Pop! Pop! Pop!

When the shark heads and Gu Xi’s zombie corps collided, the boss who had been hiding among the shark head troops stepped out, wielding his weapon and knocking a few zombies away like he was playing golf.

The enemy soldiers’ strength is between Level 4 and Level 5, and the boss is Level 7.

Gu Xi quickly made a judgment based on the intelligence brought back by the White Bone Wine Lady, which was fairly accurate. It seems the White Bone Wine Lady is sometimes useful.

However, the White Bone Wine Lady didn’t manage to find out some information, like these shark heads having extremely high defense power.

They should be berserkers among the underwater fishmen, thick-skinned and fearless of death.

After facing the rain of arrows and magic attacks, not only did they not retreat, but they also wanted to push through the zombies’ attacks and break into the ranks of the undead corps to scatter them.

But they overestimated themselves and underestimated the number of undead troops.

More than four thousand undead troops are more than four times these shark heads. Even if four against one, they can beat these shark heads.

Not to mention, within Gu Xi’s troops, there is a squad with a primary trait of joint attack— the Black Spear Camp.

When the shark heads broke through the front zombies and were ready to slaughter, they encountered a troop shrouded in black ash.

Within the black ash, they couldn’t see the enemy clearly, only spotting long spears like a forest and skin glinting with metallic luster.

Metal Troop!

Lancers!

The shark heads quickly judged in their hearts: facing such an enemy, they must leap into the enemy’s ranks to scatter them and prevent them from forming an offensive.

If Gu Xi could have known the thoughts of these shark heads, he would have definitely applauded them.

Because the combat style of these shark heads is very similar to the Bone-Slaying Camp troops.

But since they are the enemy troops now, there’s no way Gu Xi would let them run rampant.

Just as the enemy was about to leap, Gu Xi pointed to their feet.

Wraith Whiskers!

Wraith Whiskers!

The two Wraith Whiskers restrained the shark heads.

Simultaneously, a Skeleton Priest was placed in the center of the battlefield.

Under the influence of the Skeleton Priest, the Black Spear Camp’s advancement speed increased slightly.

While the shark heads were affected by the Wraith Whiskers, the Skeleton Soldiers of the Black Spear Camp raised their long spears high and plunged them into the shark heads’ bodies heavily.

”Kill! Advance! Kill!”

Arroyo, wielding a war axe, charged at the forefront. With each step forward, he yelled, and each axe stroke would take a shark head’s life.

Even though the Skeleton Gunners behind him weren’t as strong as him, their attacks managed to kill a shark head with four or five hits.

In just one encounter, without Arroyo having charged out three steps, over a hundred of the thousand-plus shark heads were dead.

The remaining shark heads realized something was off. Although they couldn’t move, they had ways to cope.

They swung their iron rods all at once, performing a horizontal sweep, intending to fend off the Black Spear Camp’s attack.

But they didn’t expect that Gu Xi’s timing was quite precise.

As soon as a shark head was killed, Gu Xi immediately used the Soul Summoning Skill.

Over a hundred shark head corpses instantly transformed into equally strong zombies. Their heads didn’t become shark heads, but their teeth became sharp like a shark’s.

[Giant-toothed Zombie (Level 4, Summoned Creatures): Experience (0/750), Attack 6, Defense 4, Life 18, Skill: Tearing Bite.]

These giant-toothed zombies, like the wooden stick zombies previously summoned by Gu Xi, are relatively useless mutations among zombies.

They have no weapons in hand; the only thing usable is their teeth for biting.

However, their appearance disrupted the formation of the shark heads and greatly lowered the shark heads’ morale.

After all, no ordinary being could face seeing their recently deceased comrade quickly turn into an undead and then turn around to attack them.

Even these berserk shark heads were affected.

And this scene before them was the kind that most impacted morale.

Seeing the black eagle symbol above the shark heads, Gu Xi laughed heartily.

”Bone Storm, Arroyo, I’ve cleared the path for you; the rest is up to you!”

Under Gu Xi’s Bone Storm, the shark heads standing in front of the Black Spear Camp were harmed.

At this moment, the troops from the Black Spear Palace charged forward again, as if pushed by someone from behind.

They continuously charged into the shark head troop, piercing with spears, stomping with feet, wave after wave of attacks, each taking away numerous enemies.

The shark heads also thought of counterattacking.

But Gu Xi’s responses were always a step faster, either commanding nearby subordinates to finish the enemies off or using spells to interrupt their actions, or directly using Summoning or Corpse Burst. Gu Xi always managed to disrupt their moves a step ahead.

This made the shark heads fight painfully.

Their forces were inherently fewer than Gu Xi’s, and facing such attacks, they had no way to resist.

With one wave of attacks after another, the number of shark heads dwindled, and their resistance weakened.

Seven to eight minutes later, all the shark heads were slaughtered on the spot.

After the battle was complete, Gu Xi stretched out his hand, setting up the Healing Tent that had been trailing behind the Evil Coffin.

At the same time, the Withered quickly joined the healing team, helping Gu Xi’s subordinates restore their life force.

Furthermore, Stone Golems began flying in other directions, checking the surroundings.

After all, the enemy originally had more than four thousand troops.

Only a thousand or so appeared here; the rest, three-quarters of the enemy, hadn’t shown up yet.

Gu Xi wouldn’t naively believe that the enemy was finished just like that.

He firmly believed that the Well Dragon King was watching him.

Waiting for him to let his guard down.

Before killing the Well Dragon King, Gu Xi wouldn’t be careless.

He instructed his troops to collect the weapons of the shark heads, used the Soul Summoning Skill on the spot, and transformed the shark heads into giant-toothed zombies to supplement his troops.

Gu Xi’s idea was to use these Level 4 giant-toothed zombies as cannon fodder.

After defeating the Well Dragon King, he planned to send these giant-toothed zombies to the graveyard to convert them into ordinary zombies or Zombie Axe and Shield Soldiers as he desired.

With Gu Xi’s enhancement on his troops, he could boost their combat power in a short time.

Even the cannon fodder could have the combat power of a generally strong troop.

If the Well Dragon King’s subordinates were still at the Level 4 to 5 range, the cannon fodder zombies had a good chance of surviving.

Then he would have enough undead to bring back to Yalidov City, to be transformed into a legitimate zombie regiment.

As Gu Xi cleaned up the battlefield, the Stone Golems flew back.
