Three Towers Game

Chapter 264: Revised: Chapter 110 Recruitment and Ghost Bride_3

Jack said:

”Met.”

Mo’en also replied:

”Met.”

Wen Xishu asked:

”Did Gemini do something bad to you?”

An Youxuan replied:

”Not really. In a way, he is a god who can help Jincheng and me. He granted us some powers and accelerated our evolution. Gemini is the weakest constellation, he said so himself.”

Wen Xishu was very interested in this:

”Is Gemini really the bottom of the twelve constellations?”

Jack obviously knew more:

”For now, it seems so. Gemini is different from the others; he is supposed to be two people. A complete Gemini is very powerful. But currently, Gemini is missing someone.”

”This also means his powers have drastically diminished, making him the weakest among the twelve. Originally, that little rat was far weaker than us and didn’t even dare to come close to Jennifer and me.”

”But now, because he obtained Leo’s powers, that little rat is gradually approaching Jennifer and me in strength.”

”Though Jennifer and I have not received Gemini’s power enhancement for now because when we met him, he seemed very weak.”

”His power was greatly divided by his other half. The reason he approached us was just hoping that Jennifer and I could always treasure each other. He also told us that a chance would appear in Mo’en City in the future. Although we didn’t obtain any power from him, his words did appeal to me.”

”I don’t hate this weakest god.”

Jack’s words indeed revealed a lot of information to Wen Xishu.

The twelve constellations mostly cannot take action directly. They influence various rules and recruit forces; their subordinated forces are the main powers of the Three Towers War.

If any of the twelve constellations were to die, the power of the remaining eleven would increase. Now it seems, Gemini is the most dangerous.

Yet at this time, Gemini is actually ’separated.’

Wen Xishu found this quite strange. At such a time, shouldn’t they be trying to unite closely to bring out the most power?

What is Gemini plotting?

From Gemini’s advice to Jack and Jennifer to treasure each other, it appears that the two making up Gemini, whether friends, brothers, or lovers, must have very good feelings for each other.

But at this time, Gemini chooses to separate, which further increases the possibility of their individual parts being killed by other constellations.

Wen Xishu felt this was illogical unless the benefits of separation were greater. But these benefits probably only Gemini himself knew.

Wen Xishu asked:

”Can you describe what Gemini looks like?”

This time only Jack answered:

”Wears a mask, so you can’t tell. To us, he is just as mysterious.”

Wen Xishu now had a general idea. It seems these people learned about the Bunker from the constellations.

He then asked:

”What about other constellations? Have any of them recruited you?”

Jennifer replied:

”Virgo did recruit me, but she asked me to leave Uncle Jack, which I refused. After that, there wasn’t any more.”

Wen Xishu silently noted down this information.

It appears that each of the known constellations has its own ’Believers.’ These Believers must meet certain characteristics before they can be recruited.

And some people possess several characteristics.

For instance, Jennifer meets the recruitment criteria for both Virgo and Gemini. But if Jennifer chooses Gemini, Virgo would no longer be able to recruit her.

Unless Jennifer abandoned her bond with Jack and no longer matched Gemini’s requirements. Then Virgo could recruit Jennifer again.

What he did on the twenty-first floor of the Desire Tower was essentially expanding Gemini’s army.

Because if Jack and Jennifer were not together... then Jack would no longer meet Gemini’s traits and might be recruited by Scorpio or some other constellation.

Jennifer would be recruited by Virgo, or... in the original trajectory, Jennifer would have been killed. In the Reversed Seven Mansion, Wen Xishu also changed many trajectories, leading to An Rongzai, who belonged to Scorpio, being recruited by Pisces.

Simultaneously, the An Family Brothers, who did not originally belong to Gemini, were saved and then belonged to Gemini.

”I see, Bunker players are like the knife slicing the cake... in this case, my personal victories tend to support Gemini.”

Although he had never met Gemini and didn’t know his personality, if Jack didn’t dislike him, there’s a high chance he wouldn’t dislike him either.

”Unfortunately, he is the weakest among the twelve.”

Wen Xishu actually found something not quite right about this.

According to Ding Dong, when he was still Phoenix, he remembered there were seventeen siblings in the family.

Phoenix, Hercules, Qilin, Lyra, and Sirius already occupied five. That would leave twelve remaining.

But if Gemini is twins, that would make them eighteen siblings, wouldn’t it?

Wen Xishu thought briefly and figured that Gemini is really mysterious. Perhaps Gemini was one person who split into two?

Of course, all this had little to do with him.

”You asked about these gods... does this mean you have started participating in their war? You wouldn’t be hunting Gemini, would you?” Jack asked.

Wen Xishu replied:

”Of course not. My relationship with Gemini is quite alright. For now, I have just interacted with those holding the names of the constellations. Had brief fights with some of them, with wins and losses for both sides. In fact, the reason we established this connection is because of a loot from one of them.”
