Reborn As Super Heiress

Chapter 890: Chapter 886: Fight with Backs to the River

Early the next morning, Wu Jun brought Luo Jinzhi and Qin Shui to the Imperial Capital.

At Huo Sining’s request, the three of them went directly to the Xiangnai Huaxia Subsidiary as soon as they arrived in the Imperial Capital. Just when they got downstairs, Bruce Lee was already excitedly waiting.

”Mr. Wu, it’s so good to see you again.”

Unlike the first time they met at the S City Hilton Hotel, Bruce Lee didn’t have the previous arrogance but showed a face full of enthusiasm and flattery.

You can’t blame the person’s attitude for changing so quickly; really, the news Bruce Lee received in the past few days was too shocking for him.

After Huo Sining delivered that batch of balsam to the Xiangnai Huaxia processing plant, within less than a day, news came from the processing plant stating that the newly arrived balsam raw material was of extremely high quality, with a utilization rate at least twice that of the balsam previously purchased from Jinshan in the Philippines.

Twice doesn’t seem like much, but for the fragrance processing plant, it is significantly important. This means they can create twice the value with the same amount of raw material, which is a huge number. For Wittmore and the entire Xiangnai company, this is like a bombshell.

When Wittmore heard the news, he was completely stunned. He felt immensely grateful for the wise decision he made when he came to S City in Huaxia Country. Initially, he had no expectations, but Huo Sining brought him surprises, resolving the raw material crisis for him and bringing him infinite business opportunities and profits.

Wittmore is a man who understands; he got high profits from Huo Sining, so naturally, he is willing to give equivalent rewards to Huo Sining.

In fact, when he first heard Huo Sining propose the idea of Xiangnai and Jade Beauty tying sales together, he was actually resistant.

In his view, a century-old brand like Xiangnai being forced to cooperate with a small, unknown studio was simply an insult to Xiangnai and a slight to him as the leader.

But now, Wittmore doesn’t think so; Huo Sining, this Eastern woman, has a far-sighted vision and immense courage and also masters the technique of preserving balsam so well. Long-term cooperation with her for Xiangnai is definitely a win-win situation.

So, Wittmore immediately held a high-level meeting and put the cooperation between Jade Beauty and Xiangnai on the agenda.

What’s more, he personally called Bruce Lee, asking him to contact Huo Sining immediately and treat the cooperation project with Shengtang Group that Huo Sining mentioned as the current top priority. He asked Bruce Lee to lead the front, and if something can’t be resolved, the headquarters will send someone over to handle it; if necessary, Wittmore himself would go.

Bruce Lee picked up Wittmore’s seriousness and earnestness in his tone and instantly understood what Wittmore meant; this Huo Sining has become Xiangnai’s benefactor, even Wittmore wanted to please her, so naturally, Bruce Lee wouldn’t dare take things lightly, even if it was someone under Huo Sining’s department; he greeted everyone with a smile.

After conducting initial negotiations with Wu Jun, Bruce Lee gathered Huo Sining’s thoughts and plans from Wu Jun’s words; after contacting the headquarters, Bruce Lee quickly received Wittmore’s order to fully and unconditionally follow Huo Sining’s arrangements.

”What did you say, Xiangnai has already found a solution to the material supply?”

After leaving the Gu Family, Yao Xinzhu thought it over several times and decided to report this news to headquarters. The headquarters immediately directed the call to Camille’s office.

Upon hearing this, Camille’s mind went blank for a long time and she couldn’t recover.

She took a deep breath and asked in a hoarse voice, ”Is this information confirmed? Where did you hear about it?”

Yao Xinzhu was also unwilling to believe it, but she knew very well that Huo Sining wouldn’t bother to deceive her on this matter.

Moreover, she also knew Bruce Lee. Prior to this, she called to subtly probe for information; although Bruce Lee remained tight-lipped and refused to answer her directly, Yao Xinzhu could tell from his tone that he was very light and pleased. If Xiangnai hadn’t found a solution, Bruce Lee would definitely be anxious and worried, not have this attitude.

”The news spreading from the Imperial Capital suggests that Xiangnai should have successfully purchased ten tons of balsam. I just tested with Xiangnai’s Huaxia District agent, and this news should be correct.” Yao Xinzhu’s voice was somewhat anxious, feeling a fury within herself but unable to release it.

”Ten tons?! Where did they find so much raw material? This is Xiangnai’s yearly supply. Ten tons of goods can completely support them until next year’s balsam launch!”

Upon hearing this number, Camille was stunned, stood up hurriedly from her seat, showing complete disbelief.

Originally, Camille thought several major companies were in the same situation as samra, but less than a week later, Xiangnai already found a purchasing channel. It won’t be long before companies like Di’ao, Versace, etc., take action; by then, these companies will break through encirclement while samra will still be a trapped beast.

This won’t do! Camille suddenly became anxious and said to Yao Xinzhu, ”Elisa, I order you to return to the headquarters immediately, and shelve the cooperation with Huaxia Shengtang for now. Our current top priority is to find a supply source.”

”But...” How could Yao Xinzhu be willing, after working hard for so long, only for others to benefit in the end?

”No buts, Elisa, we are the suppliers. No matter how reluctant Shengtang is, they’ll still maintain some dignity for samra. Even if this cooperation doesn’t succeed, we can review it slowly later. But if the headquarter’s foundation is unstable, all the efforts you make will be in vain. Isn’t there an old saying in your Huaxia: ’As long as the green hills last, there will be wood to burn’? You should understand the meaning of this saying better than I do?”

Yao Xinzhu’s eyes flashed with fire; suppressing the fury in her heart, she replied in a deep voice, ”Alright.”

After hanging up the phone, Yao Xinzhu booked a ticket for a flight to France that evening.

But, is she really willing to return to France so dejectedly?

Yao Xinzhu sneered; during her days back home, she had been adopting a roundabout strategy, planning to fight a long-term battle with Gu Xu. Even if Gu Xu avoided meeting her, she didn’t rush to see him directly. But now it seems this approach doesn’t work at all, so she won’t hesitate anymore.

A cold light flashed in Yao Xinzhu’s eyes as she decided to fight past the point of no return and make another fierce effort. If Gu Xu still has some old sentiments...
