Naruto: Becoming the Soul King

”Mukade? Isn’t that Anrokuzan? I see now. No wonder he suddenly appeared six years ago. It seems that, just like you, he is also a shinobi who came from another time and space…”

Tsunade rubbed her chin and muttered thoughtfully.

According to the intelligence gathered by Konoha’s scouts,

Mukade was indeed Anrokuzan, who had suddenly appeared six years ago.

Step by step, he seized control of Rōran’s government and secretly manufactured weapons, attempting to rule the shinobi world.

Mukade, just like the Uzumaki Naruto in front of them, was also a shinobi who had come from another time and space.

Tsunade looked at Naruto and said calmly, ”For now, act together with us. We are also investigating Anrokuzan. The reason you came here should be related to the Ryūmyaku chakra. Perhaps Anrokuzan knows something about it.”

Naruto nodded. ”Sage Seiryū just said the same thing. I came to this time and space because of the Ryūmyaku chakra. He also has a way to send me back…”

Seiryū stood with his hands behind his back, his tone calm and composed. ”This old man’s judgment will not be wrong. Based on what you said, Anrokuzan broke the seal of the Ryūmyaku and absorbed it, causing the Ryūmyaku chakra to run wild.”

”So as long as we defeat him and release the Ryūmyaku seal from his body, those of you who arrived here by accident should be able to return.”

That was exactly what happened in the original story.

Seiryū looked at Sāra and smiled. ”Onee-san, you should know Anrokuzan’s location, right? It is time for you, the Queen of Rōran, to step forward. We will help you.”

”I understand, Otōto…”

Although Sāra could not fully understand their conversation,

Other time and space?

Arriving here for no clear reason?

Still, she did not dwell on it.

Right now, what she wanted most was to know the truth about Anrokuzan, whether it was really as they claimed.

Tsunade: ”???”

Why were these two calling each other sister and brother?

That felt strange.

The plan of marriage and dividing property did not work, so they switched to the sibling route?

Boom. Boom boom boom.

Before Tsunade could ask anything, a loud rumbling sound came from the distance.

She looked in that direction, her eyes narrowing. ”Looks like we do not need to search for him. Minato may have already encountered the enemy. Let’s go take a look.”

As soon as she finished speaking, she pushed off the ground and rushed toward the source of the noise.

Naruto also said to Seiryū, ”Sage Seiryū, I’ll go help too. You’re still in a ’weak period’, so please protect Queen Sāra.”

”I think I saw a jutsu used by my companion. I need to confirm it.”

With a flash, Naruto also hurried toward that direction.

Watching the two leave, Seiryū smiled at the slightly nervous Sāra. ”We will go as well, but this time there will be a fee. Let’s agree first. One hug costs one thousand ryō. Onee-san is a queen with a wealthy kingdom, so you will not refuse to pay, right?”

Sāra: ”...”

There was actually going to be a next time?

And one thousand ryō for a single hug was too expensive.

But in order to witness the truth with her own eyes, she bit her red lip. ”One thousand ryō then. I need to see the truth with my own eyes.”

”Onee-san is generous.”

Seiryū laughed. He flashed forward, lifted her in a princess carry, and then stepped forward.

Using Shunpo, he rushed toward the direction of the commotion.

Boom boom boom.

Over there, puppets were dancing in the air under the control of chakra threads.

Some had arms shaped like sharp blades, gleaming with cold light. Others had cannon muzzles, firing purple chakra cannons from the openings.

Explosions echoed continuously across the area.

On the ground, behind more than a dozen puppets, Anrokuzan, dressed in a minister’s robe, looked at the two people fighting the puppets ahead.

He sneered. ”You Konoha shinobi are truly persistent. But you came too late. My preparations are already complete. No one can stop me.”

”Whether it is Konoha or the other shinobi villages, all of them will collapse under my puppet army. Starting from here, I will step by step rule the entire shinobi world.”

Anrokuzan’s laughter was filled with confidence.

With control over the Ryūmyaku chakra and the puppet legion he had built.

He now possessed the power to sweep across the shinobi world. He had spent six full years preparing for this.

”Rasengan!”

The masked Minato flickered continuously.

Holding a Rasengan in his hand, he smashed the incoming puppets one after another.

But the destroyed puppets quickly began repairing themselves under the influence of the Ryūmyaku chakra.

”Indestructible, repairable through chakra. I need to find the source of the Ryūmyaku and cut off the chakra supply…”

Minato murmured quietly, clearly having reached a conclusion.

Earlier, in order to locate the Ryūmyaku, he had secretly infiltrated an underground facility.

There, he saw civilians being enslaved.

Naturally, he could not ignore such a scene. Using Flying Thunder God Technique, he rescued those civilians, but his presence was exposed.

A large number of puppets immediately targeted him.

”Wood Release. Wood Spear Tree!”

On the other side,

Yamato, who had also traveled through time, formed hand seals and used a Wood Release technique.

Opening his right hand, branches shot out rapidly, tearing through the approaching puppets and crushing them into pieces that fell to the ground like broken clay.

”Naruto, what is going on now? Why are these puppets targeting you?”

Yamato used Body Flicker Technique and appeared beside Minato, asking with a serious expression. ”Also, since when did you become this clever? You even disguised yourself.”

After being swallowed by the Ryūmyaku chakra, he had lost consciousness.

When the explosions woke him earlier, Yamato discovered he had arrived in a completely unfamiliar place.

He followed the direction of the noise and saw the masked and disguised ”Uzumaki Naruto” fighting numerous puppets.

Blond hair, Rasengan, similar chakra fluctuations.

Although the height was somewhat different, who else could it be besides Naruto?

Of course, what puzzled him was that Naruto was actually disguising himself and acting cautiously. That was truly unbelievable.

Minato, however, felt unfamiliar with this stranger who could use the First Hokage’s Wood Release.

He was certain he had never met this person before.

Nor did he know anyone named Naruto.

However, the other party was definitely a Konoha shinobi.

The Konoha forehead protector, the shinobi flak jacket, and the Wood Release of the First Hokage.

There was no way this person could belong to another village.

But when did Konoha gain a shinobi like this?

Someone who even possessed Wood Release?

Boom boom boom.

At the same time, Tsunade arrived, smashing forward with her fists.

Each punch carried terrifying power, easily blasting apart puppet after puppet.

She flashed over.

Ignoring the puppets surrounding them and without asking Minato about the situation,

Tsunade’s gaze locked onto Yamato, her voice turning cold.

”Why do you possess Wood Release?”

What had she just seen?

A shinobi using her grandfather’s Wood Release bloodline limit.

Who exactly was this person in front of her?
