Pokemon: My Trainer Simulator

Chapter 804: Chapter 523: The Endgame Begins (Part 2)

Aidoru’s composed demeanor instantly broke down, flailing about like a cat with its fur standing on end.

Baimu couldn’t hide the smile on his face, extending his right fist for a light bump, ”Teacher Liuu, even you have moments of insincerity sometimes.”

”Hmph! Rebel disciple! You better watch out! I’m a tough one to deal with, don’t think just because you’ve easily beaten a few people, you’ll definitely win!”

With a fierce retort, Liuqia stomped away with large strides.

”That’s what you said, I never claimed anything like that.”

Baimu shouted at her retreating figure and then walked in the opposite direction.

In his view, Liuqia is a more powerful Coordinator Trainer than Xiaoguang and Xiaoyao, inheriting the prowess of her uncle Mikoli and grandmaster Adam, mastering a variety of skills and possessing exceptional strength.

At a young age, she mastered a powerful secret—Super Evolution, allowing her to stand out among her peers.

In fact, to be safe, sending out Mawile or Aggron to undergo mega evolution, and battling against the mega Altaria would be the most secure strategy.

But...

Undoubtedly, the Mikoli Club is a stage for Altered-color Milotic’s performance, as he had repeatedly and solemnly emphasized during the preparation phase, and Altered-color Milotic has been striving for this moment all along.

So, whether it’s to keep his word or due to trust in Altered-color Milotic, Baimu’s choice wouldn’t change at the last minute.

Not to mention, considering that Altaria’s previous round’s injuries and energy expenditures from its showdown with Piplup, whether it could fully recover in just one midday, his Pokémon are not just about sheer strength.

There is no lack of flashy move combinations!

”Phew...”

Baimu exhaled and walked towards the exit, which was radiating with white light.

For a moment.

Countless noisy shouts flooded into his ears, and in a flash, the grand scene of the Mikoli Club appeared before him, with Aerial Rotom flying around the venue in the air, splitting a small portion to focus the camera on him as soon as it saw him.

The larger part focused on Liuqia across the way.

A professional Aidoru will always display their business charm in the eyes of fans, and this girl’s charm is her liveliness and cuteness.

”Good afternoon, everyone~ It’s the Gorgeous Competition idol Liuqia~! I’m about to battle with the powerful new star of the Gorgeous Competition, Baimu~, please cheer for me!”

”Oooohhhh!”

”Liuji! My Liuji! I’m in love with you!”

”Go, Liuji! Smash that so-called new star to the ground for me!”

The fans’ frenzy was akin to a cult gathering.

Vivian held a microphone, her sweet voice echoing throughout the venue.

”Thank you for waiting! Ladies and gentlemen! After three days of fierce battles, and the selection of hundreds of excellent Coordinator Trainers, the Mikoli Club has finally reached its finale! Let’s watch with anticipation and appreciation as Mr. Baimu and Liuji present us the final match!”

At the same time.

The big screen showed their profiles, with a countdown of five minutes clearly displayed in the center.

Vivian: ”And so, I announce—”

Everyone instinctively held their breath.

”The match begins!”

Deng!

With a crisp sound, the countdown started!

Baimu and Liuqia simultaneously threw their Pokeballs.

Pew pew!

Amid the misty white smoke, a whinnying sound arose, as a unicorn with a mane like a cloud slowly emerged, emanating an aura of sanctity.

This creature’s innate presence was as eye-catching as Altered-color Milotic, with the latter’s beauty failing to overshadow it, making both entrances equally matched.

This resulted in him not gaining an early advantage like in previous rounds.

”Ha, didn’t expect that...”

Baimu looked at the Altered-color Galarian Rapidash, thinking that Liuqia had really surprised him.

Indeed.

Liuqia never solely relied on Mega Altaria; her Altered-color Galarian Rapidash wasn’t easy to handle either.

Even compared to his multifaceted approach, Liuqia’s Pokémon, all specialized in the Gorgeous Competition, were stronger in a purer sense!

”Spiritual Blade!”

”Surf!”

Both shouted their commands.

The difference was that Liuqia incorporated dance elements into her command execution.

For instance, right now, while shouting Spiritual Blade, she was also making finger-gun gestures, eliciting screams from the crowd.

