Chapter 1152: Chapter 1153 You Clearly Said Before...

As soon as he finished one, Gong Juechen grabbed some more and filled his own bowl with a lot.

While Ye Zhi was munching on chicken feet and chatting with the little fellow, An Yiqing, she noticed that nearly half of the large plate of chicken feet had gone into Gong Juechen’s bowl, and she immediately cursed angrily, ”You clearly said you wouldn’t fight with me over them!”

When she cursed at Gong Juechen, she glared hard at the mountain of chicken feet in his bowl.

Gong Juechen, enjoying the chicken feet deliciously, shamelessly said, ”The precondition was that I didn’t like chicken feet, but now I like them.”

”But you shouldn’t grab so many!” So greedy! She, An Jing, and Xiao Changyi could only share a small portion, and he took almost the whole half!

”I grabbed so many because I love them.”

”You!” Ye Zhi was so infuriated. This man was utterly shameless. Then, she didn’t bother arguing with Gong Juechen anymore and went straight to grab from his bowl.

Seeing this, Gong Juechen quickly hid his bowl, which was full of chicken feet, in his chest and turned his back to Ye Zhi to stop her from grabbing it.

But how could Ye Zhi just stop because of that? She immediately pounced to continue grabbing.

Ye Zhi lay on Gong Juechen’s back, her hands reaching around his neck on both sides, her face rubbing against his ear, trying to grab the chicken feet he was hiding in his chest.

At this moment, it seemed Ye Zhi had forgotten that it was inappropriate to touch a man’s body so casually.

The maidservants who were serving at the side opened their mouths in disbelief at the sight of Ye Zhi’s actions.

An Jing, however, didn’t seem to think there was anything wrong.

Xiao Changyi just glanced at Ye Zhi, who was fighting with Gong Juechen over the chicken feet, then calmly continued focusing on his wife and children having their meal while he ate.

The four little ones thought Gong Juechen and Ye Zhi were fighting and immediately began clapping their little hands joyfully, milkily chanting, ”Go auntie! Go auntie!”

Gong Juechen had never expected Ye Zhi to ’wrap’ herself around him from behind to grab the chicken feet in his bowl, as if he was carrying her on his back, and her smooth, soft face rubbing against his ear stirred up a strange feeling in him.

After calming his mind, Gong Juechen turned his head, with a look of being offended, and shouted toward An Jing and Xiao Changyi, ”Jingjing, Changyi, someone is getting handsy with me, and you don’t even care? Do you really have to wait until I’m completely disgraced before you intervene?”

An Jing: ”...”

Xiao Changyi, as if he hadn’t heard Gong Juechen’s complaint, continued eating his own meal.

Hearing Gong Juechen’s words, Ye Zhi knocked on his head and scolded, ”Who’s getting handsy with you? Hurry up and give me some chicken feet back, or else I’ll strangle you!”

As she spoke, Ye Zhi tightened her arm around Gong Juechen’s neck and leaned back, looking fiercely determined to strangle Gong Juechen if he didn’t hand over the chicken feet.

”Zhizhi...” Gong Juechen didn’t give her the chicken feet he had hidden, but instead suddenly spoke in a very soft, hesitant voice, ”Don’t you feel anything?”

”What feeling?” Ye Zhi was utterly confused.

An Jing and the others were also puzzled.

”You’re pressed against my back.” Although Gong Juechen spoke very softly, his tone was much clearer than before. When Ye Zhi asked, he answered.

An Jing understood instantly and felt unable to face Gong Juechen directly any longer, hurriedly lowering his head to continue eating his meal.
