The Female CEO's Personal Bodyguard

Chapter 131: Chapter 131 Taste My Iron Fist Before You Talk!_1

”Crack!”

Sonny Woolery’s ribcage shattered, and his Inner Qi surged into his internal organs like a series of small knives running rampant, causing blood to spurt directly from his mouth.

Rhys Woolery’s complexion changed drastically, he had not anticipated that Sonny Woolery would be killed in seconds!

His legs suddenly powered up, and he moved like a phantom, instantly arriving beside Carson Flores with a palm strike sharp as a blade, aimed directly at Carson Flores’s neck.

Carson Flores casually pulled, and Sonny Woolery immediately crashed into Rhys Woolery.

Rhys Woolery quickly withdrew his hand, steadying his son, and stared at Carson Flores with fierce eyes, ”You’re ruthless, kid, going for the kill right off the bat!”

Carson Flores’s expression remained calm, ”What else did you think I’d be here for in the middle of the night, to have tea and chat with you?”

Rhys Woolery had no retort. He himself had just uttered harsh words about burying Carson Flores in the wasteland. What was wrong if the other man’s approach was a little more ruthless?

If his son was strong enough, if he had beaten Carson Flores, then it would be Carson Flores lying on the ground vomiting blood now. His son certainly wouldn’t have shown mercy.

The world of Cultivators is just this simple, direct and brutal!

Rhys Woolery checked on his son and let out a sigh of relief. Although the injury was severe, there was no life-threatening danger, but he would probably have to lie in bed for a year or two.

”Devin, you’re up!”

From the crowd, a man in his fifties stepped forward, casually taking off his shirt to reveal a muscular body, bursting with explosive power.

Carson Flores ignored the approaching Devin Woolery, his eyes landing on Sonny Woolery as he spoke coldly, ”Three years ago, Carmelo Munoz from Leiguang Trade was forced to jump off a building and died. His wife, pursued by usurers for his debts, unable to bear the burden, jumped into the river to her death with her three-month-old child. This palm strike is on behalf of the entire Munoz family.”

The blood-spewing Sonny Woolery’s eyes suddenly widened, revealing a sliver of terror.

To annex Leiguang Trade, Sonny Woolery had resorted to despicable means to entrap Carmelo Munoz, then incited loan sharks to lend to Munoz. After Carmelo Munoz fell into the trap and accumulated a huge debt, he committed suicide. His wife and child were pursued for debts before drowning themselves. Sonny Woolery believed that he had done these things in secret, so how had Carson Flores found out?

Rhys Woolery’s complexion also changed.

He knew about this incident; his son had told him, and the matter was very secretive. How did Carson Flores know about it?

”In the business world, it’s either kill or be killed. If he wants to jump off a building or his family wants to jump into a river, what does that have to do with the Woolery Family?”

Carson Flores responded indifferently, ”That’s why your son is still alive.”

A chill went down Rhys Woolery’s spine. He understood Carson Flores’s implication. His son had indeed schemed against Carmelo Munoz, but he had not directly killed anyone. That’s why Carson Flores had only struck him once as a punishment. If his son had directly caused the Munoz family’s death, his son would probably have been killed by now.

”Who exactly are you? Are you taking up Shirley Miller’s fight, or are you avenging someone else?”

Carson Flores smiled slightly, ”Does it make a difference?”

Rhys Woolery gritted his teeth. Indeed, there was no difference. The victor makes the rules!

Devin Woolery, now standing opposite Carson Flores, sneered, ”Don’t get cocky, kid. Try my Iron Fist before you talk!”

Carson Flores eyed Devin Woolery, a cold murderous intent appearing in his eyes, ”Devin Woolery, twenty-five years ago, the Tong family village massacre, seventeen men, women, and children—they’ve been waiting for you.”

Devin Woolery’s face froze, a flash of terror crossing his eyes, ”What massacre? I know nothing about it, don’t slander me.”

Carson Flores said coldly, ”You fancied the Tong family’s daughter, but she was in love with someone else and didn’t like you. Out of jealousy, you snuck into the Tong family house at night, raped her, and fearing the crime would be uncovered, you cruelly killed all seventeen members of the Tong family...”

All the Woolerys present turned their eyes to Devin Woolery, filled with shock, fear, and disgust.

Just because someone didn’t like him, he murdered their entire family?

Devin Woolery was such a person?

The terror in Devin Woolery’s eyes intensified. He couldn’t comprehend how Carson Flores could know about something that happened over twenty years ago, when Carson Flores had probably just been born!

”Nonsense! I’ll kill you!”

With a furious shout, Devin Woolery’s muscles bulged like a war machine charging toward Carson Flores, throwing a heavy punch out.

Carson Flores didn’t evade but met Devin Woolery’s fist with a punch of his own.

”Crack!”

The sound of breaking bones echoed and Devin Woolery’s agonizing scream tore through the dark night. He stumbled backward, his eyes no longer fierce and domineering, replaced by undeniable terror.

How was this possible!

This young man seemed to only be in his twenties. Even if he started cultivating from his mother’s womb, how many years would that be? How could he possess such terrifying strength?

All eyes converged on Devin Woolery’s right arm, and everyone couldn’t help but gasp.

Devin Woolery’s right hand, fingers, and knuckles were bloody and mangled, his finger bones had twisted nearly ninety degrees toward his palm, and his arm bone had completely fractured. A stark white piece of bone pierced through skin and muscle, exposed to the air, a ghastly sight.

Carson Flores launched a fist without hesitation and, like a shadow, closed in on Devin Woolery.

Devin Woolery’s pupils constricted in immense fear. He staggered backward, crying out loudly, ”Dad, save me...”
