Sweet Nostalgia of the 80s

They actually dared to kidnap people right at the amusement park entrance, that’s simply too outrageous!

”Chenyang, should we take a taxi?” Sheng Xiaoguang said, sobbing with snot and tears, ”That way it would be faster. Just thinking that those two might never come back, I feel terrible.”

”Let’s go. We need to get out of here quickly.” Ning Chenguang grabbed Sheng Xiaoguang by the arm and started walking, during the day this amusement park entrance was bustling with people.

But at dusk, the visitors had all left, and the entrance was deserted.

There were very few cars and people passing by.

After what had just happened, even with Ning Chenyang’s bravery, he felt uneasy.

The two children were standing by the roadside getting ready to hail a car when they suddenly saw the security company’s vehicle approaching, and Ning Chenyang hurriedly waved at them, ”Over here! I’m over here!”

The guards had been searching for most of the day, and finally seeing the kids, they felt relieved.

”Chenyang, Xiaoguang! What are you two doing here? Even if you disobeyed, how could you dare to steal a car? Isn’t that dangerous?” The captain of the security company started scolding the two little ones right away.

”Uncle Ma! Don’t scold us yet. Bean Sprout and Yu Ziyang have been taken away by someone! We’ve encountered child traffickers.” Ning Chenyang clearly recounted the events that had just happened.

”What?” Captain Ma’s recently calmed heart suddenly leaped into his throat again, ”Why didn’t you say that earlier?”

Sheng Xiaoguang was scared to tears: ”Uncle Ma, I beg you! You must bring back Bean Sprout and Yu Ziyang!”

”Alright. Stop crying!” Captain Ma raised his hand to wipe Sheng Xiaoguang’s tears and asked, ”Describe the features of that vehicle.”

”A van. White. The license plate number is XXX.” Ning Chenyang stated clearly, ”That van just left and headed southeast. Uncle Ma, may I suggest you call the police? If the military and police collaborate, they can definitely catch them.”

”Do I need you to teach me, you brat?” Captain Ma stood up and instructed a young guard, ”You! Take these two back first! I’ll call the police and cooperate with them!”

”Yes!”

......

The white van sped down the road, preparing to leave the Nancheng City area, when suddenly they heard the blaring of a police siren closing in from behind.

”Uncle Liu! This doesn’t look good!”

”I have a feeling that police car is after us.”

Having done this kind of thing often and dealing with the police, they had developed some experience and intuition.

”I’m sure those two little boys reported us!”

The scar-faced old man squinted his eyes, glanced back, and said, ”Can they really come this quickly?”

”It’s entirely possible. Have you forgotten our last lesson?” Xiaobiao’s heart raced with panic upon hearing the police siren, ”Uncle Liu, that car must be chasing us. Please make a decision quickly!”

The old man thought for a moment and quickly made a decision: ”Throw those kids out on the road! Create a traffic jam, and we’ll have a chance to escape.”

As long as the mountains remain green, there’s no fear of running out of firewood.

If the kids are lost, we can abduct new ones another time, but if we end up in jail, we’ll spend the rest of our lives there.

From his youth to now, over the past twenty years, he has always paused for a couple of years after each job. It’s all because of this cautious approach that he hasn’t been caught yet. Otherwise, he would have been done for long ago.
