-aged man raged, ”It’s your own fault for being such a disappointment! You’ve let me down completely! Did you expect me to give my shares to you, just so you could hand them over to that young man, Xu?

Don’t even think about it. My company can only be left to a man of the Su family.”

”Dad, I originally had no interest in your company whatsoever.”

Su Mu said disdainfully, ”You can give it to whoever you want, whoever makes you happy, I don’t care. But now, I’ve changed my mind. I will not leave the company you and my mom founded to that mother and son.”

With that, she turned to Jiang Xueqi and Su Zhi’an. ”My terms are the same as before. Let this business with Xu Yun go, and I can make your future lives a little easier.

But if you insist on causing trouble for him, I will make you lose everything.”

”Su Mu, who do you think you’re scaring?”

Su Zhi’an scoffed, ”What can you possibly do with that measly handful of shares? Dad still calls the shots in this company!”

”There’s a lot I can do. If you don’t believe me, just try me.”

”Enough!”

The middle-aged man roared, staring at his daughter. ”Su Mu, I’ll ask you one more time. Are you truly unrepentant?

If you just apologize to me now, make a clean break with that Xu Yun, and come back to the company to help your brother, I can pretend none of this ever happened.”

”What have I done wrong?”

Su Mu stood up and said contemptuously, ”And another thing, if I want to return to the company, none of you can stop me. Including you, Dad!”

With that, she turned and strode out of the room.

Everyone was speechless.

After Su Mu left, the living room fell silent.

Su Zhi’an glanced at his mom and whispered, ”So, should we still call the police?”

”Call the police for what?!”

The middle-aged man glared at him and snapped, ”Didn’t you hear her? She was the one who ordered it! Are you really going to call the police and have your own sister arrested?!”

”I can’t just let myself get beaten for nothing.”

”That’s right, honey. We can’t just let this go.”

”Then what do you want to do?”

The middle-aged man said irritably, ”Someone hits your son, and your son doesn’t know how to fight back?

Someone tells your son to kneel, and he just kneels? He has no backbone at all!”

Jiang Xueqi was left speechless.

”But Dad, I couldn’t beat him!” Su Zhi’an protested. ”He’s...”

”You deserved it even if you couldn’t beat him. Who told you to go and provoke him in the first place?”

The middle-aged man declared, ”This matter ends here!”

After his father left, Su Zhi’an said resentfully, ”Mom, I can’t just let this go!”

”Son, just bear with it for now.”

Jiang Xueqi consoled him, ”Now is not the time to turn on him. Once your dad transfers all his shares to you, we won’t have to live according to his moods anymore.

When that time comes, we’ll settle the score with Su Mu and that wild man of hers!”

Su Zhi’an fell silent.

After leaving the villa, Su Mu didn’t stay idle.

She called President Ma. ”President Ma, make preparations. Find some time before we go public to call a shareholders’ meeting.”

”Understood, President Su.”

Su Mu had never wanted things with her family to get so ugly. But now that they had, she couldn’t afford to care about father-daughter affection anymore.

’If the company is in my hands, at least the business my dad and mom built won’t be ruined by Su Zhi’an.

And I won’t let my clueless father be deceived by Jiang Xueqi and her son.’

Su Mu was certain that as soon as her father transferred his shares to Su Zhi’an, Jiang Xueqi and her son would immediately start walking all over him.

In the end, he would be left to face a desolate and miserable old age.
