As A Maid, I Can Fix Her!

Chapter 5: Chapter 4 - Preparing Tea

Glaaare...

Glaaare...

As my Master’s fingers caressed my head, the smiles and gazes of the Maids who were having breakfast were directed at me.

Besides me, I could see some spoons that had fallen onto the floor and the flowery smiles that they were holding back.

I don’t know what’s on their minds, but I can guess for sure.

That flowery smile was directed at me, who was receiving a gentle caress from my Master’s hand, who was feeling guilty after throwing a teacup at me.

I didn’t really mind it, but it seemed to have become a guilty conscience for my Master.

”Uhm, Master Reina...”

Caress...

Caress...

”Yes, Liliana?”

”Honestly, I feel uncomfortable with the current situation,” I said while looking back at the other Maids who were looking at me with flowery smiles.

”Don’t you like my caressing you like this, Liliana?”

”D-Don’t get me wrong, Master Reina. I love the gentle caress of your hands like this. It’s just that... it’s a little bit embarrassing to doing it when seen by others,” I replied while lowering my head and covering my face with both hands.

Deeeg...

Deeeg...

After getting a gentle caress from Master Reina, I felt like I was being played with in an awkward and embarrassing situation like this.

For some reason, an apology from my own Master actually became something embarrassing that I didn’t want to experience.

My self-esteem as a young girl who had lived to old age had crumbled in an instant.

I didn’t want to do anything disrespectful to my Master and hoped to quickly escape from my Master’s gentle treatment.

One wrong move, and it could make me look like an old woman unaware of her position, much older than the little girl before her eyes.

My hand immediately grabbed Master Reina’s arm and led her to an empty chair.

”Liliana?”

This action of mine seems impolite as a maid working for the Duke’s family. However, I must do this to avoid tarnishing my dignity as a woman who has lived to a ripe old age.

”Master Reina, would you like to taste my tea again? This time, please make sure not to throw the cup at me, okay?” I asked politely, acting like a maid fulfilling her master’s needs.

”Y-Yeah, I’ll make sure my excitement doesn’t get out of hand... this time!” my Master replied, raising her fists and sitting up in a graceful position.

”I doubt that,” I replied quickly.

”Hmph! You don’t believe my determination, Liliana?”

”It’s not that I don’t believe in my Master’s ability to control her emotions. It’s just that my Master hasn’t been trained well enough to control her emotions properly. So far... my respected Master has only been able to hold on to her emotions for three seconds.”

”E-Eeekk!! You counted it?!”

My master looked surprised after knowing that I was the one who calculated her emotional control.

Nod...

With a small nod of my head, it made my Master’s face turn pink and turn her head away.

”T-Three seconds? I’m still an amateur compared to Mama,” my Master muttered in a cute tone and covered her face with both hands.

”Compared to the Duchess... My Master can still study harder before the social debut party begins.”

”I-It’s true... three seconds... I really am an amateur at this, huh?”

”Sooner or later, My Master will be able to master it. As long as there is determination and will, I am sure My Master will be able to master it!” I said as if giving my Master words of encouragement.

”Liliana...”

Kirraa...

Kirraa...

My master smiled and peeked out from behind her hand that was covering her face. Her red eyes looked like red roses trying to grow through the cracks in the wall and bloom on the outside.

That smile and the sharp glint of her red eyes almost made me choke when I saw it.

The beauty and prettiness of this Villainess girl look like a rose that is painful to pick.

My heart was beating fast when I saw her smile from behind her hand that was covering her face.

I immediately turned around and walked towards the kitchen that was used for cooking.

My current goal is to make a cup of tea that this Villainess girl will love. According to the memories of this girl named Liliana, the procedure for making tea in this world isn’t much different from that in my home world.

The first step is to bring the water to a boil and prepare the tea leaves, which are then dissolved in the water. To serve a cup of tea, simply use a teacup and a water strainer to prevent the tea leaves from getting into the cup.

The mechanism is not complicated and is still the same as in my original world!

I like the new life, which is not much different from the previous life!

”Hmm?”

When I entered the kitchen area, which was filled with cooking utensils, I saw three men crouching and hiding from something.

Before I could say a word to them, the three of them pointed their index fingers at the magic stove that was boiling water until it boiled.

I wanted to say something to them, but stopped after seeing them afraid of something.

I can guess the fear they are experiencing.

None other than the fear that came from the Villainess girl who was sitting waiting for my homemade tea.

Without wasting any more time, I immediately relied on the memory of a girl named Liliana to make the tea that the Villainess girl liked.

In other words, making a cup of tea for a Master I am currently serving.

My hands and feet immediately went to work making tea.

High-quality dried tea leaves...

Boiling water...

And a tea set ready to use at any time...

With a light and fast-moving body of a little girl, I prepared a cup of tea ready to be brewed by my Master until the corner of my eye saw a piece of plant that looked like a mint leaf.

My curiosity piqued, I picked up a piece of the plant and smelled it. The scent was fragrant, fresh, and cool, like the menthol in my world.

”Maybe I can make tea with different flavors,” I muttered as I took out a tea set that was used by the maid.

I don’t know what possessed me, but my hands moved to make two teas that had different flavors with the addition of mint leaves in them.

As a safety measure for my Master to avoid picking up the wrong teapot, I use two different sets of tea utensils.

After the preparations were complete, I immediately returned to my Master, who was waiting until he felt bored.

Kraattaa...

Krraattaa...

”Master Reina...” I said while carrying a wooden tray that carried two sets of tea utensils.

”Liliana! Hmm? Why did you make two sets of tea?” my Master asked curiously, covering her nose after smelling the strong scent of mint leaves.

”I-I smell something strong coming from that teapot. Are you playing a prank on me after what I did earlier, Liliana?” my Master continued, as if she was suspicious of me.

I just smiled at the accusation and answered her.

”I just made mint tea for the Maids, Master Reina.”

”Mint tea?” Master Reina muttered as if she were thinking about something in her head, tilting to the right.

”Yes, mint tea. A blend of tea leaves and mint leaves that creates a refreshing taste. It has a strong taste and is only suitable for adult maids,” I replied as I placed the wooden tray on the table and separated the tea set I had brought.

”...”

My master just fell silent after smelling the strong scent of mint leaves.

”My tea isn’t mixed, is it?” my Master asked, looking at me and covering her nose with a handkerchief.

Hearing that question, I could only smile to give a hint of mischief.

”L-Liliana?”

My master looked panicked after seeing me smile at her.
