Sweet Nostalgia of the 80s

Jason used his professional expertise to perfectly explain this matter.

”Makes sense.” Ji Chuan thought that this could very well be the mysterious illness that has troubled Yan Huan for so many years. Now, the cause is found, and Jason just needs to provide her with the corresponding psychological guidance.

”What about the blood? Why do I feel pathologically nauseous when I see blood? Is it because I’ve experienced it?” Yan Huan looked at Jason with tears in her eyes.

”Yes! You must have experienced it.” Jason was very certain, ”However, the hypnosis you just went through was going well, but you suddenly woke up. This dream cannot continue.”

”Why is this happening? Why can’t your hypnosis last a bit longer? Wouldn’t it be better to understand everything in one go?” Ji Chuan’s words had a touch of blame for Jason’s lack of skill.

”Ji, you don’t understand.” Jason stood up and waved his hand, ”It’s not that I don’t want to continue. It’s Yan Huan’s brain that is resisting. I think what happens later is probably more horrific than before. That’s why she’s resisting like this, right? But don’t worry, we can take it slow. With a few more experiments, we will get results.”

”Okay.” Yan Huan nodded while wiping her tears.

”Promise me one thing,” Jason said.

”Go ahead.”

”Next time, no matter what you remember, no matter how terrifying the content you recall is, you must not run away! Absolutely do not resist! Do you know how strong your psychological suggestion has been over the years, like hypnosis! It has made you deliberately forget many things from the past. You’ve undergone significant emotional trauma and without psychological guidance and reconstruction, this trauma will continue to exist with you, do you understand?” To prevent the same situation from happening again, Jason explained a lot to Yan Huan.

”Okay. I’ll try my best.” Yan Huan nodded in agreement.

At dusk, the evening breeze blew gently.

In the courtyard, Ning Chenyang joyfully led a group of children running around.

The children who grew up in this place were brought up with patriotic education. In their free time, they played house in the courtyard, reenacting one heroic story after another.

”Commander, you can’t go! The enemy’s artillery fire ahead is too fierce. You’ll be in danger if you rush in,” said Sheng Xiaoguang, playing the role of a guard, as he used his body to shield Ning Chenyang.

”No way! Xiaosheng, get out of the way! As your leader, your commander, in the face of life and death, and in the face of enemy artillery, how can I retreat? Let me charge! Comrades! For the victory of New China, charge with me...”

After Ning Chenyang shouted loudly, he drew the toy gun strapped to his waist and charged forward...

Immediately, a group of children spontaneously began to dub the sounds of war.

Bang~ Bang bang~ PIA~! Boom~

After a period of intense fighting, the ”battlefield” was littered with bodies...

At this moment, the little girls held hands and started singing on the side: Don’t wipe my gun with tears, just give a smile, my dear warrior...

”Ugh, no more acting, it’s no fun!” Ning Chenyang suddenly bounced up from the ground, ”We’ve performed this story many times, it’s too boring.”

Bean Sprout and Sheng Xiaoguang also followed and got up from the ground, dusting off the dirt on their bodies, ”Commander, tell us, what should we do?”

”Let me think.” Ning Chenyang sat on the ground, tied his loosened shoelaces, propped his cheek, and started thinking deeply. At this time, a car slowly approached.
