Reincarnation Paradise Park

Chapter 1047: Chapter 49: News of the Foreigner

”State your requirements, I know you have a way.”

Obito seemed to have anticipated this, and the expression on Sasuke’s face, lying on the ground, stiffened. He was already awaiting the arrival of death, unaware of the sudden turn of events.

”Have White Zetsu help me find someone. I’m not talking about a casual search; I want a full effort in finding that person.”

”...”

Obito hesitated. White Zetsu was an integral part of his plan, currently gathering intelligence worldwide and searching for Konan. Having White Zetsu search for a person wouldn’t be difficult, but if that person was unrelated to Obito’s plan, it would be a significant loss for him, especially when time was what he most lacked now.

However, Obito was very eager to obtain Sasuke’s Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan, which was also something he did not want to miss out on.

”Who is this person, and what are their characteristics?”

Obito didn’t directly agree but probed with a question.

”Characteristics...”

Su Xiao was somewhat at a loss. Not to mention the characteristics of the outsider, he didn’t even know whether the person was male or female or even human.

”I don’t know.”

”?”

Obito clearly didn’t understand.

”Can I understand it this way? You want White Zetsu to find someone, yet you have no idea about that person’s appearance or characteristics?”

Obito was beginning to sense trouble and continued to ask, ”Are they male or female?”

”Ahem.”

Su Xiao cleared his throat softly, as Bubu Wang already closed his eyes in despair, having guessed who Su Xiao wanted White Zetsu to search for.

”For now... unclear.”

Receiving Su Xiao’s answer made the expression behind Obito’s mask stiffen. He couldn’t help but wonder if Su Xiao had some personal vendetta against Sasuke.

”Sasuke, it seems you’re doomed.”

Obito shook his head, ready to painfully give up on Sasuke’s Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan.

Sasuke’s mouth opened and closed as he lay on the ground. The ups and downs of life were overly thrilling; he had hope for survival a moment ago, but now he seemed doomed because he realized that finding a person of unknown gender, age, and appearance in this world was even less likely than his own self-recovery.

”Not completely without clues. Firstly, that person’s behavior is very unusual, taking extra care in everything they do.”

Su Xiao offered the first piece of information, and this wasn’t his baseless speculation. Consider that when a contractor enters the derivative world of another paradise, no matter how arrogant their personality might be, they will lay low; otherwise, they cannot possibly be foreigners.

”Nearly all Anbu Ninjas fit the characteristics you mentioned. They act in a furtive manner.”

Obito shook his head, indicating that this piece of information was of little use.

”Secondly, that person acts regardless of consequences.”

Obito still shook his head, as if everyone present acted regardless of consequences, or they wouldn’t have attempted to attack the Five Shadow Summit.

”That person might be rather unlucky.”

Su Xiao’s speculation was entirely personal. He suspected the Naruto World might slightly repel such outsiders.

If it weren’t for Reincarnation Paradise’s disguise, Su Xiao would also experience this repulsion, as he was transported into this world.

”The most important point is that the abilities that person uses might be very abnormal, ones never before seen in the Ninja World.”

Hearing Su Xiao’s words, Obito squinted his eyes.

”Very abnormal abilities...”

Obito seemed to recall something suspicious and spoke:

”Three days ago, White Zetsu detected a strange disturbance near the Hidden Cloud Village. It resembled the Explosion Release ability and was similar to the bombs you use but with a wider range. After the explosion, it forms a ’Flame Mushroom,’ and within the blast radius, an invisible poison appears.”

”Flame Mushroom... invisible poison? Abilities completely alien to ninjutsu?”

Su Xiao’s eyes seemed to shine with light.

”Yes, completely alien to ninjutsu.”

”That’s it.”

Originally just a guess, Su Xiao could now confirm that the outsider had appeared near the Hidden Cloud Village.

Contractors have diverse abilities, with some even using mecha to fight in the Naruto World, which is quite an unusual approach.

Not to mention mecha, Su Xiao’s tablet alone would arouse suspicion from characters in the storyline. Yet, whether it was Obito or Shinfuru, they quickly accepted the tablet, even though they didn’t understand its function or principle.

This happens due to the disguise mechanism of Reincarnation Paradise. Contractor abilities, after being disguised by Reincarnation Paradise, are readily accepted by storyline characters without arousing suspicion. Otherwise, contractors wouldn’t be able to operate normally in the Naruto world.

According to Su Xiao’s speculation, outsiders probably don’t have such a disguise, meaning their abilities appear very abnormal to storyline characters, as things shouldn’t exist in this world.

”I can save Sasuke, but I need White Zetsu to devote all efforts to finding that person within a month. After finding them, just inform me of their location.”

”I can have White Zetsu search for that person, but I can’t guarantee finding them within a month.”

Obito didn’t agree directly, which ironically made him more trustworthy. Those who make grand promises are the least trustworthy. If Obito had done that, Su Xiao would consider finding another partner.

”It’s impossible to search for that person with full effort. White Zetsu’s main body needs to search for Konan, but all of his clones will search for that person. Additionally, the Akatsuki Organization has many rogue ninjas whose combat effectiveness isn’t high; they’re mostly responsible for information gathering. I can have them search for that person too.”

”Deal.”

Su Xiao and Obito reached an agreement, which let him breathe a sigh of relief, finally having news about the outsider.

Su Xiao had already expected Obito would seek his help, not for treating Sasuke but for matters concerning the Nine-tails.

”Is there an operating room here?”

”Yes, at the furthest end of the base, fully equipped.”

Obito walked toward the depths of the base.

”Then prepare for surgery, Uchiha Sasuke. By the way, you won’t like this process.”

Su Xiao signaled A Mu to lift Sasuke off the ground. Sasuke breathed a sigh of relief, as he finally saw hope for survival; he still had many things left undone. As for Su Xiao’s claim that ’you won’t like this process,’ Sasuke directly ignored it; he was a ninja. Pain was something he could entirely endure.

Is that really the case? Compared to Nagato and Sasuke, whose body was severely overtaxed by the Rinnegan, Nagato’s pain tolerance was tens of times stronger than Sasuke’s. Each day of living required enduring pain that could drive a normal person insane.

Even so, after Su Xiao performed surgery on Nagato, the gaze Nagato gave Su Xiao was threateningly apprehensive. During casual chats with Konan, Nagato mentioned that Su Xiao while performing surgery was a genuine demon + devil, and if given another chance, Nagato would hesitate for a long time before deciding whether to accept that surgery.

And now, it seems the young Er Zhuzi hasn’t paid heed to the process of Su Xiao’s surgery, resulting in a lesson he would receive a few hours later that would prove unforgettable for life.
