Chapter 1342: Chapter 1343: Whether it’s a mule or a horse, you have to take it out for a walk

”If this Princess were to truly hold everyone accountable one by one, it would never end. I also lack the interest.”

Rather than relying on her identity as a Princess to address these people who look down on her, she would much rather prove herself through her genuine abilities and earn their recognition.

At this moment, not only Su Chengyuan thought this way, but the other nine female soldiers did as well.

Before chasing away these dozen male soldiers, Su Chengyuan lifted her foot and kicked the soldier she had whipped earlier, telling him to get lost quickly, lest she change her mind and take his head.

The soldier, upon hearing this, instantly scrambled away in a panic.

Once the soldiers were gone, Du Aya said, ”We’ve gained quite a lot of skill now, it’s time for those male soldiers to see—we female soldiers are not as weak as they think.”

”They always look down on us, but the fact is, they’re not that great either. To be honest, every time I see them acting that way, I really want to punch them,” Li Wuyu remarked angrily at first, then suggested, ”How about this—take today’s incident as an opportunity and let’s ask the instructor to arrange for us to have a competition with the male soldiers in the military camp.”

Shi Shi immediately echoed, ”Great idea!”

Su Chengyuan also agreed, ”It’s long overdue—in fact, it’s time the male soldiers realize that we female soldiers are in no way inferior.”

Lie Qi, Baoqin, Shi Hua, and Ting Shu also voiced their agreement.

Liu Feifei softly and gently consented as well.

Noticing that Tobanya hadn’t spoken, everyone turned to her. Only then did Tobanya say, ”Let’s wash clothes first. After we’re done, we’ll go find the instructor.”

”Jade Jade really gets straight to the point!”

Following that, everyone hurriedly started washing clothes. Once they were done, they went to find An Jing.

Inside the tent, An Jing, Xiao Changyi, and Ye Zhi were discussing the results of the comprehensive assessment of the ten female soldiers from the day before.

Since the three of them had been watching the female soldiers train step by step, they were not overly surprised by the results of their assessment.

The entire group passed.

Five of them demonstrated excellent performance—these five were Tobanya, Du Aya, Su Chengyuan, Shi Shi, and Li Wuyu. Among them, Su Chengyuan ranked third, showing enormous potential.

Four performed well and were rated good—Lie Qi, Baoqin, Shi Hua, and Ting Shu.

Liu Feifei just barely passed, though.

However, in the eyes of An Jing, Ye Zhi, and Xiao Changyi, even ”barely passing” was far superior to the average soldier. At this point, even Liu Feifei, carrying a forty-pound load, could complete a fifty-kilometer march within the required time.

”Instructor, we need to speak with you.” As An Jing and the others were talking, the voices of the female soldiers rang out from outside the tent.

An Jing first exchanged a smile with Xiao Changyi and Ye Zhi before calling out, ”Come in.”

Seeing all ten female soldiers arriving together, Xiao Changyi remained expressionless, while An Jing and Ye Zhi showed curiosity—they wondered what could bring the female soldiers here collectively.

As soon as she saw the ten soldiers, Ye Zhi smiled and asked, ”You’re here to speak with the instructor. Should the Prince and I step aside?”

The female soldiers immediately expressed there was no need.

An Jing then chuckled and asked, ”What big matter brings all of you here together?”

Du Aya wasted no time in speaking up, ”Instructor, arrange for us to compete with the male soldiers in the other military camp! There are plenty among them who look down on us female soldiers. Every time I hear them gossiping, I feel an urge to fight them—showing them that I’m in no way inferior.”

An Jing raised an eyebrow instantly.

Ye Zhi seemed quite pleased.

Even Xiao Changyi showed some interest.

”Whether it’s a mule or a horse, you’ve got to take them out for a walk at some point,” Du Aya concluded with particular energy and momentum.
