After leaving the shop, the three of them headed toward Tsunade’s house.

While passing a street, Seiryū noticed a shop decorated with lanterns and festive lights.

The lanterns had the words ”Ichiraku” written on them, and the signboard read ”Ichiraku Ramen.”

At this moment, a young man who looked about twenty years old stood at the entrance.

He wore a chef’s uniform and was holding a stack of flyers, handing them to passersby with a friendly smile.

”Oh, so it’s here? Ichiraku Ramen…”

Seeing this, Seiryū murmured to himself.

Clearly, the young man handing out flyers was the owner of Ichiraku Ramen, Teuchi.

Is there any vacant shop nearby?

Subconsciously, Seiryū looked at the store next to Ichiraku Ramen.

On the left was a tavern that Seiryū also recognized. It was the izakaya Tsunade often visited.

On the right was another storefront. Although it had a signboard, it looked old and worn. It had probably been closed for a long time.

This immediately made Seiryū’s eyes light up.

When the three of them walked closer, Teuchi smiled and handed each of them a flyer.

With a warm smile, he said, ”Our ramen shop will officially open in three days. Everything will be half price that day. If you have time, you are welcome to visit.”

After taking the flyer, Kushina smiled politely.

”Thank you. If we have time, we’ll come try it.”

Kurenai also accepted the flyer. Looking at the shop name Ichiraku Ramen, she seemed to recall something.

”Huh, Ichiraku Ramen?”

She sounded surprised.

”Isn’t this the ramen shop Rin said was very delicious?”

Hearing this, Teuchi introduced himself.

”I am the owner and chef of Ichiraku Ramen. My name is Teuchi. You three are welcome to visit when we open!”

”Teuchi-san, may I ask something?”

Seiryū pointed at the closed shop next door and asked, ”Is anyone operating that shop?”

”That shop?”

Following Seiryū’s gaze, Teuchi was puzzled about why he asked, but still answered.

”No. That shop is currently listed for sale.”

Hearing that it was for sale, Seiryū’s eyes lit up.

”Do you know where I can contact the owner?”

Teuchi was stunned for a moment, then explained, ”You can purchase it through the property sales office. However, the price here isn’t cheap. It’s at least two million ryo.”

From the sound of it, does he want to buy it?

That can’t be possible, right?

He’s just a kid.

”Two million ryo? That doesn’t seem very expensive.”

After hearing the price, Seiryū nodded and muttered to himself.

Very good.

Seiryū smiled at Teuchi and thanked him.

”Thank you for telling me, Teuchi-san. Maybe we’ll be neighbors in the future. Please take care of me.”

Kurenai tilted her head, her expression becoming a bit strange.

If she remembered correctly,

Seiryū’s first dream was to open a yakiniku restaurant next to a ramen shop.

Could it be…

Teuchi wiped sweat from his forehead and quickly waved his hand.

”N-no need to thank me. Please take care of me as well in the future.”

So he really intends to buy it.

Two million ryo and he still thinks it’s cheap?

Even if I sold myself, I wouldn’t be worth that much.

Kids these days are really rich.

”Teuchi-san, we’ll come support your opening day. Please let us try your cooking then.”

After saying goodbye to Teuchi, the three of them continued walking toward Tsunade’s house.

Kurenai could no longer suppress her curiosity.

”Seiryū, are you really going to buy that shop? Don’t tell me you’re actually planning to open a yakiniku restaurant?”

”You’re really planning to fulfill that dream?”

He had been talking about that dream for more than three years.

She always thought Seiryū was just joking and being playful.

Seiryū replied casually, ”Of course. Otherwise why would I be saving money? If you say it’s your dream, then you should achieve it.”

Opening next to Ichiraku Ramen was definitely a treasure land.

Buying it would not be a loss.

Anyway, according to the information revealed in the original Boruto story, housing prices definitely would not fall.

Even Sakura, a medical ninja, needed a loan to buy a house. That shows how high future housing prices would be.

Kurenai muttered, ”Because you’re sometimes a bit unreliable, I thought you were just joking. Are you planning to fulfill your other dreams too?”

Since Seiryū wasn’t joking, what about the other dreams?

After all, Seiryū had quite a few dreams.

”We’ll see about the others. If they can be achieved, then of course I’ll achieve them.”

Seiryū shrugged.

”Didn’t I say before? Having more dreams isn’t a bad thing. Maybe one of them will come true.”

”Other dreams? Seiryū, do you have many dreams?”

Kushina was also curious.

”And do you really have that much money? That’s two million ryo!”

”The savings Minato and I have together might not even reach that amount!”

Two million ryo was not a small sum.

Even an ordinary Jōnin might not be able to take out that much money, yet this little guy could?

Before Seiryū could speak, Kurenai puffed her cheeks and said,

”Seiryū is very rich. I’ve seen his savings. He has more than six million ryo. Yet he’s extremely stingy. He wouldn’t even give half of it to his cute little sister.”

Seiryū was speechless.

She opened her mouth and asked for half.

Her face is really thick.

But she actually knows where he hides his money?

This girl secretly entered his room.

”H-how much? More than six million ryo?”

Kushina was shocked by the number. She looked Seiryū up and down.

”Did you rob the Konoha bank?”

Seiryū pointed at his head.

”Knowledge creates wealth. The problem booklet I wrote was adopted as teaching material for the Shinobi Academy. The manuscript fee alone was five million ryo. Each word is worth several thousand ryo.”

Kushina fell silent.

So that horrible booklet is worth that much?

Of course she knew about what happened when Seiryū was at the Shinobi Academy.

But no matter how she thought about it, she never imagined that the thing that even made her wear a painful expression would be worth five million ryo.

Kushina shook her head and sighed.

”You have more than six million ryo in assets, and this is the gift you bought for Tsunade-nee? Kurenai is right, you’re really stingy.”

Seiryū snorted.

”The gifts the two of you bought combined probably don’t even cost one tenth of mine. How can you even call me stingy?”

Kushina didn’t believe him.

”Impossible. I just saw the price earlier. It’s not more expensive than the skincare products I bought.”

Seiryū replied honestly,

”You didn’t buy as many as I did, so of course the price isn’t as high.”

Actually, the shop had also been selling stockings earlier.

But giving Tsunade stockings would be too much.

Although Seiryū really wanted to see what Tsunade would look like wearing stockings, those legs would definitely look amazing.

But it wouldn’t be appropriate.
