[Corpse Bay (Large): Use 2500 resources, 10 units of stone, and 10 units of wood to build a Corpse Bay (large building) within the city.

Once completed, 20 Floating Corpses can be trained weekly.

Before construction, a Level 1 Evil Temple (large) must be built first.

The building must be constructed underwater.]

[Floating Corpse (Level 2): Experience (0/200), Attack 3, Defense 4, Life 15, Skills: Underwater Combat, Undead Creature, Heavy Strike.]

Looking at the information on Corpse Bay, Gu Xi understood. Along with the previously discussed Mermaid Garden, these are entities on the same level as the Graveyard.

The Floating Corpses and Mermaid Units trained start at Level 2, but once built, it will be realized that at Level 4, they will have corresponding new species to choose from.

Just like Skeletons start at Level 0, and Skeleton Soldiers can only take positions at Level 3.

Before the construction, Gu Xi was not quite sure what kind of units would emerge.

However, for Gu Xi, it wasn’t that important. The land title he acquired this time came with three large plots, and there are numerous architectural design plans here. Gu Xi could always find something more suitable.

After directing people to take away [Corpse Bay] and [Mermaid Garden], Gu Xi turned attention to the remaining items.

Besides two large architectural design plans, Gu Xi sought the larger ones among them.

In Gu Xi’s heart, larger ones appeared more likely to yield large architectural design plans.

Just like this time’s Mermaid Garden and last time’s Green Onion Forest, the architectural design plans were considerably large.

Therefore, Gu Xi’s eyes were selecting from the remaining items based on size.

Upon scanning one round, Gu Xi’s gaze landed on a carpet in the corner.

This carpet was vermillion, painted with strange patterns resembling many snakes intertwined.

Upon seeing this carpet, Gu Xi felt it was like a snake pit.

He initially assumed this was the third large architectural design plan, but Gu Xi hadn’t expected he had guessed wrong.

[Meat Snake Farm (Medium): Use 500 resources, 10 units of stone, and 10 units of wood to build a Meat Snake Farm (medium building) within the city, producing 30 units of edible meat snakes daily (upgradeable)]

[Note: This building must be constructed on the water surface.]

Viewing the description, Gu Xi knew his guess was wrong. He laughed wryly, also surprised at himself for making such an amateur mistake based on experience.

Fortunately, Gu Xi only erred briefly. Instead of relying on experience for judgment, he seriously picked up each architectural design plan and evaluated each one’s situation.

Out of the remaining seven architectural design plans, another large architectural design plan was found.

It was also a middle-tier species’ architectural design plan; it can be said that despite its modest size, it was the biggest gain this time around.

[Bay Temple (Large): Use 4500 resources, 10 units of stone, 10 units of wood, and 1 unit of crystal to build a Bay Temple (large building) within the city.

Once completed, 10 Sea Horse Cavalry can be trained weekly.

Before construction, a Level 1 Magic Tower (core building) and a Level 1 Blacksmith Shop (core building) must be built first.

The building must be constructed underwater.]

[Sea Horse Cavalry (Level 5): Experience (0/2500), Attack 14, Defense 8, Life 45, Skills: Underwater Combat, Charge, Water Wave Strike (uses water flows for a wide-ranging impact).]

This type of Sea Horse Cavalry is about the same level as the Elves’ Silver Flying Horses, belonging to the non-formal knights, usable as cavalry but still somewhat below knights in status.

If placed within the Undead, it would roughly hold the position of a Vampire.

However, for Gu Xi, this is favorable. Even if they’re not an Undead Corps, they at least ensure the security of the Pier District and the new district yet to be built.

Moreover, if there’s combat in the water, Gu Xi need not worry about having no units to use.

As for whether underwater combat will occur, Gu Xi was quite confident.

The situation over in Yalidu City was entirely clear to Gu Xi.

Besides connecting multiple era cities through the Yalidov Tower, the river at the Pier District is also key to connecting each era.

Therefore, a navy is incredibly important to Gu Xi.

Out of the six remaining architectural design plans, there were three medium-sized and three small ones.

With these architectural design plans appearing, Gu Xi could determine there’s no worry in constructing the new district. Everything was prepared quite considerately.

[Pearl Base (Medium): Use 500 resources, 10 units of stone, and 10 units of wood to build a Pearl Base (medium building) within the city, producing 1 unit of pearls daily (usable as gems) (upgradeable)]

[Sewage Inlet (Medium): Use 500 resources, 20 units of stone to build a Sewage Inlet (medium building) within the city, producing large amounts of wastewater and garbage daily (upgradeable)]

[Fishman’s House (Medium): Use 500 resources, 20 units of wood to build a Fishman’s House (medium building) within the city, boosting training speed for all Fishman species by 50% (upgradeable)]

In addition to the previous Snake Field, food for the Mermaid and Sea Horse Cavalry units was no longer a concern.

However, Gu Xi was still unsure what race the Sea Horse Cavalry belonged to. If they were Fishmen, training speed could even further improve.

As for small-sized buildings, what most caught Gu Xi’s attention was a structure similar to a city gate.

[Waterway Fence Design Plan (Small): Use 200 resources and 10 units of metal to build a Waterway Fence (small building) within the city. This building can act as a city gate in water areas but cannot be paired with a moat (upgradeable)]

Having this, Gu Xi could add another city gate. Although this city gate can only be used underwater, it was already adequate for Gu Xi.

[Offshore Windmill Design Plan (Small): Use 200 resources and 10 units of wood to build an Offshore Windmill (small building) within the city, able to attract chests and floating objects swept into the sea by whirlpools (upgradeable)]

[Lone Reef Lighthouse Design Plan (Small): Use 200 resources and 10 units of stone to build a Lone Reef Lighthouse (small building) within the city, weekly yielding a survivor on the sea with rescue rewards from them (upgradeable)]

These two small buildings were designed to increase materials; Gu Xi estimated that once they were built, consumption in the region could nearly be balanced out.

It can be said that this time conquering the Well Dragon Palace led to a great gain.
