Naruto: Becoming the Soul King

Tsunade’s brows furrowed.

Although she could not fully understand this concept, she had gained a rough idea.

She said, ”If you put it that way, it does make some sense.”

”But can a world with a different historical process really exist?”

Tsunade admired Seiryū’s mind.

Just by drawing out a few words, he could make such a deduction from those details.

And it was quite reasonable.

”Who knows?”

Seiryū shrugged.

Then he added a reminder, ”By the way, I am currently Sage Seiryū. I have trained in the Eternal Youth Technique, and my present age is over seventy. Do not reveal too much of my real situation, and do not ask him too many questions about the ’future.’”

Tsunade: ”...”

Alright.

Sage Seiryū was probably just a trick Seiryū used to fool the other party.

But the other party actually believed such a thing?

That Uzumaki Naruto who might be from another space-time’s future looked like a pure and somewhat foolish person.

Tsunade glanced at Seiryū and asked, ”Why should we not ask him about the future? Perhaps just as you said, he comes from a space-time with a different historical process, but there must still be similarities.”

”If we know some events in advance, would that not benefit us? At least we could prepare ahead of time.”

Tsunade was not stupid.

Even if the historical process was somewhat different, there would definitely be similarities.

If they could learn about it from him in advance, they could prepare beforehand.

For example, would war arrive again?

Seiryū: ”...”

This troublesome woman was really something.

She actually thought of that.

But that was a job for transmigrators. Why were you trying to get involved?

Seiryū said, ”Even if it is a space-time with a different historical process, knowing too much might affect both space-times.”

”It is better for different space-times not to have too much interaction. Otherwise, if the two space-times end up merging, that would be quite troublesome.”

”I think after this incident is over, it would be best to seal the memory of this event.”

Since Naruto from another space-time could cross over here.

That proved the existence of parallel space-times.

Then could other people also cross over through some accident or coincidence?

In his previous life, Seiryū had also read some fan fiction.

There were passages between different parallel space-times where people could travel back and forth.

Imagine this.

If the Third Shinobi War was still happening in this space-time, and then the Ōtsutsuki clan from the Boruto era suddenly appeared.

That would not just be troublesome.

Because in Boruto, there really were tools that could travel through time.

The best way to handle this now was the same as Minato in the movie, sealing the memories.

Only then could it be ensured.

Otherwise, with Naruto’s personality.

After learning about the matter of parallel space-time, he might accidentally reveal it.

Not only could that slightly change the original storyline, it might even attract the arrival of those Ōtsutsuki.

”You make sense.”

Tsunade thought about it and nodded.

This matter was too bizarre and full of uncertainties.

She also thought of another point. ”If some people learn that it is possible to reach other space-times, it might cause unnecessary thoughts. It is best to eliminate that possibility.”

Since someone had arrived in this space-time, could there be others?

If people learned that another space-time existed, some ambitious individuals would definitely become restless.

Seiryū looked at Tsunade in surprise. ”Not bad. You even thought of that. As expected of you!”

Tsunade narrowed her eyes at Seiryū. ”What do you mean by that?”

”I am praising you.”

”Get lost!”

The two returned to Naruto and Sara.

Sara was still somewhat confused.

Naruto, however, had already come to his senses. He scratched his head and laughed. ”Hahaha, I almost forgot what Sage Seiryū said earlier. In this place, Tsunade grandma does not know me, and she is not the Fifth Hokage yet.”

When Tsunade walked over and heard Naruto’s words, she tilted her head with a strange expression. ”Me? The Fifth Hokage?”

In another space-time, she actually became the Fifth Hokage?

Impossible.

Being Hokage was such a troublesome thing. How could she possibly take that position?

Seiryū said in an old and experienced tone, ”Oh? Little Tsunade actually became Hokage in another space-time? It seems you made quite a few changes. Not bad. It would be nice if you had that kind of thought here as well.”

He was Sage Seiryū.

Over seventy years old.

Calling her little Tsunade was not too much, right?

Tsunade narrowed her eyes.

Little Tsunade?

Her fists clenched tightly.

”Tsunade grandma did not want to become Hokage at first, but because of my efforts, she finally agreed to become Hokage!”

Naruto’s tone carried a trace of pride.

As if to prove the truth of his words, he pulled open his collar.

He revealed a necklace hanging from his neck and smiled. ”She placed her bet on me. She believes that I will also become a Hokage one day!”

”This is...”

Looking at the necklace hanging around Naruto’s neck, Tsunade was stunned.

She subconsciously touched the identical necklace at her own collarbone.

This was the necklace her grandfather gave her. It was also the necklace she regarded as cursed.

Yet it was now on him.

With this necklace as proof.

There was no doubt that Seiryū’s earlier guess was very likely correct.

He truly came from a space-time with a different historical process, and it was from the future.

Moreover, his relationship with her seemed quite good. Otherwise, he would not possess this necklace.

Tsunade slowly exhaled. ”It seems that ’I’ value you very much. To even give you this necklace...”

Naruto smiled with a hint of nostalgia. ”Haha, after all I suffered quite a lot back then. I almost died.”

Hearing this, Tsunade subconsciously glanced at Seiryū.

This brat had also nearly died for her.

She seemed to understand something.

Why the version of herself from another space-time gave the necklace to him.

His smile was somewhat similar to her younger brother Nawaki’s.

It seemed he was also someone aiming to become Hokage.

A bet.

Seiryū was right. Different space-times should not interfere with each other.

Not only because it could cause influence, but even handling the relationships between people would become complicated.

Tsunade gathered her thoughts and looked at Naruto. ”Brat, earlier you said that ’I’ gave you a mission, which led to you accidentally arriving here. What exactly was your mission?”

Naruto was stunned.

After thinking for a moment, he felt there was nothing he could not say, so he replied, ”I was chasing a Suna missing-nin named Mukade. I chased him all the way to the Dragon Vein. After he released and absorbed the sealing technique on the Dragon Vein, I suddenly arrived here...”
