Reincarnation Paradise Park

Chapter 665: Chapter 59: The Squad

Hearing this simple and crude plan, the three National Foot brothers were a bit taken aback.

”This... although we’re not good at scheming against others, isn’t this plan a bit too hasty? Vini, we’re not saying you’re not smart, we really don’t mean that.”

The third National Foot brother realized he spoke wrongly and looked towards Vini, as the plan was proposed by her.

”Do you have any objections to my plan?”

Vini stopped chewing, her gaze clearly saying that if you have objections, I’ll shoot you with a sniper rifle.

”Of course...”

”I have objections.”

The first half was said by the third National Foot brother, and the second half by Su Xiao.

”Miss, I have no objections, it’s him who said it.”

The third National Foot brother secretly pointed at Su Xiao and stepped back two paces. Vini ignored him and looked at Su Xiao instead.

”Blindly charging forward is clearly infeasible. Charging forward is necessary, but first, we must confirm the enemy’s divisions. Among the enemy, there are two people who are difficult to deal with: the Clown and the Travel Group Leader. Then there are other forces in the Travel Group, like Feitan, Franklin, Bonolenov, and Machi, all hard to deal with. Besides them, there’s the Nilapan Tribe, those humanoid creatures besieging us. There’s a large number of Nilapans, and there are bound to be strong individuals among them.”

Su Xiao lit a cigarette, and the people present did not speak.

”If we show signs of breaking through, the Nilapan Tribe will likely swarm us. During the breakthrough, if we encounter the Clown, we’ll join forces to kill him directly. If we encounter the Travel Group Leader, you go on with the breakthrough, while I’ll stall the Travel Group Leader. Our goal isn’t to kill all Nilapans or the entire Travel Group, but to kill the Clown. The appearance of the Nilapan Tribe is undoubtedly related to the Clown.”

Su Xiao exhaled a puff of smoke, having already planned out various situations they might encounter later.

”Got the general idea, a bad situation?”

Upon knowing the enemy had so much force, the first National Foot brother’s face didn’t look good.

”You can choose not to participate, but staying in the auction house is a dead end too. But if you participate in the breakout plan, after breaking through, you can choose not to go after the Clown and just escape.”

Su Xiao’s words made the National Foot brothers and Vini’s eyes light up, but they all shook their heads afterward.

”Negative all attributes by 3 is hard to bear. Power attributes and the like are fine, but with a negative 1 Luck attribute... the consequences would be very severe.”

If Power and Stamina attributes become negative, then the Contractors are not far from death, as all body functions will rapidly deteriorate.

As for negative Luck attributes, although it doesn’t cause immediate death, living long in a dangerous Reincarnation Paradise is unlikely, so the penalty for failing the main quest isn’t as simple as it seems. If not handled well, it could lead to death.

”I don’t want negative Luck, so the Clown must die.”

Vini’s tone was firm.

”Yes, negative Luck is equivalent to slow death, the Clown must die.”

The first National Foot brother also spoke, deciding unanimously among the five to kill the Clown.

”If you’re short on people, I can join you.”

Fans Girl walked out from behind a nearby pillar, having been nearby all along.

”Sure.”

Su Xiao wasn’t worried about an infiltrator joining the team now, as Contractors sans violators stood united against a common enemy.

”When do we set off?”

”Now.”

Su Xiao walked towards the main entrance of the auction house. Actually, gathering all the Contractors from the auction house wasn’t a bad choice, but the present circumstances didn’t allow for it.

The auction house needed someone to guard it. If all Contractors left, the brothers and Vini wouldn’t agree either.

Gathering powerful Contractors for an assault was the best choice right now; too many people would hinder action.

The team comprised six members: Su Xiao (Ferocious Knife Man), the three National Foot brothers (Funny Master Tank), Vini (Cannon), Fans Girl (Assassin).

As Su Xiao and the others walked out of the auction house, the Contractors in the hall noticed but didn’t speak up.

”Hey, you stop right there.”

A gang leader shouted as the auction house not only had Contractors but also gang leaders attending the auction. They fled upstairs to seek refuge when the Nilapan Tribe attacked and only appeared after confirming their safety.

