In fact, Young Master Fang’s injury was much less severe than Wang Tiezhu’s. The reason he passed out was actually more from fright. After lying in the hospital bed for over an hour, he slowly came to.

Seeing her son wake up, Luo Caiyun immediately rushed to the bedside, her voice trembling, ”Tian’er, how are you? Are you okay? How do you feel? Is anything wrong? Doctor, Old Fang, hurry up and call the doctor over!”

”The doctors all said he’s fine, just lost a bit of blood. Is that necessary!” Fuming Liang sat down beside the bed, looked at Fang Tian, and demanded sternly, ”Tian’er, tell me the truth. Why did that Ye Qing cut your wrist? What exactly did you do to anger him?”

”I didn’t...” Young Master Fang’s voice was very weak, as if he was about to die.

Luo Caiyun, feeling sorry for her son, glared at Fang Cailiang and said, ”Is this the time to talk about this? Quickly call the doctor over to check on Tian’er, make sure he doesn’t have any lasting issues.”

”What lasting issues could there be?” Fang Cailiang glared back at Luo Caiyun and, looking at Fang Tian again, he demanded sternly, ”Tell me the truth, what did you actually do? If you didn’t provoke him, why would he cut your wrist for no reason?”

”I... I really didn’t do anything...” Young Master Fang said, as tears streamed down his face, ”This Ye Qing is too domineering, he... he has always been like this, many people at our school... lots of people have been beaten by him, did all of these people provoke him?”

”Yes, Old Fang, don’t think this Ye Qing is any good!” Luo Caiyun stood with her hands on her hips and angrily said, ”Look at the things he’s done, so many people died at the North Huanqian Bay Bar last time, and it’s all related to him. How good was that kid Yang Wei, he was literally blown to pieces, and so many other children, did they all have a grudge with Ye Qing?”

”Shut your mouth!” Fang Cailiang shouted angrily, looking at Luo Caiyun and saying indignantly, ”What do you know? Do you think Yang Wei was any good? Bunch of worthless second-generation offspring, utterly useless, imitating others to participate in racing? Do you even know how many people Yang Wei killed last year alone?

He’s a good man, if all the good men in the world were dead, it wouldn’t even be his turn!”

Fang Cailiang rarely lost his temper like this, and with such a scolding, Luo Caiyun was too scared to speak. Fang Tian was even more silent as a cicada in winter; he knew his father well. Although his father wouldn’t let him lack materially, he was very strict in terms of education.

It’s just that Fang Cailiang rarely had time to discipline him, making his mother Luo Caiyun in charge most of the time, which is why he had developed such a personality. Now that Fang Cailiang was angry, both mother and son had to be honest.

Fuming Liang glared at Young Master Fang and scolded, ”A bunch of good-for-nothings, you have no other skills but to strut around outside. Don’t you have a proper name to use, instead of adding Young Master to your surname? What Young Master Yang, Young Master Ding, Young Master Fang? What are you lacking? Does calling yourself Young Master Fang sound good?

Don’t think I don’t know about the things you’ve done at school. Now tell me, what exactly happened with Wang Tiezhu?”

Young Master Fang was instantly dumbfounded. He didn’t expect Fang Cailiang to find out about Wang Tiezhu so quickly. Speaking of which, he really felt guilty.

Luo Caiyun was momentarily stunned and asked, ”Where did this Wang Tiezhu come from?”

”Ask your precious son!” Fang Cailiang replied through gritted teeth. Just now, he had learned from Lin Zhen Nan about the incident where Fang Tian had driven Wang Tiezhu to attempt suicide by wrist cutting. However, he was unaware of the specific details, which was why he wanted to ask his son about it.

”Who is Wang Tiezhu?” Luo Caiyun looked at Young Master Fang, and seeing his panic-stricken face, she quickly comforted him, ”Don’t be afraid, just say whatever it is. With your mom and dad here, nobody’s going to lay a finger on you!”

Young Master Fang wasn’t scared, he just didn’t know how to explain the situation. After deliberating in his mind for quite a while, he finally said in a low voice, ”Dad, about Wang Tiezhu, I may have gone too far. But... I didn’t expect him to be so fragile, it wasn’t intentional...”

”What happened?” Luo Caiyun became somewhat frantic, fearing that her son had indeed done something wrong.

”It looks like what Lin Zhen Nan said was true!” Fang Cailiang said through clenched teeth, glaring intensely at Young Master Fang before saying sternly, ”You’ve got some nerve, pushing a classmate to attempt suicide by wrist cutting. Fortunately, he didn’t die, but if he had, I wonder how you would have handled the matter!”

”What exactly happened?” Luo Caiyun asked Young Master Fang urgently, ”What did you actually do?”

”Mom, I really didn’t mean it, that Wang Tiezhu often stole things and money at school, I...

a friend of ours at the Taekwondo Gym had his money stolen by him, we couldn’t stand it, so we taught him a lesson, I didn’t expect him to be so fragile...” Young Master Fang said with a mournful face, looking pitifully at his mother Luo Caiyun, his voice quavering, ”Mom, I really didn’t think he would attempt suicide, I didn’t do it on purpose, mom, how could I do such a thing?”

