Three Towers Game

Chapter 281: Chapter 113 Preparations Before the 6th Tower Climb_2

At the same time, he also greeted Liu Jinsen. The deputy director thought that maybe all this was related to Wen Xishu.

...

...

The deputy director’s guess was correct.

So when Wen Xishu and the others finally returned to the principal’s office, Albert didn’t ask them about Slaughter Tower first but instead asked Wen Xishu to call Liu Jinsen.

In the principal’s office, Yue Yun, Nissen, and Xiaojin were all taken to the next room for a talk by the old principal. Only Xun Hui and Wen Xishu were left in the room, making a phone call.

”Wen Xishu? You came back from Slaughter Tower so quickly?” Liu Jinsen was surprised.

”Yes.” Wen Xishu didn’t know what to say.

”Just in time, I also have something to tell you... It’s like this, you no longer need to write your tower climbing reports.” Liu Jinsen’s tone was a bit strange.

”No need to write them?” Wen Xishu actually didn’t know that the director of the Security Bureau’s third division was already dead.

Liu Jinsen sighed:

”Yes, in the past two days... I’ve received several pieces of information, first, you don’t need to report every time you climb the tower to me anymore.”

”Secondly, you also don’t need to write tower climbing reports after climbing the tower, but you can choose to accept the invitation from our Security Bureau’s second division to become a paid Deceit Tower consultant for us.”

”In other words, all your Deceit Tower strategies are now protected under your personal intellectual property.”

Wen Xishu was shocked. Damn, my status is really skyrocketing.

Just over half a month ago, I was still a death row prisoner...

Liu Jinsen sighed:

”You were right, Wen Xishu, taking the initiative to increase the frequency of exploring Deceit Tower, showing an incredible efficiency and enthusiasm, breaking away from the Security Bureau’s preset pace...”

”This way, the initiative will return to your hands. Of course, the premise of all this is that you can really come back from Deceit Tower.”

”Frankly, you deserve everything you get.”

”Also, that third division director who was originally planning to suppress you is dead. Xun Hui killed him.”

Wen Xishu looked at Xun Hui. At this time, Xun Hui was also making a phone call on the other side, talking to his family.

Seeing Wen Xishu’s gaze, Xun Hui just nodded slightly, as if knowing what Wen Xishu’s look meant.

Wen Xishu felt a bit warm inside.

Strangely, whether it’s Wenren Mirror or the old principal, when they were kind to him, he always felt that they might be hiding some deeper scheme.

But Xun Hui wouldn’t give Wen Xishu that feeling.

When getting along with Xun Hui, Wen Xishu could feel Xun Hui’s unmasked distinction between good and evil.

”I understand, Mr. Liu. I accept your invitation. I can become a Deceit Tower strategy consultant for the Security Bureau. Besides, I won’t stop exploring Deceit Tower because of this. I’m planning to explore Deceit Tower starting tomorrow.”

”Honestly, I quite enjoy the process of reporting. Mr. Liu, thank you very much for your help at the beginning. After all, when I was still a death row prisoner, you and Sha Ruijing were among the very few who were willing to help me.”

Liu Jinsen rarely smiled:

”I also gained a lot from you. Sometimes people need to borrow momentum. Just this morning, I received a notification of my promotion. My rank will be moving up.”

”Moreover... it might be related to the newly established Deceit Tower Assault Team. But actually, there are people more suitable than me in the second and sixth divisions, there are indeed some who are smarter than me.”

”I probably borrowed your momentum. We should find time to get together.”

Wen Xishu heard this, and it was very much to his liking. It seemed that he and Liu Jinsen would continue to cooperate.

”Additionally, let me tell you, there’s someone named Ah Miao in the Xishu Divine Teaching who has left the Xishu Divine Teaching and was recruited into our second division.”

This news truly surprised Wen Xishu.

”They had internal strife?” Wen Xishu asked.

Liu Jinsen’s tone was quite relaxed:

”Not exactly. After our last conversation, I realized that you seemed to have some good feelings towards the Xishu Divine Teaching, so I went to understand it myself. This church, until now, aims to help those at the bottom who have lost their life goals and courage to live, find goals and rekindle their courage.”

”Among them, Ah Miao is a very inspirational example. Her life has had several ups and downs, during good times she could enjoy Desire Tower, during bad times, she was tormented by illness with no hope.”

”To obtain money for life-saving treatment, Ah Miao began struggling, risking her life in Deceit Tower, losing her courage several times, but regaining her fighting spirit. Her surgery was very successful, and after experiencing several life and death situations, it seems her mindset has undergone significant changes.”

”After a conversation, she actively requested to join the Deceit Tower Assault Team. On one hand, it created some connection with the Xishu Divine Teaching, on the other hand, she seemed to slowly enjoy that feeling of going all out.”

”Wen Xishu, no matter how you internally view those at the bottom, no matter the true intention of setting up the facility on the second level, in short, unknowingly, you’ve given a lot of people strength.”

Wen Xishu felt somewhat moved inside.

Sometimes, it’s hard to bypass the dilemma of proving one’s existence. Needing others and being needed by others are both inescapable.

Wen Xishu had already overcome the dilemma of needing others, but at this moment, he realized that being needed by others also brings happiness.

”The emergence of the Three Towers has created the unique social structure of the Bunker... I hope your future explorations of Deceit Tower go smoothly. If there’s nothing else, let’s hang up the phone. We will still have subsequent work handovers.” Liu Jinsen said with a smile.
