Naruto: Becoming the Soul King

”Hehe, actually, um, the Wind Release: Rasenshuriken was developed by me. I spent quite a lot of time and energy on it...”

Naruto suddenly felt a little embarrassed after being praised.

Seiryū smiled inwardly. The fish had taken the bait. He deliberately showed a surprised expression. ”It was actually developed by you, boy? It seems you are quite an outstanding genius as well.”

Naruto scratched his head. ”Ha, haha, not really. It just happened by chance...”

”There is no such thing as chance when developing a new technique. Being able to create a new technique means you are a genius. Boy, you are quite impressive.”

Seiryū praised him, then smiled and slowly said, ”Boy, incorporating nature transformation into the Rasengan is also something I have been trying to perfect. At the moment I still do not have a clear concept. Could you tell me the specific details?”

”I will give you an appropriate reward.”

Seiryū began to reel in the net.

He had to get Rasenshuriken for free.

”That is no problem at all. I still need you to send me back to my space-time. And earlier I interfered with your mission, which makes me feel a little embarrassed. So there is no need for any reward!”

Naruto patted his chest and nodded.

The other party was a Konoha shinobi, had mastered the Rasengan, told him about his current situation, and even planned to help him return to his own space-time.

Faced with such a small request, he naturally would not refuse.

”Hahaha, although we are from different space-times, you are quite a good boy. Very good. With young people like you around, Konoha in your space-time will only become better and better.”

Seiryū continued praising him.

Naruto was a somewhat simple-minded boy. If you praised him a little, he would easily get carried away.

As for why he said somewhat simple-minded?

Of course.

Someone who could create the Sexy Technique could not be that innocent.

He must have read quite a few of those kinds of books, otherwise he would not understand the female body so well.

After that.

As they walked, Seiryū listened to Naruto give a rough explanation of how he trained Wind Release: Rasenshuriken.

But the more he listened, the more black lines appeared on Seiryū’s forehead.

Something like one twist, then a smack, then a buzzing sound... and then the Wind Release: Rasenshuriken formed...

Sure enough, he should not expect too much from Naruto. It was even less reliable than my system...

Seiryū felt speechless.

Who the hell could understand that?

Probably only the genius Konohamaru could understand it.

Anyway, Seiryū could not understand it.

Suppressing the urge to complain, Seiryū maintained the demeanor of an expert.

He sighed with emotion. ”Perhaps I have fallen behind the times and did not fully understand what you said. If possible, boy, please personally demonstrate it for me later so I can observe it...”

With his talent.

Perhaps if he watched Naruto perform Rasenshuriken once with his own eyes.

He might be able to see some of the underlying principles.

Seiryū had already mastered Rasengan for quite some time. His use of chakra nature transformation was also very proficient.

What he lacked was simply the technique of combining the two.

Hearing this, Naruto did not refuse. ”Of course, no problem. I can show it to you right now!”

”There is no need to rush. The mission is more important.”

Seiryū waved his hand and looked at the manhole cover above.

Hearing the sound of fireworks and cheerful celebration coming from above, he slowly said, ”Right now we need to first go protect the Queen of Rōran.”

Very soon.

The two arrived on the surface.

It was an open plaza filled with crowds shouting ”Your Majesty the Queen,” and many wooden statues were placed around.

However, with Seiryū’s eyesight, he could see that the people in the plaza were actually puppets controlled by chakra threads.

Next, it was time to perform a heroic rescue, then capture the Queen’s heart and make her willingly hand over half of Rōran’s inheritance.

Seiryū slightly raised his head.

He looked toward a tall building.

Wearing formal attire, Queen Sara of Rōran walked onto the platform under the escort of two puppet guards and waved slightly toward the ”crowd” below.

Then...

She was pushed down.

Prepared in advance, Seiryū moved.

Using Shunpo several times, stepping through the air, his figure turned into a streak of light. He caught up to the falling Sara and held her in his arms.

With a bang.

Seiryū stepped on the air with one foot, changed direction, and landed on another tall building.

He placed the still-shaken Sara down. Seiryū raised his eyebrow and teased, ”Hey, Onee-san, I saved your life. Remember to give me half of Rōran’s inheritance.”

Sara cautiously moved a little away. Her right hand covered her chest. Her beautiful eyes stared at Seiryū, and her brows slightly frowned. ”Thank you very much for saving me. But please do not say such things again.”

”Rōran is a precious legacy left to me by my mother. It is more important than my own life. It is impossible for me to give half of it to someone else!”

What was wrong with this handsome child?

Why did he open his mouth and ask for half of Rōran’s inheritance?

Could such a thing be casually given to someone?

Then Sara looked at Naruto, who had also arrived here in a flash, and asked cautiously, ”Also, who exactly are you?”

Seiryū stopped joking and said to Sara, ”We are Konoha shinobi. My mission is to protect your safety and investigate the abnormalities happening in Rōran. I have no ill intentions toward you. Otherwise I would not have saved you just now.”

”Thank you again for saving me. But you mentioned abnormalities. What abnormalities could there be in Rōran? And why do I need protection?”

Sara frowned, still very wary of Seiryū and Naruto.

Especially Seiryū.

First he inexplicably claimed to be her half-brother. Now he said he needed to protect her and that there were abnormalities in Rōran.

Who could believe that?

If Seiryū had not saved her just now, she would have already run away.

Seiryū felt a little speechless. ”You just fell from a tower. Why do you think I need to protect you?”

It was confirmed.

This was a pure and somewhat foolish beautiful girl. She could actually ask such a question.

Was this what they called naturally absent-minded?

Sara fell silent.

Just now it seemed someone had pushed her down...

”Let’s leave first. This is not a place for conversation. I will explain everything clearly to you.”

Seiryū’s eyesight was excellent. He noticed many puppet weapons surrounding the area.

He flashed to Sara, who was kneeling on the ground, and lifted her in a princess carry.

Amid her cry of ”Ah,” Seiryū stepped forward and quickly left the area.

”Wait for me!”

Naruto followed closely behind, but soon realized his speed could not keep up with Sage Seiryū, who was even carrying someone.

This surprised him greatly.

It also dispelled some of the doubts in his heart.

Although the other party looked only around ten years old, his strength far exceeded what someone of that age should have.

This meant.

That Eternal Youth Technique was probably real.

He only looked like a child.

This was simply unbelievable.
