God's Imitator

Not long after the third round of the game began, the broadcast announcing fund transfers sounded in the inner field again, but this time the information made many players frown.

Jiao Hai stood up somewhat impatiently, ”No funds? Why! Hey! Is there some mistake?”

He didn’t know from which angle the player distributing the funds was watching, so he could only randomly choose a wall and angrily express his protest.

Shen Xing’s face was somewhat pale. For her, failing to obtain funds this round was also quite bad news.

Because given the difficulty of the current map, even with three more chances, it would still be very difficult to pass without continuing to modify the car pen.

As for the other players, Liu Jie and Fu Chen’s fund amounts increased slightly, Chen Ran’s funds clearly decreased, while Peng Xinyuan’s funds clearly increased.

Peng Xinyuan was the most excited. He hurriedly stood up to use the equipment to modify his car pen.

Fu Chen checked the situation of the funds he received. This time it was half gas station, half repair shop.

This was exactly the result he wanted.

In the previous round of the game, Fu Chen, Shen Xing, and Peng Xinyuan were blocked for one round and couldn’t use the equipment with ’currently most uses’ and ’currently most available funds.’Among the funds received, 7,583 points of funds were for the ’gas station,’ while 6,000 points of funds were for the ’repair shop.’

This just ensured that both the equipment with ’currently most uses’ and ’currently most available funds’ were the gas station. At least he could still use 6,000 points of funds to use the ’repair shop’ to improve the car pen’s performance.

By the next round of the game, these gas station funds could also be accumulated, and by putting the remainder together, they could continue to be used.

Moreover, the outer field players chose the repair shop between ’repair shop’ and ’modification shop,’ which meant they received Fu Chen’s message and were still arranging the funds according to the priority Fu Chen conveyed.

Fu Chen first checked the situation at the ’TV Station.’ As players’ funds increased, the number of uses of the ’TV Station’ was also gradually increasing. Now the equipment offering discounts kept fluctuating between the ’repair shop’ and ’modification shop.’

But the more times the equipment was used, the more funds needed for one use also increased, so the further along, the harder it became to change the discount.

Fu Chen decided to wait a bit, to wait for a player to switch the ’TV Station’ discount back to the ’repair shop.’

After Liu Jie received the funds, she kept frowning. After a moment, she stood up, came to the ’modification shop’ equipment, crossed her arms to make an ’X’ gesture, then turned to different directions and repeated this gesture several times.

Obviously, since she was the earliest to benefit from the ’modification shop,’ the player providing funds had been sending her funds that could only be used at the modification shop.

Liu Jie must have noticed that the cracks on her car pen were becoming increasingly severe, so at this moment she had to try to remind them in this more direct way.

Although she wasn’t sure whether the other party could actually see it or understand the specific meaning, this was all she could do.

Afterward, Liu Jie hesitated for a moment but still decided to place her car pen into the ’modification shop.’

Because these funds had already been issued, not using them would be wasteful. Although the cracks on her car pen were already somewhat severe, she could only forcibly use it.

After the modification was complete, Liu Jie took out the car pen and looked at it carefully, showing an expression of relief.

Fortunately, the result wasn’t too bad.

She still wasn’t quite at ease. She went around the ’modification shop’ making the ’X’ gesture once more, then took the car pen back to her position and continued challenging the ’track in the picture.’

After Liu Jie finished modifying, Chen Ran came to the ’TV Station’ and changed the discount back to the ’repair shop.’

Fu Chen also took advantage of this opportunity to use the ’repair shop’ right after Chen Ran.

For the third and fourth uses of the repair shop, the original prices had become 3,000 and 4,000. However, with the discount in effect, the total price became 4200, which could be covered by the current funds.

After the modification was complete, Fu Chen took another deep breath and attempted to challenge the ’track in the picture.’

Soon, everyone had used up their three chances.

Chen Ran ultimately failed to pass the third map. Her expression showed some regret. If there had been a bit more funding, perhaps there would have been a chance.

Peng Xinyuan smoothly passed the second map. Although he was also blocked from the equipment with most previous uses and most funds this round, Peng Hong had made corresponding arrangements when giving the funds.

Even using only half the funds, Peng Xinyuan successfully passed.

Liu Jie and Fu Chen also both successfully passed the second map, but compared to Peng Xinyuan’s situation, they completed it somewhat bumpily.

Fortunately, their luck on the last attempt was fairly good.

But compared to Fu Chen, Liu Jie’s expression was obviously more anxious, because she was still worried about the crack problem on her car pen.

Without continuing to use the ’modification shop’ afterward, could she use other equipment to pass the third map?

This was still an unknown.

After all, the difficulty of each map would increase substantially.

As for Jiao Hai and Shen Xing, because they were blocked, they hadn’t been able to obtain any funds, so they still hadn’t passed the second map.

This was very bad news. After all, there were still three more rounds of the game afterward, which meant they only had one final margin for error.

Everyone sat down in silence in front of the hexagonal platform, preparing to determine the attribution of this ’Exclusive Punishment.’

Fu Chen said, ”According to what we agreed before, anyone who wants to challenge the ’Exclusive Punishment’ first just needs to apply a slight pulling force toward themselves on the device.

”I’ll still be last. Before that, no matter who receives the ’Exclusive Punishment,’ I’ll help share it.”

With a ”click” sound, the devices on everyone’s heads locked again, blocking their vision.

Players who had already been selected for ’Exclusive Punishment’ wouldn’t be selected again, so previously each time they played this game, the time would extend slightly.

But this time the result came out faster than everyone expected.

Jiao Hai was selected.

Liu Jie and Peng Xinyuan’s expressions both showed some surprise. Obviously, they had more or less also applied a bit of pulling force to the device, but Jiao Hai’s force was greater.

With a ”bang” sound, the corresponding room door opened.

Fu Chen stood up, ”Let’s go.”

Peng Xinyuan frowned and looked at Jiao Hai, ”You’ll also help us share afterward, you’re certain, right?”

Jiao Hai nodded, ”What kind of question is that? Of course I’m certain!”

Peng Xinyuan was somewhat reluctant, but after looking at Fu Chen, he still followed.

Liu Jie considered for a moment and also stood up. After all, she hadn’t yet experienced an exclusive punishment. Only by helping others share first could more people possibly help her share later.

Chen Ran of course still didn’t move.

Shen Xing hesitated for a moment. Actually, when she suffered the exclusive punishment before, Jiao Hai hadn’t helped, so at this moment she could also choose not to enter. But after hesitating for a moment, she still chose to follow.

This also brought the number of players entering the room together to an unprecedented 5 people.

With a ”bang” sound, the room door closed.
