Dimensional Codex System: I'm really not a cultist!

The brawl between the Magical Girls is hardly any different from a gangland turf war.

Neither side has much experience in group combat, so when the leading big sister shouted a call to arms, the others just picked up their rods and joined the fray. Soon, the entire helipad was in chaos, and the fight was in a deadlock.

Now Yachiyo and Jyushi are no longer considering capturing them alive. The leader is right here, so as long as they catch that blonde drill-haired girl, the other issues will obviously resolve themselves. Thus, facing the charging Magical Girls, the two of them knocked out each one with precision.

”Can’t really tell, but you sure hit hard.”

Seeing Yachiyo knock out a pouncing Magical Girl with a gunstock, Jyushi couldn’t help but make a sarcastic comment, to which Yachiyo just rolled her eyes.

”Oh, come on, I’m not that bad. You haven’t seen someone really hit hard—Little Hong is much harsher than I am.”

”Really?”

”Yeah, good thing she’s not here this time, who knows how many might have died otherwise.”

Saying this, Yachiyo couldn’t help but shiver. Although their battles with Margis are intense, everyone is a Magical Girl, so they do show some restraint. However, Red Ponytail fights to the death; Yachiyo’s own experience, not to mention the previous encounter with Mami Tomoe... Yachiyo had witnessed it all.

”You might not know this, but we once fought that woman called Mami Tomoe. Back then, Little Hong cut off one of her arms, and if Kohin hadn’t stopped her in time, that woman would probably have died long ago.”

”Is that so......”

Hearing this, Jyushi was silent for a moment.

”Maybe it would have been better if she had died then.”

”.........”

Yachiyo was at a loss for words in response to this comment.

In fact, Red Ponytail feels the same way now.

”No matter what world she’s in, this woman is always a hassle.”

Glaring at Mami Tomoe on the screen, Red Ponytail squinted, then stood up.

”Let’s take her out. She’s always more of a liability than an asset, and I’m getting fed up with her.”

Red Ponytail has never liked Mami Tomoe, not in her world, and even less so here. The thing she hates most is this kind of self-righteous idiot. Now Red Ponytail only regrets not having cut her down back then, but fortunately, there’s still time now......

”Wait, wait, Little Hong...!”

Seeing Red Ponytail stand up, Kohin urgently grabbed her.

”I believe Miss Yachiyo and the others can certainly handle Mami Tomoe. Let’s just watch for now, okay?”

”Alright then, let’s see how things play out first.”

Meanwhile, the battle on the screen was also reaching its climax.

”Bang!”

As the last Magical Girl fell, Yachiyo took a deep breath, lifted her head, and looked at Mami Tomoe in front of her.

”Now it’s all over, there’s just you left.”

As Yachiyo spoke, the other Magical Girls also approached, enclosing Mami Tomoe, yet despite the angry glares, Mami Tomoe still wore a smile.

”Huhuhu.........”

”How can you still laugh?”

Seeing Mami Tomoe’s reaction, Yachiyo sensed something amiss.

”Whether it’s the attack on Kamihama City by the Magical Girls or manipulating the Magical Girls, your plans have all been thwarted by us. What are you still laughing about?”

”Plans?”

Mami Tomoe slowly raised her hand.

”The plan has been proceeding smoothly, you know? Freeing the Magical Girls from their bindings is my mission. The gears have already started turning, and our plan is already in motion!”

As Mami Tomoe finished speaking, suddenly, the entire world turned pitch black.

”Uwaah, all the lights went out!”

Felicia exclaimed in shock at the city plunged into darkness, while Yachiyo looked on grimly.

”You all... could you have......?”

”, That’s right, the power and signals of this city have already fallen into the hands of us in Margis. Thanks to you all focusing your attention here, it allowed the other wings to complete their actions smoothly.”

”What exactly do you intend to do?!”

At this point, Jyushi also shouted angrily, yet Mami Tomoe remained smiling, undeterred.

”It’s a summon.”

”A summon......?”

”Exactly.”

Mami Tomoe nodded, looking up towards the sky.

”Margis in Kamihama City has—summoned the Witch’s Night.”

”What!?”

All the magical girls were shocked upon hearing this.

”You’re going to lure the Witch’s Night to Kamihama City? Do you know what you’re doing?”

”Of course, the arrival of the Witch’s Night can facilitate the hatching of EVE, allowing all magical girls to receive salva.........”

However, Mami Tomoe didn’t finish her sentence because, at that moment, a foot descended from the sky, stomping on Mami Tomoe’s head and directly crashing her into the ground with a ”boom.”

”Alright, thanks for the intel, hahaha, Margis really is a bunch of useless teammates.”

The Red Ponytail, who had descended from the sky with one foot on Mami Tomoe’s head, stretched out lazily.

”But it’s okay, knowing this intel was worth my patience until now.”

”Little Hong, just now she said......”

”Yes, I know.”

Red Ponytail waved her hand, interrupting Yachiyo’s words.