These gang leaders gathered together, looking flustered.

Su Xiao stopped and glanced towards the gang members.

”You can’t leave the auction house. What if those monsters show up again? Even if you’re a direct subordinate to the Ten Old Man, you should consider the bigger picture.”

They claimed to think for the bigger picture but really wanted Su Xiao and others to stay and protect them.

”Are they useful?”

Fans Girl squinted her eyes, her tongue lightly licking her lips.

”We can kill them all, focus on breaking through.”

”Okay, twenty seconds tops.”

Fans Girl vanished, reappearing among those gang leaders.

The sharp serpentine dagger slit a gang leader’s throat, blood spurting several meters.

Su Xiao walked out of the auction house, with screams and curses echoing behind him.

”So ruthless.”

The first National Foot brother grinned. Although he killed many monsters, he seldom killed people.

”Just a group of scum; this woman belongs to the Hunter Alliance, watch out for her killing post-mission to explode Blood Cards.”

Vini barely finished before the blood-stained dagger-wielding Fans Girl rejoined the team.

”Talking bad behind others is not nice, little sister of the crazy + perverted Travel Group.”

”I said it because I knew you’d hear it.”

”Don’t worry, the threat of negative Luck is right in front of us, there’s no way of internal strife now. But compared to me, this person is more dangerous, hehe.”

Fans Girl nodded her fair chin in Su Xiao’s direction.

”Who knows, both of you are dangerous; weak-figured people like me can only shiver.”

Vini carried a heavy sniper rifle and walked in the team.

”Guys, we can count as a small team, should we give ourselves a name? You know, such cooperation may only happen once; the chance of it happening again is slim.”

The first National Foot brother seemed excited their trio joined a group of diverse but ruthless individuals.

”Fire Strike Team.”

This was Vini’s proposed name.

”Ultra Kill Team.”

Fans Girl flicked the blood off her dagger, which was her suggested team name.

”Avenger’s League!”

No need to say, this was the choice of the three National Foot brothers, not fitting any style.

”They’re here.”

”Huh?”

The third National Foot brother looked at Su Xiao confusedly.

”Brother Ruthless, isn’t ’They’re Here’ a too ordinary team name?”

Su Xiao’s eye twitched, as he meant the Nilapan Tribe arrived.

”Fool, the Nilapan Tribe is charging over, look there.”

Vini set up her large sniper rifle and fired at the pitch-black district ahead, illuminating it with explosive rounds as a tidal wave of Nilapan surged forth.

Before Vini began firing, Su Xiao had already dashed into that district with his blade.

Nilapan crowded out from the area, covering the entire street.

Su Xiao was the first to charge into the Nilapan horde, his long knife cleaving through, sending limbs and blood flying, the Nilapan roaring furiously.

Fans Girl vanished into the night, her silhouette darting among Nilapan, occasionally making one clutch their throat and fall.

Vini, stationed at the back, wielded her sniper rifle, shell casings flying, the gun roaring throughout the street, transforming her sniper rifle into a heavy machine gun.

The three National Foot brothers rushed to Su Xiao’s back to prevent him from being encircled by the Nilapan Tribe.

Bubu Wang mixed with the Nilapan Tribe, activating the ’You Can’t See Me’ divine skill, infiltrating the enemy to locate positions of the Clown, Travel Group Leader, and report to Su Xiao.

Yet the dense Nilapan compactness meant Bubu Wang got stepped on several times. Its little gaze screamed of grievance. If Bubu Wang could speak, it’d definitely shout: ’I’m one of you, don’t step on my tail, it’s almost bald now.’

The street resounded with Nilapan’s roars, knives slicing through flesh, heavy hammers pounding rhythmically.

The Nilapan, like a black tide, Su Xiao charged ahead first, carving a bloody path through the tide of Nilapan.

As for Vini bringing up the rear of the team, safety needn’t be worried about. The girl was not only a cannon but an explosives expert, blowing apart any Nilapan trying to approach.

The team advanced rapidly towards where the Clown and others were located.