This Teacher Liuu was quite the trickster!

Baimu glanced briefly and then looked away.

In previous rounds, Liuqia had used this move to divert the attention of many contestants, including Xiaoguang, preventing them from promptly issuing further commands to their Pokémon.

This little trick can’t affect him, let alone something more noteworthy—

The altered-color Galarian Rapidash walking on water!

Its four hooves are surrounded by a layer of strange powder light, seemingly containing spiritual power within, allowing it to rest on the water surface without sinking.

As a Rapidash from the Galar Region, its sky blue and pure white fur, changed from flames, can store a certain amount of spiritual power.

For Psychic Attribute Pokémon, with a certain degree of manipulation, not only can they walk on water, but even soaring into the sky isn’t much of a difficulty.

Previously during the performance, Baimu thought the Galarian Rapidash was relying on strong mental will to walk on water. At this moment, it’s clear that this guy’s body possesses special ability.

”Miko~!”

The altered-color Milotic lifted its tail high and smashed it down on the water’s surface, under the resounding boom, a blue wave curls up like a giant wall pressing forward!

”Sssss—”

A piercing screech exploded in the ears, a violet light flashed like the unsheathing of a blade, instantly tearing apart the massive wave.

The Galarian Rapidash swung its unicorn, walked out like it’s a stroll in the garden, its elegant and proud demeanor dazed many in the audience, leading to Baimu’s score dropping.

Luckily, the initiative is still in our hands.

At the moment the wave was torn apart, the altered-color Milotic had already lifted its upper body, from high above spraying countless white snowflakes at the Galarian Rapidash!

Baimu: ”Blizzard.”

The gale stirred the cold currents mixed with snowflakes, instantly freezing the water surface beneath the Galarian Rapidash, controlling its movements along with it.

However.

Facing such a predicament, Liuqia seemed to have anticipated it, her expression unchanged, her right hand suddenly firing a handgun-like gesture!

”Pierce your heart~ Bang~”

The Galarian Rapidash’s unicorn exploded with a flash, abruptly firing a beam like a projectile!

Boom!

Undoubtedly.

This is the correct use of the [Spiritual Blade] as a non-contact move!

A communal gasp erupted from the audience seats.

”Dodge!”

Baimu suddenly waved his hand.

The altered-color Milotic, facing the beam, flexibly twisted its body, dodging narrowly past.

”Coil up! Dive into the water!”

”Miko~”

Receiving the order, the altered-color Milotic quickly curled up into a ball, disappearing into the water.

After the Galarian Rapidash, amid the sound of ice cracking, pulled its hooves out, its opponent had disappeared from the view of it and Liuqia.

Such a fast reaction!

Liuqia clicked her tongue secretly, indeed merely witnessing cannot accurately perceive the reaction speed of Baimu’s Pokémon, only personal experience reveals how absurd it is.

Not giving his Pokémon and trainer any room to breathe.

”Present your elegance in a sprint! Wild Charge!” She started to dance again.

”Ssss—”

The Galarian Rapidash raised its front hooves, amidst the high-pitched neigh, blue electric currents jumped upon its pure white body, the soft fur exploded into the form of lightning at this moment.

Instantly.

It circled around the pool at high speed, its violently furious stance enveloped in blue lightning was akin to Manectric Qilin!

”Sssss!!”

A large amount of electric currents rushed into the water surface as the Galarian Rapidash persistently trod, instantly illuminating the previously dark underwater scene, revealing the hiding altered-color Milotic within.

But.

The lightning seems not to have attacked its body upon entering the water, rather strangely absorbed by the rapidly spinning bright yellow light clusters around its body.

When the electric currents on the Galarian Rapidash’s surface depleted, the light clusters surrounding the altered-color Milotic had grown to several times their original size!

Boom!

The altered-color Milotic burst out of the water!

Leaping into mid-air, once again overlooking the Galarian Rapidash, it released all accumulated lightning towards the latter in one go!

Rumble!

The light ball transformed into a thick lightning pillar, roaring as it charged forward!

”Horn Drill!!”

Liuqia’s shout was drowned out by the explosive sound of the electric current, but it didn’t hinder the Galarian Rapidash from hearing the trainer’s command, executing it in the fastest manner!

The swiftly spinning unicorn moved head-on towards the charging lightning!
