While earning Grandpa Shom’s praise, she gained many insights into plant nurturing and cultivation, not only satisfying her desire to share but also benefiting immensely.

By the time the young and the old finished their discussion on plants and reluctantly returned to Mu Ying’s Magic Hut, several hours had darkened the sky, and the little ones inside were already grumbling with hunger.

Fortunately, dinner was ready, and they could just start eating.

During the meal, Grandpa Shom still marveled, “Your compatibility with the Druids in your second Trial World was so high, I am envious.

Really, giving you the Trialist slot was the right choice.

It’s very rare for Trialists to achieve a hundred percent exploration in their first Trial World.

My own first Trial World only managed sixty to seventy percent before I fell into confusion and had to hastily start the new Trial World because the conditions for the second were met.”

“Isn’t the matter of Trialists from other worlds no longer a secret?

Doesn’t everyone know that pushing the exploration level to the maximum grants access to a more suitable Trial World?”

Mu Ying felt that although she had a bit of an informational advantage due to her past experiences on Blue Star, the general rules of the Trials she had figured out were things others could guess if they had been through it; the outside world wasn’t as sealed-off as Deep Blue Star, so this knowledge should be common, right?

Shom shook his head, “It indeed is no secret, but getting a Trial World’s exploration level to the maximum is not easy.

The hints provided by the trial tasks are too scant.

Despite knowing better outcomes come from reaching one hundred percent exploration, few can endure without any leads till that point, and some people’s Trial World progress truly gets stuck because of previous mistakes.”

Mu Ying thought about it, and it seemed to be the case.

If she hadn’t had any previous experience playing Minecraft, entering Square World without knowing anything would have been shocking, to begin with.

She might not even have figured out how to gather wood by hand before night fell, let alone dealing with the omnipresent rotten corpses—probably would have been game over right from the start!

Or maybe she wouldn’t have found a way to restore her energy and would have died in her trials.

Once a character dies, that Trial World becomes inaccessible, and the Trialist’s ability is wasted.

Even if she managed to survive and found a way to safely get through the night, who knows how long it would take to start mining downwards.

The minerals in Square World aren’t evenly distributed; different depths contain different minerals.

Not knowing these details, figuring out how deep dungeons are might take forever.

Without past life memories for guidance, surviving in Square World is hard enough, let alone achieving a 100% exploration rate.

Furthermore, although Square World can yield considerable Source Power, the items with real-world conversion value are rare, and Source Power cannot be traded, basically providing no real benefit to people in the real world—who could endure that?

Mu Ying was grateful that she and the Great Sage Chen Mian, the creator of the Ten Thousand Worlds Trial, were from the same place; his help was tremendous.

“Grandpa Shom, can I ask you about the mechanisms of later trials?” Mu Ying seized the opportunity to inquire about the Trial information she had only guessed at and never confirmed.

Shom nodded, “You’ve met the conditions to start the third Trial World, so I can tell you a bit about it in advance.”

Mu Ying quickly voiced her questions, “Are there only three Trial Worlds in total?

When can I start trading Source Power?”

“There are more than three Trial Worlds, but each Trialist can only open up to three solo Trial Worlds, which are unique and exclusive to each person.

After that, entering multi-person Trial Worlds for temporary trials involves spending a substantial amount of Source Power, which is more challenging than solo worlds and only yields Source Power gains, nowhere near as valuable or profitable as the solo worlds.

You can say that a Trialist’s three solo Trial Worlds are their greatest assets—many Trialists earn Source Power by trading things from their solo worlds.

As for the functionality of trading Source Power, you’ll see it once you open your third Trial World; that’s when you’ll truly access the real world of the Trialists.”
