Naruto: Becoming the Soul King

Hearing this, Kushina looked a little puzzled.

”How many bottles did you buy?”

”Ten years.”

”Ten bottles?”

”Ten years!”

”???”

Kushina was full of question marks and asked hesitantly, ”Years?”

Seiryū waved his hand boldly.

”Enough for her to use for ten years. Of course, I didn’t buy that much all at once. The shelf life isn’t that long either.”

He pulled out a black card from his pocket.

”As long as you use this membership card, you can pick up goods from that shop we just visited. It’s a total of ten years’ worth. You can keep taking it until it’s finished.”

Kushina: ”...”

Kurenai: ”...”

Here it comes.

Seiryū’s usual unreliable and somewhat magical way of thinking.

Who buys nail polish in a ten year supply?

No normal person would ever do something like this.

Kushina was truly convinced.

”I underestimated you, little Seiryū. You’re really not stingy at all. You spent quite a lot of money.”

Seiryū waved his hand.

”It’s fine. It’s not that much, just a few hundred thousand ryo.”

This money was worth spending.

To be honest, red really doesn’t look as good as the natural color.

Kurenai felt a little jealous. She swung her ponytail slightly, and the red and gold ribbon tied around it swayed gently.

That was also a birthday gift Seiryū gave her.

However, its price probably wasn’t as high as several hundred thousand ryo.

That hateful Seiryū. If he treated people differently, she would be very angry.

After all, she was his cute little sister.

”You’re really rich.”

Kushina sighed with emotion, then looked at Seiryū with a smile.

She joked, ”By the way, Seiryū, I also plan to celebrate my birthday next year. I’ll invite you then. Remember to buy your sister a birthday present too.”

Seiryū curled his lips.

”Next time for sure.”

”Oh, not bad. Quite generous.”

Kushina did not understand the true meaning of ”next time for sure.” She thought Seiryū was really being generous.

Not bad, not bad.

This younger clan member of hers really knows how to behave.

However, she was only joking and did not truly expect a birthday gift from him.

She did not have the habit of celebrating birthdays either.

Leaning close to Kurenai’s ear, Kushina whispered softly.

”Kurenai, you have to keep an eye on this boy Seiryū. He’s handsome and willing to spend money. Who knows how many girls he’ll attract in the future.”

”As his little sister, you must watch him closely. Don’t let him flirt around, or he’ll learn bad habits.”

To be fair, Seiryū’s looks were not inferior to her boyfriend Minato at all.

She had seen how popular Minato was with girls.

Seiryū would definitely be very popular with women in the future as well.

Moreover, Seiryū had money and was generous. That was very attractive to some young girls.

She felt she needed to remind Kurenai to keep an eye on him and not let him flirt around.

She did not want her clan’s younger brother to go astray.

Kurenai nodded thoughtfully and whispered,

”Mm, I will. I definitely won’t let him flirt around. But I think the person we should be most wary of is Jiraiya-sama!”

Jiraiya.

In Kurenai’s mind, his image had already fallen to the ground.

He was simply a peeping thief.

Compared to girls, the one they should guard against the most was Jiraiya.

”Huh, you think so too?”

After her surprise, Kushina immediately agreed.

Actually, the person she worried about most was also Jiraiya.

Because Jiraiya’s behavior was too unreliable. He often used the excuse of ”collecting material” to peek around.

The two of them chatted quietly as they walked, complaining about Jiraiya’s unreliable behavior.

Seiryū could not hear them and did not bother to pay attention.

Three women make a play.

Even two women, one older and one younger, could still talk endlessly.

Not long after, the three of them arrived at Tsunade’s house.

Seiryū skillfully took out a key, opened the door, and walked straight in.

This scene made Kushina stare in surprise.

She knew Seiryū had a good relationship with Tsunade, and she had heard that Tsunade even accepted him as a disciple.

But Seiryū actually had the key to Tsunade’s house?

He looked just like he was returning to his own home.

”Hm?”

Tsunade was sitting on the living room sofa, drinking alcohol while watching television. When she heard the door open, she turned her head and saw the three of them entering. She looked surprised.

”Why did you all come together?”

Seiryū acted completely like he was at home.

”We came to freeload a meal and use the air conditioner. It’s been really hot lately, and my living room doesn’t have air conditioning.”

Without any politeness, he sat down beside Tsunade.

He glanced at the table where a bottle of sake and a small plate of peanuts were placed. He picked up a few peanuts and tossed them into his mouth, chewing.

Then he looked at Tsunade, whose cheeks were slightly red from drinking, and said, ”It’s not even noon yet. Why are you already drinking? Did you lose money again?”

That was hitting the sore spot.

Tsunade’s eyebrows twitched and she snorted unhappily.

”What’s it to you? Whether I lost or not is none of your business. Just looking at you annoys me. Hurry up and get out!”

Seiryū grabbed a few more peanuts and threw them into his mouth, chewing.

Then he curled his lips.

”Your temper is getting worse and worse. Medical books mention that when women reach a certain age, menopause arrives. Is that it?”

Kurenai: ”...”

Kushina: ”...”

Can you say that in front of a woman?

Especially in front of Tsunade.

This is basically asking to die.

”If I don’t teach you a lesson for a day, you start acting itchy again, huh?”

Tsunade’s face darkened. Her narrowed eyes revealed a dangerous look.

This brat was becoming more and more presumptuous.

With the Strength of a Hundred Seal, her body would remain fixed at its most youthful age.

Forever eighteen.

The prime age of a young woman.

How could something like menopause exist?

”Don’t hit me.”

Seiryū shifted his position on the sofa and stopped provoking her.

He lay lazily on the couch.

”Isn’t today your birthday? We bought gifts for you. If you start hitting people, then there will be no gifts.”

”My birthday?”

Tsunade froze for a moment, then turned to look at the calendar hanging on the wall.

Only then did she realize that today was her birthday.

However, she did not have the habit of celebrating birthdays, so she waved her hand.

”There’s no need for that. I don’t have the habit of celebrating birthdays. But thank you anyway. Stay and eat today. As for gifts, there’s no need.”

Kurenai said seriously, ”Tsunade-sensei, you usually take good care of us. This is something we should do as your students.”

Kushina also smiled.

”Tsunade-nee, just accept it. We already bought them. It wouldn’t make sense to take them back.”

This time, Seiryū also acted completely differently than usual. He put on a stern face and said, ”You’re really not considerate. We kindly bought you gifts, and you don’t want them? No. Today you have to accept them whether you like it or not.”
