The Female CEO's Personal Bodyguard

Chapter 138: Chapter 138 Loving Him, Unable to Extricate Oneself_1

”You went to see Ronin Woolery?”

Under the gazes of anticipation and shock from the two women, Carson Flores smiled gently, ”I took a trip to the Woolery Family and had a chat with the Family Head, who is Ronin Woolery’s father. They later agreed with my reasoning and summoned Ronin Woolery home. They crippled his legs as an apology to me. I guess Ronin Woolery will have to spend the rest of his life in a wheelchair.”

Reasoning?

God damn reasoning!

Are the Woolery Family people of reason?

If they were, Ronin Woolery wouldn’t have been so rampaging, so unbridled!

Samantha Tate had witnessed Carson Flores’s ruthless killings before and faintly, she had already guessed the truth.

Winning people over with reason!

What is reason?

The biggest fist is the reason!

Carson Flores must have gone alone to the Woolery Family, fought them, and then, after defeating them, forced them to recall Ronin Woolery and cripple his legs.

Carson Flores can beat the Woolery Family?

Samantha Tate’s eyes were gleaming, hot and full of undisguised adoration and love. If it weren’t for Yewen still being there, she would surely have rushed over and thrown herself at Carson Flores, delivering a passionate kiss without end.

This man is so MANLY!

I’m falling for him more and more, the kind that’s beyond redemption!

Yewen, comparatively naive and having never seen the ruthless side of Carson Flores, though incredulous, couldn’t think of another explanation, so she believed it.

”Can I really hit him hard?”

Carson Flores laughed, ”Of course, you can. Just hitting him is considered light. For what he has done, even killing him wouldn’t be too much.”

Yewen bit her lip, her eyes gradually brightening as if something awakened within her, ”Then I want to hit him hard!”

Carson Flores chuckled, ”Sure, you’ll be renting a place of your own soon. There must be some necessary stuff still at home. Let’s go back later and pack your things. It’s a good chance to hit him hard and release some anger. Samantha and I will accompany you.”

Samantha Tate looked forward eagerly, ”That son of a bitch really isn’t human. Let’s give him a good thrashing!”

Yewen’s eyes could not hide her excitement either, ”Okay!”

That afternoon, Yewen completed her discharge procedures and took Carson Flores’s car to Uriah Reid’s house.

Yewen opened the door and glanced inside, her expression changing slightly.

Uriah Reid was sitting on the living room sofa with his phone, his face full of panic. Hearing the door open, Uriah Reid turned and saw Carson Flores and the other two at the door. His pupils flashed with terror.

After two seconds of shock, Uriah Reid’s face broke into a delighted smile, ”Yewen, you’re discharged, are you alright? I was just saying I should visit you at the hospital. You scared me to death.”

Carson Flores’s lips curled at the response, maybe he knew about Ronin Woolery’s fate?

Yewen looked at the familiar smile on the man’s face before her, and disgust surged in her heart.

I really was blind.

This man had handed her over to another man’s bed and was prepared to just watch her be humiliated by another man. After she had jumped out of desperation, he hadn’t even come to the hospital once. Now he was acting as if nothing had happened, spewing such shameless words so nonchalantly, making it all seem so trivial.

”Uriah Reid, save your pretentious crap. It disgusts me to hear it, and I’m here to pack my stuff. From now on, we’re through!”

Uriah Reid forced a smile and moved closer, ”Yewen, I was drunk yesterday and wasn’t thinking straight. We’ve been together for four years. I love you. Can’t you give me a chance to correct my mistake? I will treat you well. You talked about marriage before, didn’t you? Let’s do it now. I will go buy a diamond ring right away...”

The more Yewen listened, the more nauseated she felt. Raising her hand, she slapped Uriah Reid hard across the face.

”How did I not realize before that you’re so disgusting?”

Uriah Reid was stunned by Yewen’s powerful slap. Seeing her enter the room to start packing, he tried to grab her hand.

”Yewen, I was wrong, I really...”

”Slap!”

Before Uriah Reid could finish his sentence, Carson Flores had already landed a slap on his face.

Carson Flores’s strength was not something Yewen could compare with. Uriah Reid only felt stars in front of his eyes and the taste of blood in his mouth; his cheek swelled up instantly.

”What are you doing?”

Carson Flores walked over to Uriah Reid and whispered indifferently, ”Do you know about Ronin Woolery’s fate?”

Uriah Reid’s pupils revealed terror, ”Not really clear, he seemed to have gone to the hospital...”

Carson Flores whispered, ”Yes, because you forced Yewen to jump from a building, Ronin Woolery saw my girlfriend and threatened her. So, last night I visited and killed Ronin Woolery’s father, Rhys Woolery, and his second uncle, Devin Woolery. I crippled his older brother, Sonny Woolery, and his family also crippled his legs; he’ll be in a wheelchair for life. Tell me, how much do you think he hates you now?”

Uriah Reid felt electrified, his whole body numb, collapsing onto the floor with a thud, his eyes filled with terror as he looked at Carson Flores, as if seeing an Evil Ghost crawl out of Hell.

Who is this man?

He actually killed the Woolery Family Head and crippled the heir, forcing the family to disable Ronin Woolery themselves!

It’s over!

I’m done for!

Ronin Woolery was vengeful, and even though the whole affair started because of his interest in Yewen, he would definitely blame everything on me.

He’s crippled, but it would only take one word from him to have me killed!

Carson Flores stared coldly at Uriah Reid, ”Crawl to the living room and hit yourself in the face. I won’t leave, and you can’t stop. If your hits are weak, I’ll help you!”