Luo Caiyun quickly took her son’s hand, turned to Fang Cailiang, and said furiously, ”Did you hear that? That Wang Tiezhu is a thief; what good can he be? So what? Do thieves not deserve punishment now? Besides, he cut his own wrist, what does that have to do with Tian’er? Ye Qing personally came and cut Tian’er’s wrist; is that the same thing?

You watched Tian’er grow up; he definitely would not do such bad things!”

”You just keep defending him. Sooner or later he’s going to cause a huge problem!” Fang Cailiang sighed, glared at Young Master Fang resentfully, and said firmly, ”Let’s put an end to this matter. From now on, behave yourself at school and stop causing trouble!”

Luo Caiyun retorted angrily, ”It’s not Tian’er who has caused trouble; it’s them who are picking fights!”

Fang Cailiang ignored her, glared at Young Master Fang, and said sternly, ”If you don’t cause trouble and just study quietly, no one will bother you. But if you deliberately cause problems again, I’ll be the first one not to let you off!”

Luo Caiyun said urgently, ”What do you mean by that? Tian’er is our child, don’t you trust him?”

Fang Cailiang didn’t even glance at her and turned to walk straight out of the hospital room.

”Where are you going!” Luo Caiyun demanded.

Fang Cailiang said, ”To apologize to them!”

”Apologize for what?” Luo Caiyun said angrily, ”Come back and make yourself clear!”

Fang Cailiang completely ignored her and left without looking back.

Luo Caiyun stamped her foot in anger but was helpless to do anything about Fang Cailiang. In the hospital bed, Young Master Fang finally let out a sigh of relief when he saw his father leave, then he pitifully looked at his mother Luo Caiyun and said, ”Mom, it really wasn’t my fault...”

”I know, I know, it’s all right, it’s all right!” Luo Caiyun hurriedly stroked her son’s cheek and gritted her teeth, ”My son won’t be bullied by anyone. Your dad is just a stubborn old man; he doesn’t trust his own son but believes someone else. But it’s also fine; mom will avenge you. However much blood you’ve lost, I will make sure that Ye pays back double!”

A sneer flashed across the corner of Young Master Fang’s eye; he could almost picture Ye Qing bleeding out.

Fang Cailiang was indeed on his way to apologize to Wang Tiezhu, who had just woken up. Ye Qing and Long Hair had entered the hospital room and were taking care of him by his side.

After Fang Cailiang stated his identity, Long Hair immediately stepped aside. Just hearing Fang Cailiang’s title, he knew that this was not someone he could confront.

Ye Qing looked at Fang Cailiang with an extremely calm gaze; there was no hostility and no anger. To him, having made Young Master Fang bleed the same amount had already avenged Wang Tiezhu. As for the Fang Family, if they wanted revenge, he was ready to face it at any time.

Throughout the conversation, Fang Cailiang had been paying close attention to Ye Qing’s reaction. Seeing that Ye Qing’s eyes had not changed from the beginning to the end, he was taken aback. He had a high status in Shenchuan City, and people usually treated him with great respect. Of course, Ye Qing had met big shots like Lin Zhen Nan, so it was normal for him not to show deference.

But Ye Qing’s lack of defensiveness or anger caught him completely off guard.

”This must be Wang Tiezhu, right!” Fang Cailiang approached the bed and said, ”Hello, I’m Fang Tian’s father, Fang Cailiang!”

Wang Tiezhu struggled to sit up, awkwardly looking at Fang Cailiang. Facing this influential figure in Shenchuan City, he couldn’t maintain his composure like Ye Qing.

”I’m sorry, my son has caused you a lot of problems at school. As his father, I have nothing to say for his actions.” Fang Cailiang suddenly took a step back, bowed deeply to Wang Tiezhu, and said, ”I’m here to apologize on his behalf!”

”What?” Wang Tiezhu was taken aback, hurriedly reaching out to stop Fang Cailiang, ”Uncle, no... there’s no need...”

Ye Qing took a glance at Fang Cailiang, now feeling some respect for the man; this was what a father should do.

”To not educate one’s child is the father’s fault!” Fang Cailiang let out a heavy sigh, ”I’ve been too caught up with my business these years, and I’ve neglected my parenting duties. I didn’t expect him to do such things at school, sigh. Rest assured, I will take full responsibility. There’s one hundred thousand dollars in this card; it is for your medical expenses and for your emotional distress.

Once my son gets a bit better, I will definitely bring him here to apologize to you personally!”

Fang Cailiang handed a card to Wang Tiezhu, who stared at the card, not knowing what to do for a long time. One hundred thousand dollars was a hefty sum for him, and he was genuinely tempted to accept it. But he felt that for his minor injuries, he really didn’t warrant so much money.

Seeing Wang Tiezhu in a daze, Ye Qing quietly signaled Long Hair with his eyes. Long Hair understood and immediately took the card, saying sincerely, ”Boss Fang, you are truly a good person!”

”I wouldn’t say I’m a good person. It’s just that, as a man, you have to take responsibility for your own actions!” Fang Cailiang said with a faint smile, then turned to look at Ye Qing and asked, ”You must be Mr. Ye, Ye Qing?”

Ye Qing nodded; Fang Cailiang looked him up and down and said, ”As the saying goes, leave a line when doing things, so that we can meet in the future. Young man, you should control your temper!”

Just as Ye Qing was about to speak, Lin Huayu’s cry of surprise suddenly came from outside the hospital room.
