Mu Ying’s words had barely finished when Draco and Aleksey received the login notification.

Since the Territory Internal Network’s initial launch, once all the old locals had logged in, the new players who arrived at Qingshan City would receive a login invitation three minutes after their arrival. Of course, they could ignore or reject it, but rejecting it meant they had to leave the territory and re-enter to receive the invitation again.

Mu Ying didn’t want the Lord of Kajiatan City to detect her presence on his territory, which is why she hadn’t logged into Kajiatan’s internal network before.

Having an internal network on her own territory, she understood that the residence information, which the highest authority Lord account could view, was not falsifiable.

This resident information couldn’t be faked as it was directly linked and read from the Player Manual, though it wasn’t as detailed, including only the basic name, profession, and level information.

Once she logged in, it was very likely that the Lord would discover her.

Draco and Aleksey were planning to stay in Qingshan City for a while and had the bond of having rescued someone and been treated to a meal, so of course, they wanted to log into the Territory Internal Network.

After giving both of them a little time to get familiar with the operations of the Territory Internal Network, Mu Ying took them to use the Transmission Array on the network to teleport to Copper Coin Hotel.

In the middle of the night at Copper Coin Hotel, only a candlestick on the counter was still lit, with its flame flickering in time with the sounds of snoring.

Mu Ying glanced at the counter, not seeing the sign she hoped to, so she had no choice but to knock on the desk, “Boss Jiu San, you’ve got business!”

Boss Jiu San jolted awake, sat up abruptly, and poked his head from behind the counter. His eyes still half-closed, he reflexively recited his business greeting, “Welcome to the Copper Coin Hotel in Qingshan City, I am the proprietor, Boss Jiu San.”

“If you’d take my advice, set up a sign at night, let people take the keys and check in themselves, and then you can collect the rent tomorrow morning. How easy would that be? Or you could hire a worker to alternate shifts with you. Don’t tell me you can’t afford to hire staff because business is slow—I know how much tax you pay! Cramming yourself behind the counter to sleep every night, isn’t that exhausting? If you wreck your health, how will you keep the hotel running?” Mu Ying said.

Mu Ying’s retail strategy was definitely something that Jiu San could learn from.

Jiu San, recognizing her, felt his head ache from her nagging, “Alright, alright, I get it. I’ll hire someone once I save up some more money!”

“These two guests are both looking to stay at your hotel; one is the Lord of Canter Town, and the other is the number two powerhouse on the level rankings. You take them to check in,” Mu Ying said.

Jiu San got the hint from Mu Ying; one guest had assets and the other had strength—they were both well-off patrons who were sure not short on money. He became instantly eager, “Our guests must be tired after arriving so late. Please, follow me, we have two fine rooms available!”

“You both follow him. Message me privately if you need anything!” Mu Ying said to Draco and Aleksey.

Holding the candlestick, Jiu San led the two up the staircase.

Mu Ying then teleported back to the Plantation, had a bath, and buried herself in her soft blankets.

Getting up a little later the next day, Mu Ying habitually pushed open the bedroom window to breathe in the fresh air.

The Gem Fairies, who were watering the plants outside the window, were so surprised to see her that they dropped their little watering can.

“Mama!”

Da Ming, with a small backpack full of homemade jerky made by his Master, happily left the house, ready to go to the Griffin Shed for school when suddenly, he heard the Gem Fairies call out in unison and then saw them flying towards the Magic Hut.

Looking in the direction they were flying, his eyes widened, “Chirp! (Master!)”

Flapping his wings, he flew up to Mu Ying’s second-floor window ledge.

Da Ming’s shout also awoke Gungun, who then thundered into Mu Ying’s room and, not to be outdone, clung to Mu Ying’s legs.

Only Little Stone, due to having an Avatar and not needing to sleep, had known about Mu Ying’s return last night, and had settled to sleep at the side of Mu Ying’s bed that very evening.

The action figure Shi Yin sat on Mu Ying’s shoulder, looking down at these little creatures with a lifted chin!

Surrounded by the little ones, Mu Ying hugged this one, petted that one—it was truly a blissful morning!

After that, she went to Oak Grocery to get the book “Beastman Civilization Guide” from Grandpa Shom, which he mentioned, and she also gave him some Deep Blue Star plant seeds she had collected while she was out.

After she received the book, she didn’t start reading it immediately but stored it away.

She planned to read it while establishing Transmission Arrays in other areas later, as Beastman matters could wait a bit.

This time, she didn’t intend to leave immediately upon her return; she planned to stay in the territory for a few days. There were some matters to handle before she would visit Mazi City in the Ximei Region, which had expressed an interest in collaboration.

In the next few days, aside from looking after the plantation in the territory and checking the latest messages within, she also wanted to introduce Draco to Edwin and Li Luoxia, exchange news with them, and formally have him join the Trial Takers Trading Fair.

Lastly, she needed to refine the Territory Contribution and resident level systems. She had some new inspirations during her trip and needed to ponder them thoroughly before implementing.

While having breakfast, she sent out a message in the work group that she was back, telling them to private message her through the Territory Internal Network if they needed anything.

Then, she opened a group chat named “Trial Takers Trading Fair” and added Draco to it; he had expressed his interest in joining their fair the day before.

Mu Ying: “Welcome our new member Draco! @Li Luoxia @Edwin”

Li Luoxia: “Welcome new member!!!”

Edwin: “✿✿ヽ(°▽°)ノ✿”

Draco: “Thanks♪(・ω・)ノ”

Li Luoxia: “Mu Ying, you move so fast? You’ve found him already? How many days has it been?”

Edwin: “Tested, ten days!”

Mu Ying: “I still wandered around the Beastman Wilderness for over a week! It actually only took one day to find him. ~Hands on hips~”

Draco: “!!! I forgot to ask yesterday, how did you do it?”

Mu Ying: “It’s a secret!”

Li Luoxia: “Woman, you have too many secrets!”

Edwin: “With a new person here, am I lucky enough to have another free meal? @Mu Ying”

Mu Ying: “Let’s do lunch tomorrow, still at Tree House No. 2; we’ll talk in person @everyone”

Draco: “Got it! I’ll go find the place in advance.”

Mu Ying: “If you get lost in the territory, you can open the short-distance teleportation map on the Territory Internal Network, find your location there, and teleport back to the hotel.”

Draco: “Let me check it out!”

Li Luoxia: “Peeking at the screen”

Edwin: “Staying underwater”

Draco: “It’s really useful! I won’t have to worry about getting lost in the territory anymore, If only it could cover the whole world! (╥╯╰╥)”

Mu Ying: “That would require Qingshan City’s protective shield to cover the globe, haha!”
