Pokemon: My Trainer Simulator

Chapter 805: Chapter 524: Perfect Victory!

Rumble——

Thunder roared down like a furious torrent but unexpectedly didn’t disperse over the entire body of the Galarian Rapidash.

Instead, it mysteriously stagnated on its spiral black long horn, and the dazzling light illuminated its eyes that held a hint of contempt amidst calm.

[Attack in Place of Defense]!

Baimu furrowed his brow and gave the order as quickly as possible: ”Mirror Reflection!”

”Little Lielie! Rebound it back!”

Liuqia’s cheerful voice followed closely.

The moment the words fell.

”Shhhhh——”

The spiral black long horn fell sharply like a scepter, and the dazzling thunder crashed toward the descending altered-color Milotic like a lightning spear slicing through the sky!

In an instant.

The snake-like body of the altered-color Milotic was pierced by the lightning spear, and the rampant electric current engulfed it like a giant net, causing intense paralysis and scorching pain that made it scream.

”Migo!!”

Vivian clenched her fist and shouted: ”Excellent skill! Although the altered-color Milotic completely converted the electric current of Wild Volt for its own use, under the face of Horn Drill, it became a reverse blade that hurt itself!”

The judges were full of amazement, and Mikoli had a smiling expression.

On the big screen, Baimu’s score was immediately deducted by a quarter.

As a core technique of the Gorgeous Competition mastered by Adam, [Attack in Place of Defense] has withstood the test of time and is recognized by all gorgeous enthusiasts as an advanced technique.

The result of successfully hitting the opponent was right before their eyes, so a deduction was nothing unusual.

But even after the snake-like lightning was fully endured, it did not disperse. Instead, it flowed into the altered-color Milotic’s body, which sparkled with a rainbow-colored glow and gathered into a dazzling giant light cluster.

The pulsating energy in the air landed on the Galarian Rapidash with its sharp gaze, transforming into a light column entwined with electric serpents shooting towards it!

”Little Lielie...”

Liuqia’s voice was drowned out.

Boom——!!

The destructive power instantly evaporated a large amount of pool water, white mist surging and covering everything, leaving the proud Galarian Rapidash standing above the pool with nowhere to escape.

Bang!!

Huge splashes of water flew into the sky, engulfing everything!

On the big screen, the expressions of Baimu and Liuqia differed as water droplets splashed down.

The venue fell silent for a moment.

Wow!

A wave of astonishment erupted in waves among the audience.

In less than two minutes, the fierce confrontation between the altered-color Milotic and the altered-color Galarian Rapidash had shocked many.

So exciting!

Both sides seemed like they had rehearsed in advance, always reacting quickly to the opponent’s attacks.

Even the finals of the grand celebration couldn’t be this intense?

Especially the recent scenes.

When the Galarian Rapidash started running, everyone thought the altered-color Milotic would get shocked and rise. However, the latter not only absorbed all the electric current but even charged out of the water to launch a counterattack.

It counterattacked, and the Galarian Rapidash was not to be outdone, miraculously pushing the electric current back using [Horn Drill].

When the current hit the altered-color Milotic, the audience thought it was finally over?

Not over yet!

Mirror Reflection was used!

The altered-color Milotic launched another attack on the Galarian Rapidash and even doubled the power of the Awakening Electric it fired!

Yet, in such a fast-paced competition, the latter ultimately fell short and failed to achieve a second [Attack in Place of Defense], otherwise, the scene would have been quite terrifying.

This is what Liuqia needs to grow in.

Mikoli hummed a cheerful tune.

”Ah~ It’s great to host the Mikoli Cup back in Hoenn~!” He smiled brightly.

As the water fell and the white mist dissipated.

Both the altered-color Milotic and Galarian Rapidash looked at each other, panting, with various injuries on their bodies proving the confrontation had dealt considerable damage.

Scores were almost equal, [Attack in Place of Defense] surely earns points, but [Mirror Reflection] isn’t to be underestimated.

Seeing such a scenario, Liuqia realized that Baimu wasn’t surprised by Galarian Rapidash’s Attack in Place of Defense. His furrowed expression was just to deceive her.

She fell for it!

But luckily, it hadn’t caused any irreparable result.

Next... Recovery? Attack?

”Water Flow Ring!”

”Dawn!”

Both choose the former simultaneously, delivering commands only after the Pokémon caught their breath.

At present.

An azure water ring rose around the altered-color Milotic, continuously healing the external wounds quickly.

Elsewhere, the Galarian Rapidash neighed, raising its front hooves, its sky-blue and jade-like mane fluttering gracefully as the bright sunlight shone on its body, enveloping it entirely in a vibrant green glow.

[Dawn] as a quick recovery move within a short time proved stronger than [Water Flow Ring].

Moments later.

The Galarian Rapidash’s exterior was basically restored, but the altered-color Milotic was somewhat slower, its contrasting performance led to another deduction for Baimu.

Although the extent wasn’t large, it still left the latter quite dissatisfied.

Without Self-Rebirth, it’s fatal from both the battle and Gorgeous Competition perspective.

Half the time has passed.

It seemed ample, but actually, it might well be just a round of continuous counterattack, and if there still comes a stalemate phase, these two and a half minutes might not be enough.

Finish the Galarian Rapidash in one fell swoop!

He looked at Liuqia opposite, without a doubt Teacher Liuu shared the same thought, his eyes shining brightly as if there were divine light.
