Arceus's Pirate Journey

Chapter 755: Chapter 754: Four Emperors, Navy, Seven Warlords

Boom!

At the Navy Headquarters, a loud bang came from the office as Sengoku rubbed his forehead, looking at the newspaper in his hand.

”These guys really can’t sit still for even a moment, making such a huge racket again. And Morgans, can’t he say a little less of this stuff, or will it cost him his life?!”

”Crunch crunch...”

”Does he not realize that the sea will become more chaotic this way.”

”Crunch crunch....”

”At this rate...”

”Crunch crunch....”

”Garp! Enough! I didn’t call you here to eat senbei, put them down for me!”

Sengoku’s patience seemed to reach its limit as he snatched all the senbei from Garp’s hands. After tearing open the bag, he poured them into his mouth, but in the next moment, Garp, like performing a magic trick, pulled out another bag.

”Crunch crunch, it’s no use telling me, it’s already happened. Do you want to go capture them all?”

”You....”

Sometimes he envied Garp’s way of not having to deal with those bureaucrats. He wanted to capture all those pirates, but ignoring the issue of strength, the World Government wouldn’t allow them to go to war so easily.

”Forget it, let’s hold a meeting first. There’s been quite a lot occurring recently, and we need to let everyone understand the recent changes. Tsuru, you don’t mind, right?”

”Isn’t Brannew available? Let him handle it first, he seems to have a knack for it.”

”Don’t learn from Garp, Zephyr is like that too, you guys....”

Sengoku couldn’t help but complain, but he didn’t stop them, as Brannew indeed had the ability to handle this.

After the summon, the officers still present at the Headquarters began to gather. Apart from the Three Great Admirals, a large number of Headquarter Vice Admirals and Junior Admirals gathered below, waiting for Sengoku’s instructions.

The Admirals had their own secretaries who would privately brief them in detail, so they didn’t need to participate in the meeting.

”Ladies and gentlemen, you probably have heard of some of the recent events. Today we aren’t announcing any combat missions but informing everyone about the latest shifts in the situation.

Brannew will convey this to you next. Make sure you remember today’s matters, as it’s part of the new changes in the entire sea.”

Brannew also carried a stack of wanted posters as he stepped on the podium. Despite facing a crowd of people with ranks higher than his, he didn’t show the slightest bit of nervousness; instead, he prepared his Radio Snail.

”First, here’s a pirate crew known to you all, the Whitebeard Pirates, equipped with 16 division teams and 43 affiliate pirate groups, led by Edward Newgate, known as the world’s strongest man, with a bounty of 5.046 billion Belly.

Currently, all 15 captains of the Whitebeard Pirates are incredibly strong pirates, and as an old force, they are an extremely powerful force in the New World.”

Brannew slid the wanted poster, and information about Whitebeard appeared on the projection screen, introducing those formidable pirates.

”Secondly, as a child, reportedly attacked the village of the Giant Race in Elbaf, a natural-born monster, who only believes in blood ties and, alongside 85 children, founded and rules the Snack Country—Tottland Kingdom, as the Cruel Tyrant Queen.

Captain of the BIG MOM Pirates—Charlotte Linlin, with a bounty of 3.8 billion Belly.”

Each time Brannew revealed a piece of information, the jaws of the Navy below widened, as the Sea Emperors themselves weren’t ones these base-level officers could handle.

They knew about the many formidable pirates on the sea, but many lacked awareness regarding these bounties, which is why they were shocked upon hearing them.

”Also, respected among pirates for his own strength, his subordinates boast many strong high-level officials, and unknown biological weapons.

Currently, the actual ruler of Wano Kuni, the annihilator of the Westkai Kingdom, the plunderer of the Stanting Kingdom, Governor of the Hundred Beasts Pirates, the strongest creature—Kaidou, with a bounty of 4.677 billion Belly.

His high-level officials are all incredibly powerful, all Zoan-type ability users including King, Queen, Olga, Shaina, and Zeraora—ranks below Headquarter Vice Admiral can’t deal with them.

Also, having over a hundred numbered individuals ranked by strength—the pirate group with the most ability users on the sea.

With their Vice-Captain—Arceus, and Kaidou’s daughter—Yamato, though these two rarely appear, the Hundred Beasts’ strength has arguably become the strongest pirate group on the sea.”

After presenting the information, Brannew didn’t immediately turn the page but returned to an earlier section.

”The crucial issue is that while there is conflict between the BIG MOM Pirates and the Hundred Beasts Pirates, there is also a close connection, with a high likelihood of forming a Pirate Alliance, which is something to note.”

Then, Brannew flipped the page again, and a red-haired figure appeared on the projection screen.

”And finally, this last person, destroyer of Ellegia, the youngest among the four.

Deeply trusted by his subordinates, having strong high-level officials like Beckman, Lucky Roo, and Yasopp, with the highest average bounties and most balanced distribution, known as the Iron Wall Pirates—the Red Hair Pirates.

Its Captain Red Hair Shanks, the head of the Red Hair Pirates, a bounty of 3.6 billion Belly.”

Total bounties, without a doubt, are higher for the Hundred Beasts Pirates, but they also have the most high-level officials, which when averaged, actually decreases.

”These four are all called Sea Emperors, and Morgans even refers to them as the Four Emperors. Everyone, a more troublesome era may just be approaching.”

The bounties of the four appeared on the screen, followed by seven special bounties displayed below.

”King of Amazon Lily, Captain of the Nine Serpent Pirates, Pirate Empress—Boa Hancock.

Captain of the Sun Pirates—Sea Hero Jinbe.

Captain of the Donquixote Pirates—Celestial Night Demon—Donquixote Doflamingo.

The former Captain of the Moonlight Pirates, now Captain of the Thriller Bark Pirates—Moonlight Moriah.

World’s greatest Sword Master—Dracule Mihawk.

The former King of Sorbet Kingdom, tyrant—Bartholomew Kuma.

Adding Sand Crocodile, the Seven Warlords of the Sea are ready.

Even though these individuals are pirates, they are renowned strong warriors, all of whom have reached an agreement with the World Government. To some extent, they can be considered allies of ours.

Though they are referred to as the Four Emperors, they are not a solid block. Everyone, for the sake of justice in your hearts, please, let’s all strive together!”

The purpose was to make other officers understand the state of the sea, not to intimidate them. After relaying the information, the subsequent tasks were no longer Brannew’s responsibility.

....

Meanwhile, people all over the world were paying attention to this news, some showing an incredible synchrony.

In the East Sea, Buggy widened his eyes at the newspaper, while on Ghost Island, Olga pinched her own cheek as she looked at the paper.

When they confirmed it was indeed Shanks, and not some person with the same name, they astonishingly synced up.

”That Shanks guy/That red-haired kid, how could he become a Sea Emperor!”
