Naruto: Reborn as Konoha's Idol

Chapter 178: Chapter 178: The Akatsuki Organization is Wiped Out

”Your name is Uchiha Obito? Why don’t you have the Sharingan?”

Deidara hated the Uchiha very much; he didn’t want another Uchiha in the organization.

”The Sharingan?”

Kano took off her sunglasses and blinked; her crimson Mangekyo Sharingan appeared, and suddenly everyone looked toward Uchiha Itachi.

Uchiha Itachi was also stunned; he hadn’t expected this little girl to be from the Uchiha Clan, no wonder she was so obsessed with peace. Was there really a fish that escaped the net that night?

Judging by Itachi’s reaction, it seemed this Mangekyo Sharingan was real.

However, Itachi also had a question; he had heard the name Uchiha Obito before.

”I remember Senior Obito died in a mission, and he was a man. It’s inappropriate for you to use his name, isn’t it?”

Faced with Itachi’s questioning, Kano feigned crying.

”I was indeed about to die back then. During the Battle of Kannabi Bridge, I was crushed by a giant boulder and saved by Uchiha Madara as I was dying, narrowly surviving. As for why I became a girl... it’s because the boulder crushed my manhood, so I had no choice but to change classes into a beautiful girl. Ehe~?”

This is way too fake! If one could become a beautiful girl like that, people would probably flock to it.

”I want to create a world with Rin!...Ah, nobody believes me? Fine, then I’ll change identities. Actually, my true identity is Rin Nohara.”

As she spoke, she smeared some purple paint on her face. Her red eyes also changed back.

”I’m actually here to find someone, a worrisome idiot. I heard Obito might be here, so I wanted to find a chance to come and see. I wonder if that idiot has been eating well without me by his side.”

Obito, who hadn’t participated in the welcome party, was peeking from the side. Seeing someone impersonating him, he was so angry he wanted to slash someone. What did she mean his manhood was crushed and he had to change classes into a beautiful girl!?

But then the girl suddenly said her name was Rin Nohara, and for a moment, Obito didn’t know whether to be angry or excited.

He was definitely very angry about someone impersonating Rin. But he was also fantasizing—what if it were true? What if Rin really had survived!?

”Obito, if you’re there, come out. Stop being stubborn and hiding things from me; I’ll always be watching you.”

Moreover, she even knew the little secret between him and Rin. Even if this girl wasn’t Rin, she was someone related to her.

Obito still didn’t dare to confirm, so he didn’t dare to step out and reveal himself.

In fact, Kano wasn’t sure if Obito was listening; she just wanted to bluff him. Among those present, besides Itachi who had heard the name, the others had no idea who Rin Nohara was.

”So your real name is Rin Nohara?”

Clearly, the blond clay idiot believed it.

”Actually, no, I’m just cosplaying.”

She said while wiping the purple paint off her cheeks.

Obito, eavesdropping, was about to explode with rage. No matter what, he had to go and poke a couple of holes in this damn girl!

”You brat, do you not even dare to say your real name?”

Kano’s expression suddenly became serious.

”Actually, I am Kami!”

Her eyes suddenly turned into the Rinnegan. This shocked everyone present; someone else actually possessed these eyes.

Including the hidden Nagato and Obito, both of them were dumbfounded.

”My real name is actually Uzumaki Nagato...”

Just as she opened her mouth to start telling a story for fun, she was interrupted.

”Hey, aren’t the Uzumaki Clan all red-haired?”

Deidara interrupted Kano’s speech again, and Kano just came up with a random excuse.

”I ate too much chocolate, so my hair turned black.”

”Why does Nagato sound like a man’s name?”

”That goes back to a mission a long time ago. I was ambushed, and then a giant boulder crushed my manhood—”

”Stop it, just continue your story.”

”No, you’d better not tell it.” Konan spoke up to stop Kano from continuing. ”Just give a normal self-introduction and talk about the abilities you’re good at.”

Konan was also afraid this mysterious girl would say something inappropriate; she quite liked this little sister.

”Alright then, since Big Sister Konan says so, I’ll do a normal introduction. My name is Kashi; this is indeed my current name. Also, these eyes are just colored contact lenses, no special ability.”

A little X-ray vision shouldn’t count as a special ability, right?

Kano took off the lenses and showed everyone. The others breathed a sigh of relief. It turned out to be just a toy; they thought some monster had appeared.

”Also, what I’m best at is performing and singing.”

”Oh? You can sing? Let’s hear one!”

Deidara became interested in Kano; singing was also a form of art.

Deidara was good at playing along; he responded to basically everything Kano said. Kano also intended to fulfill his wish and sing a song.

”What type of song do you want to hear? Happy, sad, inspiring, comfortable, uncomfortable... many kinds, just pick one.”

”Which one is the most powerful and sounds the best?”

”I suppose the ’happy’ one.”

”Then that’s the one. If we’re listening, we should listen to the best.”

”This one isn’t quite right.”

”Why not?”

”This song carries a bit of genjutsu; I’m afraid you won’t be able to handle it.”

”Joke. Everyone here is your senior, each with extraordinary skills and their own unique strengths. How could a mere child’s genjutsu work on us? As long as it sounds good, no matter how powerful the genjutsu is, it’ll be fine.”

”I’ve warned you in advance. If any of the rest of you are afraid and think you can’t handle it, you don’t have to listen.”

The others remained silent; they also felt a child’s genjutsu couldn’t possibly control them.

”Then I’ll start singing. Don’t regret it.”

Kano took out her guitar and began singing an original song—Gentle Land of Falling.

The soothing and relaxing singing, accompanied by the pleasant sound of the guitar, was like a girl’s white jade feet stepping on a soft carpet—light and beautiful.

The melodious singing spread to everyone’s ears via the Magic Lantern Body Technique. Even Hidan, who usually only enjoyed killing, was immersed in it.

Once the song ended, even he couldn’t help but praise it.

”Little girl, your song has something to it. It sounds so damn good! Listening to you sing is as comfortable as offering a sacrifice to Lord Jashin! Right, Old Man Kakuzu?”

Hidan, who was out making money with Kakuzu, patted Kakuzu’s shoulder, and then Kakuzu fell straight to the ground.

”WTF! What happened to you? You’re not dead, are you? What’s going on?”

”Don’t make a fuss. Isn’t it just being caught in a genjutsu?”

Hidan looked around. Not just Kakuzu, but even the leader Pain had fallen for it. Now he just wanted to say, what kind of genjutsu is this awesome? It wiped out the Akatsuki Organization in an instant!
