Chapter 240: Chapter 117: That Place Where You Can Ride Horses

Dan Dan opened her eyes wide.

Huang Xiaoyang sighed, ”He said, ’Bro, your three-point shot is pretty accurate!’”

Dan Dan asked curiously, ”What’s the problem with that?”

Huang Xiaoyang squinted, ”When he said that, his tone was one of surprise, like... he’d never seen it before, like it was something rare.”

”However, just a week ago, during that game, I made 8 or 9 three-pointers against him.” He paused, then let out a cold laugh, ”In other words, I thought we were in a tough competition, but he didn’t even remember me.”

Dan Dan looked blank for a moment, then thoughtfully glanced towards the distant car where Li Younan was jumping down and walking over. Dan Dan couldn’t help but chuckle, ”It’s rare for Young Master to see someone as a rival, but it turns out he didn’t even think about you, right?”

Huang Xiaoyang smiled slightly, ”Hehe. He’s a nice guy, you’ll understand the more you get to know him.”

Huang Xiaoyang turned around and looked at the scenic area ahead.

This scenic area focuses on experiences like horseback riding, archery, and milking. The highlight is that the background here is really nice, with elements like yurts, aobao, and horses are there—perfect for taking photos.

Huang Xiaoyang suddenly thought of something and solemnly reminded Dan Dan, ”There’s one more thing, earlier... you heard my conversation with him.”

Dan Dan blinked, ”Hmm?”

Huang Xiaoyang said, ”About me riding a horse before... don’t tell him.”

Dan Dan was momentarily stunned, then reacted and cunningly smiled, her eyes gleaming with amusement, ”Oh, got it.”

Huang Xiaoyang seemed to realize his actions weren’t entirely upright, softly coughed to cover his embarrassment.

Dan Dan, however, looked thoughtfully at the approaching Li Younan, and laughed, ”Xiaoyang, I’ve never seen you like this before...” She turned her head to look at Huang Xiaoyang, ”It’s kinda cute.”

Then Huang Xiaoyang knocked her lightly on the head, ”I’m a guy, don’t say cute.”

Dan Dan pouted, looking aggrieved.

...

Li Younan carried his camera and took several nice sets of prairie-themed wedding photos of Huang Xiaoyang and Dan Dan.

This time they wore denim outfits, which really gave off a vibe of a local cowboy couple.

Their clothes weren’t very bright, so Li Younan switched strategies, not emphasizing the contrast between the environment and the subjects or the visual impact of color clashes, but instead altering the concept to restore the texture of the attire through more detailed control of light and shadow.

These sets of photos highlighted the subjects themselves, with the overall atmosphere being free and wild.

After finishing these sets of photos, Huang Xiaoyang and Dan Dan didn’t change their outfits.

As Li Younan was packing up the camera, Huang Xiaoyang walked over, expressionless, and said, ”Let’s take another set of photos on horseback.”

Li Younan nodded and said, ”I was just thinking the same thing. It would be a waste not to shoot a set on horseback in those outfits.”

Huang Xiaoyang quickly went over to negotiate the cost with the horseback riding project, and the trainer led two horses over.

Out of professional courtesy, the trainer first politely asked, ”Has anyone here ridden a horse before?”

Huang Xiaoyang calmly said, ”Nope, never.”

Dan Dan’s expression was a bit odd, but she managed to hold back her laughter.

Li Younan, however, said with a smile, ”I’ve ridden once over in Western Sichuan.”

The trainer chuckled, ”Got it, like when a herdsman leads the horse over for you to hop on for a few photos, right? Hahaha.” The trainer chuckled seriously, ”That doesn’t really count as riding a horse ’round here.”

Li Younan blinked, ”Oh.”

The trainer said, ”So, I’ll just assume everyone is a newbie to horseback riding and simply go over some basic essentials. But don’t worry, we’ll be leading the horses, and if you feel confident enough to handle it alone, you’ll get the chance to run a bit. If you’re nervous, just let us know immediately.”

Huang Xiaoyang nodded, and the trainer began demonstrating the correct process for horseback riding.

Li Younan seemed a bit distracted, and Huang Xiaoyang gave him a stern look, saying, ”Pay attention, learn well, let’s see who picks it up faster later.”

Li Younan sighed lightly, ”Alright then, sure.”
