Leisurely Traveler with Check-in System

Chapter 234: Chapter 116: Huang Xiaoyang’s Destination Wedding Photography Plan (Part 2)

Other than that, I plan to take my mom on a trip in the future, modify an RV, and travel with her to wherever the climate is most comfortable, not venturing into the wild, but just cruising slowly on the national highways.

I’d have to buy a lot of cars...

And if I buy cars, I’ll need a garage large enough to park them all...

Thinking about it, there are still many things that require spending money.

In the following days, I prepared briefly and flew to Zhejiang at the agreed time.

When I arrived in Zhejiang, it was mid-October, already deep into autumn.

This time coming to Zhejiang, I had a different feeling.

The last time I was here, the weather was still hot, and I walked tens of thousands of steps around West Lake with Huang Xiaoyang like an idiot.

That time, I gained some important skills and had quite a harvest.

Huang Xiaoyang, on the other hand, foolishly sunbathed with me all the way and eventually inexplicably summarized a set of theories... making our actions seem logical... haha.

When Li Younan arrived at the airport, Huang Xiaoyang had already brought his girlfriend over to pick him up.

The airport was very large, and Li Younan had to make quite an effort to find Huang Xiaoyang’s car in the parking lot.

This time, he didn’t drive a sports car, but a Range Rover, which looked quite new.

There are many businessmen here in Zhejiang, but even so, driving a Range Rover is undoubtedly the standard for a big boss.

Huang Xiaoyang was wearing a trench coat and got out of the car to help Li Younan put his suitcase in the trunk.

Li Younan got into the car, with Dan Dan, who is Huang Xiaoyang’s girlfriend, sitting in the front passenger seat, or rather his fiancée now, since they’re going to take wedding photos after all.

The last time I saw Dan Dan was when modifying the RV, and compared to before, Dan Dan hasn’t changed much, she still had a modest and gentle demeanor.

She greeted Li Younan, saying, ”This time we’ll have to trouble you, Xiaoyang said you would help us take photos throughout the journey, your skills are great.”

Huang Xiaoyang kept silent, quietly starting the engine, and the car drove off.

Li Younan initiated the conversation, smiling, ”Are you getting married? When did you decide this?”

”Not long ago.”

”Quite... sudden.”

Gently turning the steering wheel, Huang Xiaoyang glanced at the rearview mirror, saying casually, ”What do you think is the most important factor in deciding to get married? The length of time together?”

Li Younan was momentarily taken aback, blinking, ”Well, that’s hard to say.”

Huang Xiaoyang nodded, ”Right? You think the length of time isn’t that important, right? Many people always feel that over time you can see things you couldn’t before, like certain flaws.”

While saying this, Dan Dan just gently watched Huang Xiaoyang in silence, obedient as if she were already his wife.

Having driven out of the parking lot, Huang Xiaoyang accelerated slightly, but the car remained steady.

He continued, ”But, I feel that choosing someone isn’t because of their flaws... What I mean is, if you have a set answer, like if this person has some unacceptable traits, then you absolutely won’t be with them, doesn’t that make the selection range... too broad?”

Li Younan pondered for a while, silently mulling over Huang Xiaoyang’s words.

Huang Xiaoyang hadn’t finished speaking and continued, ”So, I think choosing someone means choosing the point that attracts you, and that point must be significant enough to overlook some of their flaws.”

Glancing at Dan Dan, he said, ”I find this woman lovely, so whether two months or two years, it makes little difference to me.”

For a moment, something clicked in Li Younan’s mind, plunging him into silence.

...

The departure is still a couple of days away.

But today isn’t entirely without other matters to attend to.

As the car got onto the highway, Huang Xiaoyang pondered and slowly laid out some plans for today and tomorrow.

”You have to come to my place, there’s a bit of business to handle.”

Li Younan asked curiously, ”I have to go too?”

Without responding, Huang Xiaoyang had Dan Dan, sitting next to him, nodding apologetically with a small smile.

”It’s a bit troublesome, in the eyes of the family, marriage isn’t just between two people, taking wedding photos is a preliminary step. Our families and relatives have touched base and discussed it.”

Li Younan roughly understood that Dan Dan was saying that while they were going to take wedding photos, some details hadn’t been finalized yet.

Amused, Li Younan looked at Huang Xiaoyang, ”Don’t tell me you have to get approval from your parents for this.”/p>

In Li Younan’s view, someone as unconventional as Huang Xiaoyang should have 100% control over such significant life decisions.

Huang Xiaoyang openly said, ”Don’t make it sound so terrible, it’s not about getting their consent, but I’m proactively respecting their opinions, can you see the difference?”

Dan Dan added, ”Xiaoyang’s uncle knows a pretty famous travel photography team and wants that team to handle our wedding photo journey, but Xiaoyang isn’t too keen on it, though it’s hard to refuse directly.”

Understanding dawned on Li Younan, ”Oh, I get it now, you’re using me as a shield, huh.”

Turning his head, Huang Xiaoyang gave Li Younan a bland glance, coolly saying, ”Even though that’s definitely not the right way to understand it, indeed, the idea is to dampen my uncle’s enthusiasm; I prefer a smaller, more familiar crew. Naturally, if I specifically insist on you taking the photos for me, no one can really say anything... but that’s never ideal.”