”I had earlier sensed a directional flow of energy, but I couldn’t figure out what they wanted to do, so I waited until now... hmm, I see, that’s it. Truly, it’s foolish to pretend to understand everything when you actually understand nothing... but no matter... alright, I’ve marked the location for you, Kohin has already gone over, you all should go too.”

”And what about you?”

”Me.......”

At this point, Red Ponytail glanced at Mami Tomoe under her foot.

”I’m going to give a good punishment to someone who’s strayed from the path of the magical girl... you see, Deities don’t just save people, they also punish sinners, right? Alright, what comes next is not suitable for children, you all aren’t eighteen yet, so don’t watch, go on, go on.”

”I’m nineteen......”

Yachiyo quietly retorted, while Red Ponytail rolled her eyes.

”I know you’re about to expire, so stop emphasizing your age here, hurry up, Kohin can’t handle it alone over there.”

”Got it, I understand.”

Yachiyo obviously didn’t intend to argue with Red Ponytail on this matter, so she nodded and quickly led the others away. Watching the backs of the departing magical girls, Red Ponytail chuckled softly before suddenly leaping back, dodging the ribbons shooting up from the ground.

”Oh, still not dead.”

Seeing Mami Tomoe get up, Red Ponytail greeted her cheerfully, while Mami Tomoe looked at her coldly.

”It’s useless, the plan has already started, there’s no way you can stop the redemption of magical girls......”

”Hehe, you may think so, but at least you won’t see it happen.”

Red Ponytail raised her right hand, and soon, with cold air overflowing and erupting, a pitch black greatsword appeared in her hand.

”Your actions have deviated from the path of the magical girl, so I will bring you punishment. Your soul will be imprisoned in an endless icy cage, feeling eternal pain and torment! Hmm... this is actually the first time I’m formally using divine punishment, you should feel honored to be the first soul I claim, unlike those twins who were just lightly reprimanded. But against you, there’s no need to hold back.”

At this point, Red Ponytail grinned, showing a fierce smile.

”Did you take a leak? Did you wash your hands? Did you pray? Are you ready to wail in endless pain and torment?! Come on, come on———!”

Shouting, Red Ponytail raised Frostmourne, and soon, the aura of death erupted from it, while at the same time, Mami Tomoe flew into the air, raising her hands, countless firearms appeared from nowhere, shooting towards Red Ponytail. But facing the overwhelming barrage, Red Ponytail simply tightened her grip on the greatsword in her hand and swung it fiercely!

”Whoosh———!”

The air-freezing cold erupted instantly, freezing the bullets in the air, and with a scream, Mami Tomoe fell from the sky like someone punched her face-on, crashing to the ground.

”Merging with an Uwasa, such a pitiful sight, Mami Tomoe.”

Cold chains rose from the ground, tightly binding Mami Tomoe’s body, and dragging Frostmourne, Red Ponytail slowly walked towards Mami Tomoe.

”So scared, are you? Afraid to become a witch? Wasn’t this something you’d already decided on? You sacrificed everything for your wish, didn’t you? So what are you afraid of now? Guilt? Fear? Is that why you chose to escape and hurt others? No matter what you do, it all ends up in vain.”

”Uh......you.......”

Hearing Red Ponytail’s words, Mami Tomoe glared at her tightly.

”Stay back, stay back!!”

Amidst wailing-like screams, firearms appeared again around Mami Tomoe, unleashing a barrage towards Red Ponytail, but Red Ponytail merely continued walking forward quietly, unaffected as the bullets were frozen into ice before they could reach her.

Seeing this, Mami Tomoe gritted her teeth again, manipulating the firearms to shatter the chains binding her, while at the same time, the yellow forging belt appeared out of thin air, tightly wrapping around Red Ponytail. Mami Tomoe leaped into the air, and a giant gun materialized by her side.

”Tiro......ugh......”

But before Mami Tomoe could finish speaking, a pitch black hand appeared out of nowhere, clutching her throat, swallowing back her words, and at the same time, the ribbon binding Red Ponytail and the supermassive gun in Mami Tomoe’s hand both vanished.

”Uh......ah.......”

With wide eyes, Mami Tomoe clawed desperately at her neck, her long legs kicking relentlessly, but her struggle was futile. Soon, Mami Tomoe’s eyes began to roll back, her arms limply dangling by her sides, as if a broken doll hanging in the air, and dark yellow liquid spurted from under her skirt, splattering on the ground and emitting an acrid stench.

”Really, how disgraceful.”

Red Ponytail walked in front of Mami Tomoe, looking at the girl with eyes rolled back, mouth agape, and tongue hanging out like a dog, shaking her head in resignation, then she gripped the pitch black greatsword in both hands, slowly raising it.

”Awaken, Frostmourne, it’s time to feed.”

With Red Ponytail’s whisper, the next moment, the sharp pitch black blade pierced through Mami Tomoe’s chest.

Simultaneously, several cold, pitch black, slippery tentacles suddenly appeared, tightly entangling the girl before her.
