Super Rich by Doing as You Please

Yu Xuan hadn’t slept well last night.

She kept faintly hearing whimpering sounds from Ning Qian’s bedroom next door.

She imagined her crying her eyes out, grieving all alone in her room...

There was nothing she could do but sympathize.

The next morning, Yu Xuan thought about making breakfast and waking Ning Qian up to eat something.

But she remembered Ning Qian had cried all night, only falling silent and drifting off to sleep at dawn. She couldn’t bear to disturb her, so she decided to let her sleep in.

So, she left the breakfast warming in a pot, placed a note on the table, and went out.

The charity Jiang Peiyao managed had recently gained some fame from the ”son gnaws the bones while his mother gets the meal” incident. As a result, work was piling up, and Yu Xuan was getting busier and busier.

On top of that, construction around the Cloud Welfare Institute was still ongoing.

They were seriously short-staffed.

Today, they had to go to a university to continue recruiting. Why a university?

Because recent university graduates, not yet jaded by society, had the strongest sense of justice and the most enthusiasm.

It was nearly noon by the time Xu Yun and Ning Qian finally emerged from the bedroom.

Both of them were in high spirits.

Xu Yun saw the note Yu Xuan had left on the table. He thoughtfully went to the kitchen to heat up the food, telling Ning Qian to rest on the sofa.

After all, her legs were still a bit unsteady.

Afterward, he carried Ning Qian to the dining table, and they ate a simple meal together before he headed out the door.

At that moment, Ning Qian was in a wonderful mood.

’A blessing in disguise.’

It seemed this incident had actually made her relationship with Xu Yun even better than before.

After leaving the apartment, Xu Yun didn’t leave the building right away. Instead, he turned and headed for 1901 next door.

At this hour, he wasn’t sure if those two women had gone to work yet.

As company leaders, no one was clocking their hours. They had plenty of freedom.

Xu Yun skillfully keyed in the password and walked right in, as if it were his own home.

After all, if he could enter their bodies whenever he pleased, what was a small door to him?

As soon as he stepped inside, he saw two pairs of high heels by the door.

This meant Su Mu and Li Jinshu hadn’t left yet. They were still at home, sleeping in.

Not that he could blame them.

Ever since they’d stopped living together, they hadn’t really had a chance to spend the night like this.

So last night, with Li Jinshu staying over, the two best friends had stayed up late in bed, chatting for hours. They talked about everything, but most of the conversation revolved around Xu Yun.

When men get together, they might start by talking about global affairs, move on to national policy, and end up debating which bathhouse has the most skilled technicians.

But when women get together, there’s one thing they absolutely talk about: men!

Don’t ask why. If you have to ask, you’ve never spent a night in a girls’ dorm!

However, as Xu Yun entered the living room, he quickly realized someone was taking a shower in the bathroom!

’Which means...’

Xu Yun glanced toward Su Mu’s master bedroom. Only one woman was in there now!

So, no matter who it was, he had an opportunity ripe for the plucking!

It felt like opening a blind box.

At that thought, Xu Yun grinned, sprang into action, and darted forward, quickly opening the door and slipping inside.

The moment he was inside, Xu Yun saw the prize on the bed.

He saw Su Mu, dressed in a sexy nightgown, turn her head and stare at him in surprise. ”Xu Yun? What are you doing here?”

”I missed you, so I came,”

Xu Yun said with a grin, pouncing onto the bed like a hungry tiger and successfully pinning a certain someone down.

”Don’t you dare.”

Su Mu yelped, immediately pushing against him with both hands. ”Jinshu is still out there! She’ll be back in a second!”

”Then let’s have a quick kiss first.”

Seeing his roguish expression that promised he wouldn’t get up unless she kissed him, she could only laugh, give him a quick peck, and say, ”There. Happy now?”

”Now I’ll give you one.”

With that, Xu Yun lowered his head and kissed her.

But his kiss wasn’t a light peck like Su Mu’s. It was a revolutionary clash of lips and tongues.

Su Mu couldn’t fight him off, so she could only part her lips and surrender.

While she was enjoying it, she was also concentrating on any sounds from Li Jinshu outside.

When she heard the sound of the shower water quiet down, she immediately started to panic.

To break free from Xu Yun’s entanglement, she had no choice but to give him a gentle nip, which finally allowed her to escape.

Xu Yun yelped in pain. ”Hey, what’d you bite me for?”

Su Mu quickly straightened her clothes and said, ”Li Jinshu’s done with her shower! Go hide, quickly! Don’t let her see you.”

Xu Yun didn’t budge. ”What’s there to be afraid of? I’m not scared.”

”Well, I am! All right?”

Su Mu shot Xu Yun a glare, a mix of shyness and anger. She scanned her room, then started pushing him toward her large wardrobe.

Xu Yun asked, ”Can I not go in there? I’ll just hide under your covers.”

Su Mu replied, ”No.”

Xu Yun: ”...”

Fortunately, Su Mu’s wardrobe was big enough that it wasn’t hard for Xu Yun to hide inside.

It wasn’t stuffy inside, either; the air circulation was good.

Not long after Su Mu had hidden Xu Yun in the wardrobe, the bedroom door opened.

Li Jinshu walked in, drying herself with a bath towel, her bare legs on full display—a truly scenic view.

Seeing this, Su Mu instinctively glanced toward the wardrobe.

Hiding inside, Xu Yun peeked through the crack and happened to see the whole scene.

’Whoa. Can two women really be this open with each other?’

’Honestly, there’s no way I could ever be like that in front of another guy!’

”You should put something on,”

Su Mu kindly advised. ”Don’t be so shameless.”

”There’s no one else in your room to see me, so what’s the big deal?”

Li Jinshu plopped right down on the bed and teased, ”After you shower, when you’re home alone, you’re even more shameless than me. You walk around wearing nothing at all.”
