Reincarnation Paradise Park

Chapter 545: Chapter 33: Infiltration

”This is,”

A Sand Shinobi at the midpoint of the wall became alert, and soon after, he clearly saw the attire of the three figures in the distance.

”Black trench coat, red cloud pattern, could it be...”

The eyes of the Sand Shinobi widened.

”I must quickly inform Captain Yura.”

Yura is the leader responsible for the village’s defense, otherwise, with merely the status of a Jonin, he wouldn’t have the qualification to partake in the high-level meetings of the Sand Shinobi.

The Sand Shinobi who spotted Su Xiao and his group was just about to turn to notify the main forces when he found someone standing behind him, which made his face light up with joy.

”Captain Yura, about the Akatsuki members you cautioned us about earlier...”

”I know.”

Yura’s voice was deep.

”Don’t worry, this will soon be over. Assemble the troops, have them guard the One-Line Sky.”

The so-called One-Line Sky is the only entrance in the strong wall surrounding the Sand Ninja Village. The width of One-Line Sky does not exceed five meters, it is tens of meters high, easy to defend and difficult to attack.

Yura looked towards the three figures in the sandstorm, his gaze calm, so calm it was terrifying.

”But Captain Yura, isn’t it necessary to notify other troops, with just us...”

”No problem.

Yura signaled the Sand Shinobi to assemble the troops, the Sand Shinobi could only comply.

...

Sss~

A wisp of purple smoke drifted up from the One-Line Sky direction, Su Xiao, amidst the sandstorm, noticed that purple smoke.

”Sasori, it seems your chess piece is quite effective, they’ve already paved the way for us.”

”Yes, we can go straight in, the timing is just right.”

It was already sunset at this time, the desert dim and yellow, the golden sunlight on the horizon made the surrounding sand look like gold.

The three of them headed straight for the One-Line Sky, a Sand Shinobi stood in front of the One-Line Sky, his green Jonin vest stained with blood.

Sasori, hidden inside the Scarlet Stream Tiger, stepped forward.

”Thank you for your hard work, Yura, do you remember me?”

The voice of Sasori, hidden within the Scarlet Stream Tiger, was deep and hoarse, this was Sasori’s deliberate doing.

”Yes, Lord Sasori.”

Yura knelt on one knee before Sasori, his eyes filled with admiration.

”It seems the curse’s effect is quite good, Orochimaru really has some skills in this area.”

Deidara scrutinized Yura, assessing the look in his eyes. Overall, Yura seemed fine for now.

”If his memory returns, he will be a loyal subordinate, let’s go.”

The three of them entered the One-Line Sky. Inside, there was still a faint pungent smell, around them were the corpses of Sand Shinobi.

The One-Line Sky was about ten meters long. Upon reaching the other end, the Sand Ninja Village appeared before them, with a distinct desert style. Most of the houses were low, and the entire village was a dirt yellow color.

After exiting the One-Line Sky, Su Xiao noticed that the One-Line Sky was not entirely built by the Sand Shinobi. The Sand Ninja Village was already surrounded by mountains, and the Sand Shinobi had sculpted a circular strong wall based on the mountains, the One-Line Sky being an excavation project.

”Well then, let’s begin, Bai Ye.”

Deidara tossed out two palm-sized clay birds, formed a seal with his hands, white smoke rose, and the clay birds’ sizes increased, with a wingspan of about three meters.

Su Xiao jumped onto the back of one clay bird, the Spider Queen appearing in his hand.

Deidara hopped onto the other clay bird.

”For the village, the best attack position is from above, hmm.”

Deidara turned to look at Sasori.

”How about it, Brother Sasori, this form filled with artistry, hmm.”

Sasori glanced at the new type of clay bird under Deidara’s feet, clearly, this thing did not meet his aesthetic standards.

”Don’t make me wait too long, Deidara.”

Deidara chuckled lightly, without replying.

”First, clear the guards.”

Su Xiao stomped on the clay bird beneath him, Deidara maneuvered both clay birds to take off.

”You take left, I’ll take right, let’s clear the outposts first.”

Su Xiao looked down, spotting some ninjas on the rooftops of the Sand Ninja Village, none seemed particularly strong, just Lower or Chunin level.

