After rejecting my celebrity husband

Chapter 2180: Chapter 2184: Six-winged Angel

Ah Ke will deliver food for them later, he always has to make some signs of mischief, anyway, it’s his own wife in front of him, Leng Zirui doesn’t mind exposing his body.

The apple was close to her mouth, so Xu Xia naturally didn’t hold back, tilting her head to take a bite, enjoying the moment.

By the time Leng Zirui came out wrapped in a towel, Xu Xia had already finished the apple from the fruit platter.

”So hungry?” Leng Zirui looked at the empty plate, ”Why don’t you eat me as well, how about it?!”

Can’t kiss, can’t touch, at least he can tease her, right?!

”Disgusting!” Xu Xia rolled her eyes at him.

Scolded, yet Leng Zirui just lifted the corners of his lips.

It’s been a long time since he had bantered with her like this.

The doorbell rang.

Leng Zirui straightened up and turned to walk to the door.

Xu Xia immediately shifted her gaze, watching his back.

His back was beautiful, muscles smooth, not an ounce of extra flesh, even more of an ideal inverted triangle than many male models.

On his back, a Six-winged Angel was spreading its wings.

Of course, Xu Xia’s focus wasn’t on these; her gaze was fixed on his right shoulder. On the right shoulder of the man in front of her, there was a noticeable scar, a circular one with stitch marks still faintly visible, clearly a new injury.

Seeing that wound, a bright light suddenly flashed in Xu Xia’s eyes.

Previously in Hong Kong, when Leng Zirui saved her, he was shot in the shoulder. Later, when they first got intimate, the bandage on his wound wasn’t completely removed yet. Xu Xia remembered clearly about the position of his wound, and there were also small divots on his back, which were from the time when Zimo set off fireworks at Leng Zimo’s farm to protect her.

Even if there really were people in this world who looked alike, it’s impossible for such scars to be such a coincidence.

Looking at her hands tied by his tie, Xu Xia immediately concluded that this guy was indeed Leng Zirui!

Could a man who just wanted her body be so considerate and afraid of stopping her wrists from being tied, even going as far as feeding her apples?

No, impossible!

Someone so considerate towards her could only be their family’s Zirui!

”Honey, dinner’s here!” Leng Zirui pushed the dining cart in, ”How is it? Doesn’t it look delicious?”

On the dining cart, there were exquisite Chinese dishes.

Seeing him come in, Xu Xia subconsciously curved her lips, but before they could lift up, she let her face drop again.

Humph!

This guy made her feel wronged for so many days; she wouldn’t forgive him so easily.

”Looks unappetizing,” she turned her face away directly.

”How could it be? This is a five-star hotel; I heard it’s Chinese food made by a Michelin three-star chef!” Leng Zirui helped her sit up, placed a pillow behind her, and then lifted the rice, added some dishes on top, and brought it to her mouth, ”Come on, eat a little. Only once you’re full will you have the strength to escape, right?!”

”How do I know if you’ve drugged it?” Xu Xia intentionally made things difficult.

”Oh, little miss, your sense of caution is quite high?”

Leng Zirui laughed to himself and immediately put the food he picked up with the chopsticks into his own mouth, chewed, swallowed, and then opened his mouth for her to inspect inside.

”So... I also ate it. If there were drugs, I certainly wouldn’t eat it myself, would I?”
