Pokemon: My Trainer Simulator

Chapter 813: Chapter 528: Qi Shu’s Confusion

Entering Wang Liang’s Fourth Squad base.

The Dancer was naturally the center of attention.

However, most of the Celestial Star Team members stared at her with peculiar expressions from afar, whispering among themselves, making the forest atmosphere quite eerie.

[You look around at the Celestial Star Team members and feel it’s not quite what you imagined]

The Dancer had always thought of the Celestial Star Team as an organization rich in justice and goodwill.

Otherwise, they wouldn’t punish unruly students.

Yet.

From her current impression, the members of the Celestial Star Team seemed somewhat unorthodox to her.

Of course, the Dancer understood that appearances can be deceiving, and she needed to meet the leader of Wang Liang’s Fourth Squad who helped punish the unruly students to understand the situation better.

According to the guiding Celestial Star Team member, their leader was the one who led the initiative.

[Under the guidance of two Celestial Star Team members, you quickly met their leader—Melok]

Melok.

A freckled girl with a mix of yellow and red hair resembling a volcanic eruption, dressed in a black-and-white leather outfit, and wearing boots that looked like torches.

Even as a pixel cartoon version, you can still sense that this girl exudes an aura of someone not to be trifled with.

But the focus was on what was behind her.

”What is that? A Pokémon? Wow, it’s huge!”

Baimu looked surprised at the massive battle vehicle behind Melok, which seemed like a mobile stage embedded with neon lights, colored balls, and speakers, and the front featuring a one-eyed creature sticking its tongue out.

This thing is admittedly cool but also very flamboyant.

The Dancer didn’t pay much attention to that thing and focused all her attention on Melok.

[You greeted Melok and explained your purpose]

The Dancer sought out the Celestial Star Team partly to express gratitude and partly due to her curiosity about the organization, wondering why the teachers wouldn’t divulge even the slightest bit of information.

And why did so many students panic upon hearing its name?

Moreover, was the Celestial Star Team composed of students?

She had a multitude of questions she wanted Melok to answer, but Melok’s cold expression significantly dampened her thirst for knowledge.

[You worried your many questions might be deemed suspicious and decided to keep them to yourself]

The other party seemed unwilling to converse, so the Dancer naturally didn’t wish to disturb further and proactively suggested leaving.

Just then.

A commotion erupted off-screen.

A member of the Celestial Star Team ran over, with a bubble burst above his head as if indicating something.

[You heard the person say Artazon Gym Leader Kousha invaded the base, and you felt somewhat uneasy]

The unease stemmed from possibly being misunderstood as the one who lured someone in.

Sure enough.

After the person finished speaking, the surrounding Celestial Star Team members and Melok immediately looked at the Dancer, prompting Quaxwell and Oricorio to stand before her, making the situation quite tense.

But in the end, Melok merely jumped onto the massive battle vehicle, with three words emerging above her head—

[Let’s go!!]

The Celestial Star Team immediately set off in a grand procession.

Screen changes.

In the lush forest, numerous Celestial Star Team members surrounded Kousha, whom the Dancer had met not long ago, showing an inclination for conflict.

Soon, the battle vehicle slowly made its way into the picture, with Melok standing atop, looking down on Kousha.

The Dancer followed closely behind, but didn’t dare to approach too closely, observing from afar, eager to know what would happen next.

[You heard Kousha inquire why Melok gathered so many people in the forest near Artazon Town, seriously affecting the daily life of residents]

So it’s just a routine inquiry.

The Dancer’s head in the light screen displayed a relieved expression, as the tense atmosphere led her to believe Kousha and Melok might fight, but as long as things were clarified, it should be fine.

Unexpectedly, Melok’s temper seemed unusually fiery, not only refusing to tell Kousha their intentions but also attempting to drive him away.

The Dancer realized that the conflict was unavoidable.

In an instant.

Kousha employed his Grass-type Pokémon, engaging in battle with Melok and the Celestial Star Team.

[You were shocked to see Melok’s battle vehicle, completely surprised that it was a Pokémon capable of launching attacks]

A Pokémon?

It seems it is, though with many additional parts.

Baimu used the Illustrated Guide to ascertain that the Pokémon at the vehicle’s front was Revavroom, a Steel and Poison-type Pokémon from the Padia Region, whose body resembles a go-kart and car engine.

However...

Why does it seem like the simulator’s one is Fire-type?

He watched the vehicle spurting flames and zipping around in the picture, searching through the Illustrated Guide several times, couldn’t find any Fire Attribute moves in its learn list.

What’s going on? Is there another Pokémon hidden inside the vehicle?

Baimu widened his eyes, helpless that the pixel version of the screen couldn’t reveal much detail.

At the same time.

The fight between Kousha and the Celestial Star Team suddenly ceased due to a slender figure with shiny black hair walking over.

A question mark emerged above the Dancer’s head.

[You saw Yazi walk between Kousha and Melok, seemingly saying something]

Yazi, the Alliance President of the Padia Region, also known as the Chief Champion, a top figure among the Champion Level trainers in the Padia Region.

With this individual stepping in, Kousha and Melok appeared to reconcile, the former choosing to retreat, and Melok leaving with her entourage.

The Dancer intended to catch up with Melok but was blocked by her own Yazi.

The latter expressed having witnessed her battle with Kousha, greatly appreciating her talent as a trainer, and inquired if her goal was to become a champion.