”Sure, I’ll leave the right side to you.”

The Sand Ninja Village was divided between Su Xiao and Deidara as they began clearing the guards.

However, before clearing the guards, Su Xiao needed to do one thing. He took out two special level Alchemy Bombs and integrated them within the clay bird.

The clay bird’s body began to stiffen, recovering after a few seconds.

Su Xiao nodded towards Deidara in the distance, who released control of the clay birds.

Su Xiao pressed his hand on the back of the clay bird, attempting to control the Alchemy Bombs within it, the descending clay bird gradually stabilized.

He steered the clay bird to the left, the clay bird immediately veered left.

This was a technique Su Xiao and Deidara researched during their free time, allowing him to control the clay bird’s flight, though with a time limit.

This clay bird had been infused with Chakra by Deidara. Once all the Chakra was consumed, the clay bird would go out of control.

Su Xiao could control this clay bird for an hour, after which it would explode due to a lack of Chakra harmonization, but an hour was enough.

Being able to control the clay bird on his own made things much easier, as afterwards, Deidara would need to fight. Su Xiao could keep sniping, but he needed to find an opportunity to engage the Jinchuriki up close, in order to subdue him.

More importantly, Su Xiao aimed to absorb Chakra from the Tailed Beast to enhance his Blue Steel Shadow level, which was his ultimate goal.

The clay bird flew to a high position, Su Xiao activated the ’Optical Infrared Detector 8x (active),’ and took out a black iron tube from his storage space.

This was a silencer for the sniper rifle, although the Spider Queen had a silencing function, it wasn’t perfect, and gunshots could still be heard.

Attaching the silencer to the gun barrel, the silencer was noticeably wider than the barrel. Su Xiao normally wouldn’t use this, as the high kinetic energy of the Spider Queen’s bullets might damage the add-on silencer.

This silencer was custom-made by a craftsman in Reincarnation Paradise, costing Su Xiao 2000 Paradise coins, and would be discarded after several shots when the silencing function failed.

Now was not the time to be frugal with Paradise coins, as he was attacking the Sand Ninja Village.

Bzzz~

The ’Optical Infrared Detector 8x’ extended from the Spider Queen. Su Xiao leaned towards the scope, aiming at a Sand Shinobi below.

Holding his breath, he pulled the trigger.

Thud.

A soft gunshot was heard, the bullet leaving the muzzle, and the head of the Chunin within the scope exploded.

He shifted his aim, searching for another target.

Meanwhile, Deidara also began clearing the outposts, tossing spider-shaped clay bombs from above.

Boom, boom~

Several soft explosions were heard, though comparatively, Deidara’s method of clearing outposts was noisier than Su Xiao’s.

These were specially made clay bombs, though they still produced explosions, they were quieter, and also less powerful.

A Sand Shinobi with a shredded cheek got up from the ground, mouth wide open, trying to shout.

”This is not good.”

Just as Deidara was about to toss another bomb, a bullet flew towards the head of the Sand Shinobi.

With a pop, blood splattered, and the Sand Shinobi fell.

”Not bad.”

Deidara glanced towards Su Xiao high above, nodding at him.

...

At the edge of the Sand Ninja Village, Su Xiao and Deidara’s scene of clearing the outposts was observed by Yura.

”As expected from Sasori’s companions, this way of fighting.”

Yura was visibly impressed by Su Xiao’s high-altitude sniping. This was the skill of a silent assassin.

”That Deidara guy.”

Sasori seemed slightly displeased, Deidara had nearly made a mistake earlier.

Five minutes later, the outposts on the high points of the Sand Ninja Village were completely cleared, making infiltration possible.

Deidara maneuvered the clay bird to dive downwards, jumping onto a circular rooftop as it reached a certain height, landing on the Kazekage Building.

”Infiltration successful, very good.”

As Deidara just landed, a wisp of sand blew over.

Whoosh~

A bullet came flying, dispersing the sand, revealing a figure who staggered a couple of steps before steadying.

”Oh? Have I been discovered?”

Deidara looked towards the figure ahead, it was the One-Tail Jinchuriki Gaara, with a Sand Barrier set up in the air, making it hard to detect.
