Undead Mage from a Cell

Chapter 368: Chapter 366: The Purple Long Saber Left Behind by the Well Dragon King

Gu Xi still overestimated the courage of the strange beings under the water. After he killed all the Fishman Demons and dragged their corpses out, there was no change in the nearby area, as if it were a forbidden ground no one dared to approach.

No one came to interfere, making Gu Xi’s subsequent tasks much smoother.

All the Fishman corpses were dragged over, totaling two thousand one hundred bodies stripped of their gear, along with over seven hundred Undead corpses that died in battle, which were all that needed Summoning here.

Because of the Eternal Enslavement Altar, Gu Xi only resurrects those Undead that are level 7 or above, rather than summoning them.

The rest were taken directly to the Eternal Enslavement Altar for resurrection.

Those available for Summoning here were all of ordinary attributes and not particularly high levels.

With nearly three thousand corpses, under Gu Xi’s Summoning, over one thousand nine hundred new Undead were summoned.

Among these Undead, the number of Skeleton Shooters and Zombies was the highest, while the rest were all Ghosts.

The Skeleton Shooters were transformed from the Fishman Crossbowmen; as soon as they were turned, they were divided by several Skeleton Shooter Bosses.

As for the Zombies, some of these Fishman corpses were quite strong, and using them as Ghosts would have been a waste of their bodies, so Gu Xi had them transformed into Zombies instead.

After having the Undead Boss allocate the Undead, Gu Xi turned his attention to this round of loot.

The most eye-catching to Gu Xi was naturally the half-dead White Bone Dragon Corpse crushed by the Steel City Gate.

When Gu Xi first arrived, he planned to move the Steel City Gate to take away the White Bone Dragon Corpse of the Well Dragon King, to see if he could piece together a new Bone Dragon.

But he never expected that, because it was crushed under the Steel City Gate, the Well Dragon King’s body had merged with it.

When he moved the Steel City Gate, the corpse moved with it.

This situation left Gu Xi speechless.

Finally, there was nothing he could do but plan to use some means back home to process what remained of the Well Dragon King’s bones, perhaps make it into an Undead Giant Beast to guard the Steel City Gate.

If possible, this thing could be more useful than the Moat.

When moving the Steel City Gate and the Well Dragon King’s body, a few items were left at the scene.

One was the Long Saber once held by the Well Dragon King, another was a broken Guardian Robe, and a black high hat.

Among them, the Guardian Robe and the hat had lost their original functionality, becoming gray trash, but the Long Saber remained quite intact, a purple weapon.

When stuck in the ground, water dripped from the crystal blade.

[Evil Blade - Well Dragon’s Chant (Purple, Main Hand Weapon)]

[Attack: 22-34]

[Equipped: Power +4, Agility +3]

[Equipment Requirements: Power 9, Agility 9, Constitution 5]

[Special 1: Sever Ties, during frontal attacks, can slice everything in front into two, including incoming arrows and Magic (cannot sever rivers, seas, or Range Magic).]

[Special Impact 1: After activating Sever Ties once upon equipping, suffer severe injury once daily, reducing Life to 10% (restored through Blood Replenishment or other means).]

[Special 2: Mirror Dragon, a 30% chance during attack to summon a Mirror Image, launching a second attack on the enemy.]

[Special Impact 2: After activating Mirror Dragon once upon equipping, vision becomes distorted, seeing double of everything (this effect cannot be removed by any means).]

[Special 3: Blade Washing Ceremony, after each kill, wash the blade using the enemy’s blood and wine, restoring its durability and increasing attack by +1.]

[Special Impact 3: After activating Blade Washing Ceremony once upon equipping, the blade must be washed with blood daily, or it will automatically cut the user’s skin, vampiring for cleaning.]

[Description: This blade, when held, harms the wielder before the enemy, not a good blade.]

Looking at the attributes of this Evil Blade, Gu Xi’s eyes lit up, understanding it was a good blade.

Moreover, the attributes were quite decent, and there were solutions for solving the impacts of the three special effects.

It was apparent how much effort the Well Dragon King invested in this blade.

All special effects were reduced to levels even an average person could accept.

However, the method to reduce the special impacts seems ineffective, and the special effects of the blade appear to have weakened, not resembling any Purple Armor.

Unfortunately, regardless of the blade’s merits, Gu Xi was fated not to wield it.

It’s not that he didn’t want to use it, but rather he simply wasn’t equipped to do so. He could strive for 9 points in Strength Attribute, but 9 points in Agility Attribute were beyond his reach.

Additionally, he already had a weapon and off-hand gear, rendering the blade rather redundant.

So, inevitably, this weapon would be traded for benefits.

But this time, Gu Xi planned it well; this weapon wouldn’t be sold cheaply.

Gu Xi planned to trade it for a purple piece of armor or another Purple Armor, ideally something that fittingly matched Gu Xi’s attributes.

Otherwise, Gu Xi would rather let this blade rot in his possession than give it away.

After storing the Evil Blade, Gu Xi casually glanced at the Guardian Robe and the high hat.

[Broken Water God Guardian Robe (Gray Trash): A divine robe originally crafted from water and Dragon Scale, but due to some reason, it has become damaged and lost its function. It can be used in certain special rituals.]

[Divine Hunter’s Hat (Gray Trash): A crown from a divine spirit, previously sealed with mysterious power, but due to some reason, this power has faded; it can be used in conversion rituals.]

Just as Gu Xi had judged, these two items no longer had any use.

However, considering they once belonged to the Well Dragon King, Gu Xi still decided to keep them.

Meanwhile, the Undead cleaning the battlefield had already brought the weapons and equipment gathered from the site for Gu Xi’s inspection.

The Well Dragon King’s situation was only slightly better than Gu Xi’s.

Most of the weapons and equipment were of the White grade.

Some could be directly used by Gu Xi’s Undead, while others needed to be taken back to the Blacksmith Shop for reforging.

Meanwhile, Gu Xi’s Undead Corps also found many different items within the Well Dragon Palace, including a large amount of food and resources, somewhat filling the gap in Yalidov City.

Just as Gu Xi was about to sort through the food here, there seemed to be some disturbance from the Well Dragon Palace side.
